How did I get so tangled?

"Tangled" by Maroon 5...nyaa...I'm a bit unhappy with that one...

Today we have a special non-anime theme requested by Willow. It's The Beatles!

Let me explain my issue with that song lyric. I really don't like to use ones that have the song title included in them b/c I find it to be a bit repetitive when reading. I really liked that one a lot though so when I looked up the title I got all mad about it and then decided, 'screw it, it's just a song', so there it is. Hehe, wow that was kinda pointless, huh?

Today was a much better day for little Naota b/c he got to stay home from school! Lucky kid....he didn't get to just skip though, I went over to his house and tutored him instead. He worked a lot better over there actually. His family is so rich though it makes me sick! When his mom was leaving to get her hair done we went to the garage to wave goodbye and had the following conversation:
Naota: *waves* Bye mom!
Me: *looks in garage* Oh, your dad has a boat?
Naota: That's not Daddy's boat, that's Mommy's boat. Daddy's boat is in the driveway.
Me: ...........

I did a bit more cleaning today. Well, swept and vacumed my apartment anyway, not much, but it looks better. Then I took a nice little nap. Ahhh, I love Wednesdays. Thank you all for the sweet comments yesterday, they were just what I needed! ^__^ Tonight my mom and I went to Gifts of Avalon (a bead store) to learn how to make a Y necklace. It was pretty fun and of course you get to keep the necklace. I made mine on silver chain with irridescent black beads and a star charm on the end.

We also went to eat wraps at Roly Poly before the class and on the way we stopped by Toy Consortium. That is the coolest store ever!!!
AJ-kun is always telling me to go there but I've been avoiding it since I don't want to spend any money. Sure enough now I'm thinking 'well, maybe I could go back and get this...or maybe that...' when I really can't afford it! Ahh! I love toys! They have all these original Star Wars figures and other old stuff like Care Bears and My Little Pony toys from when I was a kid! They also have a Shippo plushie that I really want and one of Hiei too! Waahh! I hate being poor!

I got my mom to try some Pocky tonight too and she really liked it! Hee hee! I was going to go back over to
Selena-chan's tonight too but I was too tired. *sigh* They are getting a new sidewalk in their neighborhood and we wanted to try and write something in the cement before it got too hard but I guess we won't get to. Oh well...maybe they will lay a new part tomorrow and we can write in that one. Still trying to find a time to scan the wolf pics, but hopefully I can show you them soon!

Tomorrow's theme was suggested by
Kya-chan. Today was a special exception though, if you have something non-anime, manga or game related that you really want to see you can PM me about it, but I only agreed to The Beatles since I really love them too. Hm...that sounds mean doesn't it? Gomen. *hugs everyone* I really do love your suggestions!

   There's no sun shining through...

"Unforgiven 2" by Metallica...that's what the weather's been like here for a few days now...

Today's picture theme is one that makes me really happy! ^__^ Can you guess? It's Duo and Heero! Thanks to Yami-chan for requesting it. She always picks the things she knows I want to see. I'm not sure if she was referring to this Heero and Duo...

...or this one...

...actually I'm pretty sure she meant the first one...hehe, but I like both, so you have been warned! Don't worry, there won't be anything inappropriate!

I got Pocky!!! I'm soooo happy! I ordered 4 different kinds from
JList a long time ago and it came today! AJ-kun and I were jumping up and down like little girly girls when I opened the mailbox. It was so funny! I'm eating some right now. He came over for a while tonight to watch some Bleach with me. We are only up to episode 7 though.

I'm sorry for not coming by yesterday, I was just sooo tired from the whole week of working. *bows* We have a 3 day weekend though, Yaya!! I will have lots of time to play online and watch anime! I have a lot of stuff downloaded that I need to catch up on, and on my Tivo too.

Hikari and I had our third training lesson this morning. I think it was better than the second one. He's more used to going to that place now so he doesn't go totally crazy when he gets out of the car. The lady gave him a 'gentle leader' harness thing which goes around his nose, but it's not like a muzzle or anything. It's supposed to be loose enough for him to carry a tennis ball, but tight around the back of his head. Wow....this is boring isn't it? More pictures!

