Alright, so this morning I woke up at 6:30 -_- I hate waking up early. My Dad decided to wait with me outside of the first store I mentioned since I'll be using his money. So we did. For two hours...in the cold...and sadly...I got a wii.

:P Fooled ya all, didn't I? Yes, I got meself a wii ^____^ and Twilight Princess too!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!

And best thing of all, my parents changed their mind and let me keep the game instead of keeping it at their house until Christmas! YESH!

Surprisingly, the ppl in the lines are really nice and polite to each other in contrast to the PS3 were ppl were shooting each other over a system.

So, the graphics are amazing, but ...well... I'm ALREADY STUCK O_O"
The controls are easy to catch onto. I got it within a minute...it's just the stupid fishing and this stupid cat which are driving me crazy(don't ask and don't help)!
I mean, if this keeps up they're gonna star in a comic all their own for being annoying. Worst thing is, the cat's like my kitty >_< lil prima dona brat.

M'kay, so currently I'm on episode 12 of Princess Tutu. I strongly reccommend watching it. I mean, it's magical girl to the extreme, but the actual story itself is amazing and sad. And it keeps your attention once you get through the first few episodes. Very well done.
And yes, ppl are camping for the wii just like how they all camped for the PS3. :(
But thanks for wishing me luck (I'll need it man)

Whtdragon, I haven't tried the brushes yet. Photoshop is on my dead computer, and currently I have relatives visiting. I will try it though within the week ^^

1 MORE DAY!!! WHOOOT!

So yah, time for wii stories ^^
So today I called two stores to see how many wii systems they were expecting (obviously I want to go to the store with more systems and less crowd so I don't get murdered like ppl were with PS3). First store I called: they already have tents and have no idea how many wiis they ordered. (nice)
Second store I called, I barely get a word out and the guy's like "You want a wii, don't you?" O_O" He suggested that I drive around the store at midnight and check the line every two hours. I was right! I told my parents over the phone that ppl in line for the PS3 would switch lines and start camping out for the wii -_-" keh.
One store had a huge Link cutout. I was so tempted to take that thing ^_~ or at least go fangirl and have them give it to me so that I'll leave em alone. hehehe.....

I SHALL GET A WII!!!!

So I'm back. I still have a ton of work, but it's tolerable. Unfortunantly, I have nothing to post. Yeah, no comics this time, no drawings, nada. HOWEVER, I might be able to finish a few lil things by Sunday...scratch that...MONDAY. I'll be standing in line for the new Wii Sunday :P Seriously, think about it. Everyone's getting the PS3...if I play my cards right I can get into a good place in line for the Wii ^^
But yeah, I'm happy to know that there are SOME ppl here who can appreciate the Wii's originality. I mean, IT'S GONNA BE SO MUCH FUN!! That is, if I can convince my parents to let me keep the system. Like I said earlier, I have little money so I'm relying on them to buy the Wii for me as well as Zelda. They agreed, but they get to keep it at their house until Christmas >_> I've already made it clear tho, I PLAY IT FIRST!!! They can't touch it. And I get my game booklet. :)

It's amusing tho...in a online poll on which system ppl think will be on top, it's currently a tie between the Wii and Xbox360. Hmmm...

Another amusing tale, I read this story somewhere about ppl waiting in line for the new PS3. They interviewed this one girl who's standing in line. Here's the thing tho: She doesn't play games. She's been standing there for three days for her boyfriend. Idiot. He's not even waiting with her. She doesn't even plan to play >_>" I tell ya, if some guy tried to pull that on me, I'd be all "Forget it! I'm buying this thing for myself! You want it then wait with me and buy your OWN!" Probably why I haven't had a boyfriend yet...when every other girl around me has had, I dunno, twenty? I'm not about to let some guy use me.

Okay, I'm ranting... but neways, comic wise, expect that Pokemon Competition one (currently shading), my Triforce one (currently coloring on photoshop but lacking the brushes to make glittery effects), and one on vampires(boredom and currently shading and darkening).

And whtdragon, where can I custom make brushes? I clicked something, which I believe is what you're talking about, but it only let me make circles @_@ Oh, and I've downloaded a few brush sets but I'm unsure how to get em into the photoshop program cuz photoshop refuses to accept their format and it's SUPPOSED to work with photoshop 5 >_> technology hates me, I swear.

Well in better news (yes, another post. I missed yesterday so I must make up for it)
I'm 11 on the list of popular manga artists ^^ The ppl who mostly beat me make mangas instead of comic strips, which would explain their popularity. But still, that makes me happy.

Maybe I should work on my manga (of course I'd never show it here unless I placed a copyright on it)
I shall make more strips (and attempt to make that zelda comic)

And whtdragon, what do we do if there is no brush changer option thingy? The other brush things aren't there. It's got a section for it, but no brushes :( Well, besides the standard one. Any way to download them?

Right, so I'm feeling somewhat less stressed. Still way wound up with the stack of work I've been given. And over a holiday too TT_TT bleh.

I'm also kinda moody cuz I'm getting the usual nintendo trash talk. >_> Honestly, just cuz a system has nicer graphics doesn't mean anything! It all depends on how much fun you get out of the game. I say I want the Wii, and I get bombarded with how PS3 is better and so is Xbox and how Nintendo is for babies -_-" gah. Well, from what I heard, Nintendo's Wii is the oddball of the group, but it's FUN! The wireless controler makes you feel part of the game. Even my dad started bad talking nintendo all cuz you're not pushing buttons. Ironic thing was, before they were complaining that I don't get any excercise from games, and now that I'm actually going to be MOVING while playing, they put up a fuss.
Okay, I'm ranting, but still it just makes me mad how ppl start criticizing my choice in games. I"M A NINTENDO FANGIL!!!
