Right, so neways my computer's being a pain in the butt again. I had a connection, but the computer refused to let me on the internet. -_-" I don't know why but some ppl's sites trigger something in my computer, causing it to disconnect me and start acting up, so I'm going to stay off your site's for a few days until I can figure out why my computer has issues. Plz don't be mad.
I also have been off for a while cuz I finally got farther in Fire Emblem Path of Radiance. I'm on Ch 18 :P Don't worry tho, I'm still drawing. I found one of my old drawings back from a few months ago. I think I'll post it even tho it's incomplete. It has a cool evil fishy that I drew using one of whtdragon's tutorials. They're a HUGE help. Especially the dragon one. I draw a lotta dragons, I just don't post em.
And that's all the news here, well, besides wondering if any one is interested in an art trade. I really would like to see some of my requests done for once. ^_^

videogame fact o the day: The first Fire Emblem game in America is actually a prequal to a previous game in Japan where Roy, Eliwood's (this guy is a pansy!!! No matter how high his level he still dies!!!) son and the dude in Super Smash Bros, is the main leader person. I've noticed that Japan likes to make prequals instead of sequals....odd.

Okay, so yesterday my friend came over and she helped me with my color issues. Or, tried to. I have good friends, none of them want to say I'm terrible. But then again, when I need critisism they never give any. I need some good critisism to get better so I know where I'm weak. But what ever.
I sketched out a few drawings: a forest sprite, moon spirit, harpie (male this time, although I don't think male harpies exist. I think they're all supposed to be female ^^" oh well), a shaded kitty cat, Mew Suika with mew plushies, and a shaded dragon. I'm hoping to work on a shaded wolf, but I keep messing up the body structure. But you'd think I'd be able to draw a wolf since I drew a fox and they're both of the canine family. *sigh* I also would like to draw oc's of ppl. So if you have an oc you would like drawn, just let me know and I'll do it ^^

I'm starting up Fire Emblem again. Even though the game is my background I've sadly never beat it. I got stuck on Ch 13 because these stupid bird ppl keep killing off my army T_T Poor Soren and Sothe keep dying on me! And Astrid too, but then again she's riding right into the enemy forces so it's her own fault. Hopefully I'll get past it. Wish me luck!

videogame fact o the day: In OoT there used to be a corn field...of corn....once again, it was removed due to not enough memory. A reed flute or something was used to call Epona and to transport to the different temples, you used the medalion that you now go to the temples to get.

Kay, I'm breaking the laziness chain (or at least trying to) I finally finished a drawing! It's a wind spirit ^^ I'm hoping to try and color it, but first I would like a few tips for those of you that are experts at color pencils, prisma colors, and pastels cuz I really want to submit more in color, but my results are never as good as I want em. I really want to color her with lotsa green tones, you know, light green, yellow green, stuff like that. Any tips on how to get those colors and different tones out of those colors with only a small pack of 24 prisma colors, unlimited color pencil, and about 12 pastels? Tips much appreciated cuz I swear I must be colorblind or something the way my coloring skills are. It all looks good in my mind, but....heh.

I'm working on my moon spirit next. Her proportions aren't perfect, but I think I'm improving a little. I really wanna pull out of this year long habbit.

I had a really awsome idea last night for a comic I think ppl will find somewhat humorous. (of course it's nothing compared to my ramen comic with InuYasha and Naruto fighting over a bowl of ramen or my comic where I poked Sasuke :P ) I got the idea when I went out. I saw this family, trying to have a night together. They were together, I'll give em that, but they were all doing seperate things. The father was listening to an ipod while his two daughters (they seemed like they were elementary school) were playing with cell phones. And I thought, how sad that they are one of the poor ppl being controled by the cell (they're taking over the world I tell you!!) and I thought of a great idea. A comic on why cell phones aren't in most anime. :P I'll probably get flamed again by all the ppl already under cell phone mind control, but all the more fun for me!