That one's so pretty! And I'm just in love with this next one even though they don't quite look right...it's sooo cute!

Well, I don't guess I really have anything interesting to say so I'll get to visiting now! Tomorrow's theme is going to be some random stuff that I want to show you, but never fear your suggestions will return in the next post!

   You're always in my heart...

"Miles Apart" by Yellowcard...wow that was cheesey...

Today's picture theme is Wolf's Rain, requested by Willow-san! Yay! I'm so glad someone finally asked for this one!

Thank you all so much for your kind words yesterday, it means a lot to me *hugs* I have decided I won't talk about if I can visit, who I visited, etc b/c it will just depress me. I'll just do my best! Know that I'm thinking of you all even if I don't get to visit as much as I used to. *hugs again*

Ooh, so pretty!

I am sooooo incredibly tired right now. I love babysitting Oberi and Bakura, but their parents don't get home till 10:30pm and I have to drive home, walk Hikari, etc and then I have to be back at their house by 7:45am to pick them up for school. We went ice skating again today, but it wasn't as fun as the last time. Oberi has gotten much better at skating backwards so he was showing off, but Bakura-chan got tired of it pretty quickly (there's only so long you can be entertained by being pulled around the rink by someone else and constantly knocking them, read: me, over...) so he spent most of his time cracking acorns with the blade of one skate.

Toboe, the fan favorite!

We went for pizza again afterwards but found out when we got home that their mom had left chicken out for us....whoops....actually the car ride home was pretty fun too. We talked about every single Teen Titans episode we could think of. They are both Beast Boy fans which I find really cute for some reason. It makes complete sense actually if you know them. After they went to bed I got a chance to watch the DVD that came with my new Newtype. It has the first episode from the second season of Kaleido Star and the very first of Wandaba Style.

Kiba, my favorite!

Wow...Wandaba Style is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen! See there's this not-so-good all girl pop group with a psycho manager who reminds me of someone from Excel Saga. He makes a deal with an even crazier kid-scientist who has just slingshotted his assistant (who has Milk-chan's voice) at the moon and missed. He needs someone else to try it again with so they trick the girls into thinking they're going to give a concert on the moon...

Poor Hige looks so sad!

I met one of my neighbors while walking Hikari tonight and he was really cute! Hehe, I couldn't tell really since it was dark, but he seemed like it and he was really nice too. Most people who ask to pet my dog don't really talk to me much, they just say he's cute. Wait, let me back up, most people want me to keep my dog the hell away from them! He asked what his name was, which like usual was met with a "What?" when I said it so I responded with my usual "Hikari, it's Japanese". Now if the conversation ever gets this far I usually just get a weird look, but he said, "For what?" and when I told him he even asked if it was b/c he was light in color or b/c of his personality. I was kinda stupefied at this point so I just said personality b/c I couldn't really form enough coherent sentences to explain the long symbolism of his name. It was nice anyway though!

*drools* Tsume...

Cheza! Wow, all of these pictures are kinda sad, huh?

Well, I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. It's Wednesday, which is my shortest working day, and my mom's too which means I might get to go see her friend's wolf, yay! Did I mention he's all white? Just like Kiba! Oooh, I'm so excited! But it's only if the guy isn't sick anymore, otherwise I can probably go on Sunday, and take lots of pictures!

Hm...that one is pretty sad too, but it makes a good last image I think.

Well, thank you all once again for visiting, commenting, and just generally being such wonderful friends to me. *hugs* Tomorrow's picture theme was suggested by
Uzali-imouto and Kya-chan.

   The battle's almost won...

"The Sun" by Maroon5

Today's picture theme is Witch Hunter Robin, requested by ColoR Me EviL

Thank you all for the kind words yesterday, the headache was gone for most of the day but now that I've taken a shower it seems to be returning, thus confirming my theory. I can still smell that damn honeysuckle stuff too....I guess I'll just give it to my mom and buy some other flavor.

