Happy 4 year aniversery
Four years ago to the day I joined the Otaku! I think I have come a long way since then. Let's Look Back...

I didn't think it was possible, but for the first time in my entire schooling career, today marks the first time that we have had a DOUBLE SNOW DAY. That's right. Double snow day. It's just blowing my mind. (March 2 2007)

I think the eh thing caught me off guard the most. Just an hour ago I said something to the effect of, "Oh, it's cooled down a lot since thins morning, eh?" It's weird because a few years ago, it used to drive me insane when people said stuff like that...and now I can't stop...*sigh* but I digress... (November 29 2006)

Hmmm...you know, I think my favorite characters from the orriginal Power Rangers cast were kimberly (yeah, i know, every other girl liked her too) and Billy. From the new cast, my favorite one is Adam (if i remember right, he was the coolest). (August 7 2006)

I've had my first Chevelle cd for almost three years now right, well today i popped the disc into my computer to listen to it and a little...thing...y...popped up. So I'm thinking "Ok, this is new, have I ever put this in the computer before?" so i looking at the options and one of them is "watch 'the red' music video" so I'm freaking out and I look at the other option and it says "the making of 'the red'" (or something to that extent). So I watch it and, you know, giggle like the little school girl I am ("the red" is my favorite song of all time). So for the rest of the day I've just been chastising myself because...THREE YEARS! I had no idea! I'm just such a little twit sometimes I never even thought about seeing if the cd had some extra features on it. (*it's just an early sign of you insanity you crazy*) *sigh* (November 4 2004)

The Truth About Holidays!
Alright, From the top...
New Years is a resonable holiday because we celebrate the beginning of a new year and it only lasts for one day.
Valentines Day is quite possibly the STUPIDEST holiday ever thought of! All it is is an excuse for people to make out and screw each other (XP) They just have it so they could sell jewlery for one day out of the year! And it seams to last the entire month of feb. even after its over! ,.L;.HB[L,T097I (slams fists onto keyboard)
St. Patrik's Day is almost an ok holiday. ITS A FRIGGIN FEAST DAY OF A SAINT! NOT LEPRICON DAY! but, its alright with me, because it only lasts for one day.
Easter is probably the best major holiday you can get. It's not over marketed too much but then it should technically you should be preparing for it for 40 days or something.
June 4...Hey now...its the last day of school
4th of July...oh where do i begin...it is simply a time for little kids to get burned by sparklers, teenagers to get their limbs blown off by fire crackers, and older peeps to get really drunk. Not to mention the really anoying parades your parents make you go to even if its at 8-a-clock in the morning.
Halloween is only there so people can scare the piss out of each other and get sugar highs. Also a great day to get arested
Thanks giving...the fat persons favorite holiday. I don't think I need to say any more.
Ah Christmas...where do I begin? Really the only good thing about Christmas is that it is a religious holiday in which we celabrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Now...how people got the whole gift thing out of that is just rediculus. "It's Jesus' birthday so I'll get myself a gift." Why don't people instead of buying themselves gifts donate to a church or something wheather it'd be in time or money? All-in-all, Christmas is an over marketed holiday that because of this the entire message is blotted out.
Well that's my opinion at least. (December 21 2003 1st post ever!!!)

That's right. Living in Minnesota has finally paid off. Today, at 6:40 AM, It has been declared that today schools will be canceled for a SNOW DAY. Friggin' Yes. It's 6:46 now and I am not going back to bed. I am going to stay in my pajamas all day, and I'm going to play Okami until noon maby, and I'm going to play in the snow...Friggin' Yes.

...about my name...
I've been thinking about why I loathe my name lately. In case you havn't read the side-bar, it's Kelly, not Kelli or Kellie or any other crazy-ness. I guess I started really thinking about it when my friend Meghan started calling me Kell (i guess i hate it when people other than specific family members call me that). Any way, I was trying to think why I hated being called Kell so much when I just plain hate my name any way. Wouldn't a stupid nick-name be better? Well, I guess I decided that I don't really hate Kell any more than Kelly; I despise them both equally.

It's weird because I don't have any serious issues with my last name and I like my middle name because it's weird...ish...well, it's Meier (took me friggin forever to learn how to spell it, like 'till 3rd grade). Well, then there's the whole option of being called by my last name but there's another girl in my grade w/the same l.n. and it gets confusing. I guess I'd be ok with people just calling me Meier, but no one will because people are unsympathetic jerk-faces.

...

I guess I've kind of gone off on a long rant...well...I suppose I should just stop while I'm ahead -_-