Videogame fact o the day: In OoT, Hyrule's market was originally intended to be a LOT bigger. You probably could've put ten of the recent size Hyrule market into their rough draft Hyrule. It was HUGE! Not only that, but you could also walk into each building which was about the size of a skyscraper and done in Mario 64 graphics. Of course, this had to be fixed cuz it was so big the game didn't have enough memory to save the rest of the worlds into the cartrige. O_o Also, when the Hyrule market we know now was finally saved into the game, they still weren't done editing it. They had lamp posts placed throughout the market. These had to be removed because it made Hyrule look too modern (it really did. It looked more like what you would imagine a small rural town to look like) So yah, the game came a LONG way.

Computers are stupid. Everything was going fine, until I started visiting sites, then my wireless cut me off. -_-" It kept yelling at me saying contact the owner of your wireless. I'm the owner of this stupid wireless! So yah, that was very fustrating. I'm starting to suspect that my ancient computer is turning the wireless off on me so I can't use my laptop (not my fault the computer moves as slow as a turtle and has my internet). Computers are also stupid cuz my firewall got the bright idea to block internet. I'm on theotaku when a popup comes on the screen stating that firewall will now start blocking internet. That took a good fifteen minutes to sort out. *sighs*

I haven't done anything new with my art. I was too busy finishing up Eldest, the second book of the Eragon trilogy. Man, that was one long book, but I liked it. Now I just need to wait for the next one, either that or Harry Potter. I really wonder which one will come first.

Also, Koneko-chan92, you were right. Your laziness is contageous. I've been nothing but lazy for the past two days since I read that :P

In happy news, I found the Tales of Phantasia game and anime opening songs and downloaded them both on my laptop. Now I just need to figure out how to get it on the site. Well, that and figure out which one I want to play. One is all mysterious sounding and cool and the other one is all bouncy and happy ^^

Videogame fact o the day: In OoT, Sheik originally had blue eyes, but they had to change it cuz that made it so obvious who she/he really was. Also, Navi was originally a girl in the Hyrule Market who would give you tips on what to do if you ever got stuck. But they decided to promote her to a fairy that can bother you every second of the game. Nice....

Okay, so this whole post I'm dedicating to my research of Super Smash Bros Brawl. The movie in my last post was the trailor, if anyone is interested.
Alright, from what I read on the internet, nintendo is planing on having I believe, fourty or so characters in there (possibly more).

Of these characters, it has been confirmed that Link, Pikachu, Kirby, and Mario are definantly in the new game (duh) as well as Wario, Pit (no idea who he is), Zero Suit Samus, Meta Knight (that'll make things interesting for Kirby fans), and Snake (it's been said that hiding underneath a cardboard box might actually be one of his options O_o )
And aparantly Snake won't be the only third party character either. Well, possibly. *crosses her fingers hoping for a tales character*

And good news for us (or I guess me), it still goes by the same fighting method. Which means no Wii controlers. You get to fight with the good old gamecube controler (the Wii can play gamecube games as well as Wii, and will have a socket for gamecube controlers). ^^ Very good news for me since I don't think I'll be able to make heads or tails of the new Wii controls, growing up with the old single hand held.

Stage wise, they think there may be some Fire Emblem tossed in there, but no one's sure. Nintendo never gives away anything about their game before it's released *pouts* And item wise, there's an item which makes one of the nintendog puppies block the screen with its incredible cuteness. There's also an item that does something with super skills....
And for all you Marth and Roy fans, I heard they're likely to be replaced with a newer Fire Emblem character. (hopefully not Eliwood cuz he's such a weak little pansy in the game) But wouldn't that be ironic if he was in the game? Roy's father replacing him....ha....

And there you have it, all the information I probably bored you to death with. I really want this game!!!


videogame fact o the day: In OoT, the story was originally something about a coming of age cerimony for Link(that's how it started), and you were 17 the whole game. And Sheik was there. Funny how much that plot changed.

^^ Ha...I've been so distracted lately. I still don't have any art. Well, I have my Moon spirit sketched partially. And I got a few minor sketches. Mostly I've been writing fanfiction about my own manga characters. ^^" Once again, Sage is using her insane logic. I've also been reading the second book of the Eragon trilogy. The books are violent and sad, but I kinda like it. I like anything with dragons and elves and the whole good vs evil thing. There is something I would like to do though. If anyone has an oc I'd be happy to draw them for you. I'm in a mood to try and draw something different. And to make ppl happy. I love drawing my friend's characters.