*sigh* I don't know why I bother to say I'm going to visit everyone. I can never visit everyone anymore. It is very upsetting to me, but I did manage to get to those who commented today. Tomorrow is Tuesday though and that means probably no visiting for me at all since I'll be babysitting Oberi and Bakura till late. We are planning on going ice skating again so at least that will be cool. Actually Oberi went over the weekend with his friend, we'll call him "Lamia", but he still wants to go again.

Speaking of Lamia, I guess I should introduce him as well. He's the kid who told me his aspiration in life is to become as good of an artist as I am and one day surpass me. It was so sweet! Not a very difficult goal either if you ask me....though I do appreciate everyone who voted and commented on my fanarts yesterday. *huggles* I might post some more, but they're just pencil so I'm not sure yet...

This evening I went over to
AJ and Selena's and finally, finally fixed their router up so they can both have internet on their own computers. Then their mom made me some steak burritos! She's so great! AJ-kun let me have a bunch of his old Eva toys too. They're really cool and have all these interchangable parts. Unfortunately all the kids in afterschool care saw them in my bag and kept trying to go through them! It was really annoying! I know, kids like toys, believe me, I know but these are not for playing with!

Duo: *looks over my shoulder*
Katy: Yes? Did you have something to say?
Duo: *shakes head*
Katy: *raises eyebrow* Duo-kun?
Heero: He's not allowed to talk.
Katy: Why not?
Heero: *smugly* Lost a bet.
Katy: About....
Heero: Ah...that's top secret *disappears*
Katy: What happened Duo-kun?
Duo: *pouts*
Katy: OK........guess I'll find out later....

Well, thanks for reading everyone, I'd like to say that I'll visit you tomorrow *sniff* but I almost definitely won't. Gomen nasai *bows* Have a wonderful day! Tomorrow's picture theme was suggested by

It only gets harder the more that you know...

"Empty Apartment" by Yellowcard

Today's picture theme is Naruto, requested by Julian and Chie-chan!

I have a horrible headache and I really didn't do anything today so the intermediary parts of this post are mainly going to be more things for you to look at apart from the Naruto pics, like this pic that
Ruri-chan drew for me! I hope she doesn't mind me posting it...

If you can't read the little tiny writing it says: AJ-kun as Kyo from Fruits Basket, Ruri-chan as Puchiko from DiGi Charat, and Katy-san as Sakura from Tsubasa. Isn't it great? We all have our online brothers and sisters and such, but Ruri-chan is my online daughter! *huggles* I guess technically I'm a bit young to be her mommy, but that's ok ^__~

I loved that part in the manga!

I'm not usually one to post quizzes, but like I said, I have a headache and there were some particularly good ones on people's sites today. This one came from
Puchuu Punkette.

Liger
Liger
(Please rate my quiz)

Which Napoleon Dynamite character are you?
brought to you by Quizilla

Most of the results are people, but I got the cool one!

I think my headache might have been caused by my shower gel. That sounds odd, but I really think so. I get affected badly by perfumey smells and I got a new 'flavor' recently, honeysuckle, and I really don't like it. The next quiz came from cowboysean.

My Kawaii Kawaii Sugoi Nihongo Namae is Magical Pretty Girl Kitsune Kitty -San.
Take The Retarded Anime Fan Name Generator today!
Created with Rum and Monkey's Name Generator Generator.

Ahahaha! That was great! Everyone should have one of these!

Here's one of Zaku for you Ishi-chan!

Acutally the headache might also have something to do with the heat in this apartment right now...it is waaay too hot for January, but I refuse to turn on the airconditoner. It's January dammit! I hate Florida sometimes. Yep, I pretty much did nothing today. I didn't even clean the place up like I was supposed to. Oh well....I spent most of the evening on the phone with AJ and Selena trying to troubleshoot their router and stuff so they can both have internet in their rooms...it didn't work so Selena-chan is still without it for now.

Ah, now here is something important that I nearly forgot. I have 2 new fanarts up! Yaya! Both fall under Crossover anime, and the first is Hikaru and Duo my own favorite characters that I identify with. I meant to title it 'Sword and Scythe' but I kinda forgot... The second is Yugi and Ryoko which I drew for my best friend and her husband as an anniversary present. It's each of their favorite characters together. Please go check them out if you haven't already! *hugs* Thanks!

