Yeah, so I'm still alive. Managed to pump out a few drawings. I recommend that those of you still playing Twilight Princess avoid the one called Zant. Speaking of Twilight Princess, I'm kinda upset cuz all my friends beat the game and I'm still on the last temple. I don't have enough time to play. WHICH STINKS >:( It also stunk cuz tuesday I couldn't draw. I had at least 20 ideas for comics and drawings, but everything I drew came out looking like something a three year old puts on the fridge >_< I'm glad I can draw again. I hate artist blocks. I have a lot of incomplete drawings that'll hopefully be up next week.
But in good news, my friend let me borrow all her Kingdom Hearts manga and I got to borrow some from the library ^^ So I've been doing lots of reading. But WHY is Cloud randomly in Kingdom Hearts?! I mean, one minute it's all disney, the next cloud is just randomly there doing his emo pose going "yeah, whtever". And then he just dissappears like that O_o meh?! And Riku has cool hair. And I have a cute story for you all. I dunno if you all know this or not but I volunteer at elementary schools and tutor lil kids :3 (not to be confused with my job, the tutoring is free and voluntary) They're so adoreable. Especially first graders. They worship you and are just the cutest. Well, neways, they made a bunch of anti-bullying posters and one of them was just so funny. It had a scene of Link from Twilight Princess and around it it said "The only thing worse than Ganon is a bully" XD There was another one with a vulpix, chikorita and bellsprout that was pretty well drawn. ^^
So yah, that's all there is here besides me shading Lare's drawing and re-drawing whtdragon's comic cuz I messed it up. Comments (3) |

Well today was better, but I'm still stressed and over worked -_-"
I had this really interesting dream about the otaku holding an anime convention in a Best Buy. It was weird, but awsome. In my dream I actually tried to find a few of you guys. But neways, what was really great was that in my dream there was a whole aisle in the Best Buy convention thing dedicated to Zelda ^^ hehe, fangirl dreams there. They had Link's Twilight Princess costume and gadgets all for $13 for cosplayers and of course being the fangirl I am I bought it. I'm just sad it doesn't really exist and that I didn't really buy it :P There was also a bridge and everytime you walked on it the fire dragon boss thing in zelda would come out and use its flame breath. I think I walked on the bridge at least five times in my dream cuz it was fun :P
Another thing that made my day slightly better was the fact that I went out to buy anime. My mom thought I was working too hard and decided to treat me to a book since usually I don't have enough money to buy them. Luckily, today I had some money handy so I bought two books for myself in addition to the book she got for me. Not only that, but the store was having some sorta buy three get one free thing so now I have 4 new mangas to read ^^ Mar, DNAngel, Fruits Basket and Rurouni Kenshin...O_o I just realized, I bought two shounen and two shojo... XD yeah, I'm sleep deprived right now and a lil hyper. Meh, I have more work to do so yah. *falls back again* Comments (1) |

I know I've said this before and it probably won't be the last time I say it but I'M SO SORRY! I'm a thousand times over Colette sorry TT_TT Especially to whtdragon cuz I promised a comic and I'm comic-less. I've just been so busy and stressed. I just wanna crawl under a rock and stay there. And the worst thing is that I have over 10 comic ideas but my drawing's been kinda bleh. I just can't get expressions right...or anything else. About the only good thing I've drawn that I'm happy with is the first three pages of my manga (first time in the four years I made this manga. Sad, I know)
I won't be able to be on much anymore due to my workload, so if I'm gone for months at a time, I'm still alive and here, just bogged down with work. Now excuse me while I pass out from exhaustion *falls* X( Comments (2) |

So apparantly my art was stolen, again XD And it's the same character I made too. That is the very reason I started watermarking things. You always got someone wanting your art.
But in better news, headache's gone. I'm still not feeling %100, but whatever. I'm on the last boss in zelda *evil grin* I've heard that the ending is awsome and I anxiously await it ^^ I'm currently trying to draw Roland non chibi and villain-y looking. Then I might draw Basil. Comments (6) |

I sneezed...must mean my headache is going away :3 Good thing to cuz it feels like a bunch of monkeys are hammering inside my brain @_@ I've been thinking monkeys ever since I beat the 8th temple boss in zelda (it's not a monkey, but it sure sounds like one. Kays so first off, I'd like to appologize Collete style for being gone so long due to unbearable work amounts and no life and for not visiting your sites in so long. *deep breath* I'M SO SORRY! TT_TT I've been so busy. My job decided to pile the work on me again (more so than I had before) and I've been super stressed and super annoyed. My one friend who's kinda on the lazy side has been on my case saying I should quit, but the thing is, if I keep at it I have the potential to get a really awsome job so I don't want to quit. But she keeps bugging me >_>" Plus she's been a major critic without much advice on how to improve. Like how I should learn to draw in other styles other than my own and how she doesn't like my wiggly body chibi figures (Roland pulls that off a lot XD), nor my drawings in particular...or my shading...I dunno. One minute she says my art is good, next she's going on about all these bad points with no tips on where to improve. *sigh*
Buts I shall have art tomorrow. Actually, a lot of art. Also, I have a drawing, aimed for fanmanga but not so for it only has one panel box thing, and the reason is because it's kinda a one-liner comic strip like some of the stuff in the newspaper. Where should it go, fanart or fanmanga?
Expect more Roland, Beastboy, mushrooms, naruto (I found another old drawing), and some other stuff which I forgot what it was...oh yeah, zelda (no spoilers so no worries)
In other news before I go, I've been practicing and re-studying my spanish. I am very tempted to make a comic in spanish and watch as ppl translate it (I can read and write spanish, just can't say it :P ) Comments (1) |

Well I just learned something interesting today. Apparantly the girl in my bg is some sorta villain...never knew that. I'm keeping her tho cuz she looks magic-y and I AM the sage of magic so it works. Only dif is I'm obviously not evil...although I did join someone's evil army as a dark mage or something now that I think of it...*shrugs*

Also, something creepy I discovered. According to my friend, he apparantly said that it appeals to lil girls cuz it's your typical cutesy magical girl series, yet it also appeals to guys cuz the girls are sexy...O_o

So I just finished reading the Minish Cap manga a few minutes ago. It's really quite cute. It actually tells you what happens to Vaati. I don't know why, but Vaati never looked threatening. I always have the strange urge to hug him or ruffle his hair (or pet him). The site, zelda infinite has a few of the zelda mangas (translated) for viewing. I prefer to buy the book, then read the translations on the internet but I'm a zelda geek like that. So far I have the second Ocarina of Time book (only the second cuz it has adult Link beating up Ganon :3 ), Majora's Mask, and Oracle of Seasons. I've tried ordering the other books, but the stupid company which I bought the first three from keeps ignoring my order >:( They shall pay for depriving me of my zelda manga! Rawr! Comments (1) |