I am working on a doodle that I think Tales of Phantasia fans will like. It's Chester doing the whole try an shoot the apple off the person's head thing to Cress. I thought it was funny XD I'm also thinking of doing a fanfiction on Tales of Phantasia.

Okay, well, this isn't videogame fact o the day worthy, but in Tales of Phantasia, at the begining of the game it shows four ppl sealing Dhaos away. All four ppl have names that start with M. I found that rather odd. Morrison, Maria, Meryl, and Miguel(I sp that wrong)...hmmm

videogame fact o the day: The great fairies weren't always as ugly as they are now in OoT. In fact, they were originally similar to the ones in Wind Waker. They were a really shiny silver, I believe they had four arms, and they had no face. Their faces had indents were the facial features would be, but it wasn't too detailed. I think they also had firefly wings. They looked rather eerie. I seriously wish I could find the site where I saw these beta shots of all the steps taken to make OoT and MM. It was so awsome, but I just had to lose the site.... T_T

Strange Thoughts
I just read a Tales of Phantasia fanfiction today, and it had to do with Arche being upset because Klarth died and she had to wait 50 or so years until she saw her other friends. It was a sad little story, but it made me think of something wierd. Arche knows what will happen in the future. She knows that Cress's town gets destroyed and all that good stuff. So shouldn't that mean if she wanted she could alter the future? She could stop the attack from ever occuring, or save Cress's parents, or Chester's sister....and would Dhaos still attack the other times he did? Man, time stories are confusing, aren't they cuz if you knew Arche, chances are she'd interfere. Somewhere. She could alter the entire story. And then they'd have to do stuff all over again.... -_-" ahhhh, this is gonna bug me for a good week.

Yah, my computer's still being mean. Yesterday it wouldn't let me on this site at all. But today it's being good ^^ I'm on! Hopefully it keeps this up!

Yeah, so art wise, I still got nuthin but ideas. I finally started writing. Unfortunantly, it wasn't at all what I wanted to write. Instead of writing Tales fanfiction, I wrote fanfiction about my own characters XD I have no idea how that happened but what ever!
I started a sketch of my moon spirit, but that's it. Her proportions have been giving me trouble. But I came up with a cute idea I really wanna try in color. After I beat Tales of Phantasia it let me play this mini game called Lets go Arche. It's the cutest little game. But neways, if you go to the inn, it'll cut to a dream. At the very end of her dream Chester gives her flowers. I really want to draw it. It was so cute!

videogame fact o the day: In the beta shots of Majora's Mask, the moon didn't have a face. The face was added because having a rock just hovering there wasn't too threatening. I gotta admit, the face at least makes the scene creepier. ^^"

Yeah, so anyways, I haven't been on in a while and I can't guarantee I'll be on long anymore. My laptop decided to side with my computer and plot against me. In other words, neither one is letting me on the internet for more than two seconds at a time T_T I'll sort it out eventually, starting with tossing my ancient dinosaur of a computer out a window.

In drawing news, I haven't worked on anything since the huge bucket of art. I got distracted with Tales of Phantasia which I finally beat!! Woot! I won't spoil it for those who still haven't beat it but let me just say: be prepared before you battle. Really. There's lotsa hidden stuff in that game that will make fighting Dhaos easier. So go out an search!!!



Neways: videogame fact o the day: well, is once again not really a fact. In the first LoZ game, there's this old guy at the entrance to ganon's little dungen thing, and he's all "you can't go through until you have the entire triforce". So what's so facinating about this guy? Well, if you poke him with your sword he'll shoot fireballs at you and slowly kill you until you leave. I really like poking that old guy :P

I just submitted a whole bucket of art ^^ No, really, I submitted seven drawings. That's right SEVEN. *starts dancing* It's time ta party!!!
I drew Mint, Cress, Klarth and Milard (it's soooo cute XD ), a nine tailed fox, Brambert, mew Suika, and the cyborg angel kitty. I think I got about 700 or so votes on my art. As soon as I get to 1000 I'm gonna draw an extra special picture with prisma colors and all that good stuff. Long way to go, but it's good to have a goal in mind!

videogame fact o the day: the octroc baddie in LoZ (that thing that spits rocks at you and looks like either a bug or an octopus) has been in every single zelda game to date. Which means odds are it's also in Twilight Princess. They must really like it O_o