Demon fox style!

I was able to visit everyone who updated today, and I'm probably staying up for a while yet so I'll try to catch up on some more sites. If not now, then tomorrow night! Tomorrow's picture theme was suggested by
ColoR Me EviL.

   What makes love the exception?

"Hey Ya" by Outkast

Today's picture theme is from Yu-Gi-Oh, and was requested by Kagomeglitter1...

...it's Marik!

Oh wow, I'm sooooo tired! I had a lot of fun this evening though. I took Oberi and Bakura ice skating downtown and then we went out for pizza! We got to skate for a really long time too b/c the sign said the first session was from 5-6 but we got there at 4:10 and they let us go on anyway. We were the only ones there for about half an hour which was really cool. The ice was all smooth and clean just the way I like it. Little Bakura-chan didn't like it much though, he kept slipping and actually banged his head on the wall once. He was really cute trying to skate with his eyes closed! He said he could do it better that way b/c he could listen to his skates on the ice. Thier mom said we could go back next Tuesday and Thursday too since the rink will be there for one more week!

Wow he's scary!

I decided to give an alias to the little autistic boy I work with too b/c I get really tired of saying 'the kid I do this with' or 'the kid I do that with' etc. So from now on he will be "Naota". I'm not really naming them after characters they resemble or anthing, just names I like. Naota is 10 and in the same class as Oberi. They are pretty good friends, but Naota likes to be alone a lot of the time and just read. He's a sweet kid, but he gets upset over little things and it's hard to calm him down, like multiplication tables for instance...

aww, but so cute too!

Well, today is the last day of Christmas. It's supposed to be the day on which the 3 wise men arrived in Bethlehem and gave Jesus presents. So...my dad gives my brother and me presents! I got the Maroon5 cd and the Yellowcard cd! Yaya! I'm so happy! I never get cds anymore since I just download stuff, but it's nice to have them since I don't have a burner in this computer and I like to listen to stuff in my car too...well, who doesn't?

this one might make a cool avi Kagome-chan...

Suprisingly I was able to visit a few people's sites today after all. I have a break between 1 and 3 so that made me really happy. I forgot that the reason I had no free time on Tuesday was b/c I had to take Selena-chan to change her schedule at college in that break so maybe I will be able to visit more on those days. I hope so anyway.

Well, thank you all for your kind comments today *hugs* I do appreciate it! I'm not entirely sure this post made sense though now that it's over...I'm so tired! Well, I bet you got something out of it anyway...Tomorrow's picture theme was suggested by

Did the devil make the world while god was sleeping?

"A Little Drop of Poison" by Tom Waits

Thanks animegirl! I never did find out who requested those Inuyasha pics though...oh well, today's theme is Spirited Away...

...requested by
Demonsprite and PuchuuPunkette, though I think she might've meant she wanted to see the movie, not pics from it. It is my very most favorite movie ever though, good job guessing it Sw33tZ!

Chihiro and her piggy parents.

I love Sundays! Sunday is the day when I can watch a lot of anime! And I did just that today! Wow! I'm very exclamation pointy! Haha, well anyway, let's see I watched the stuff from yesterday, a bunch of Inuyasha, and some DNAngel. It was fun. I also dyed my hair back to a normal light brown color since school is starting up again.

I love the part with the flowers!

Well, I tried to make my hair look normal anyway...it didn't exactly work though. The red had only been in it for less than 2 weeks and it was apparantly still really strong so the top is just a lighter red and the bottom is a darker blond. The two shades are closer than they were before (the bottom was actually purple...) but still not the same. I might just cut the ends off...we'll see.

Yubaba was so scary the first time I saw her!

School starts for us on Tuesday. Private school, teacher workday, it's cool, AJ-kun has to go tomorrow though. I have to babysit those little Chinese girls again, but not until 11am so I can still sleep in a bit. That will be nice.

Haku! I don't like his feet in the dragon form...they look like chicken feet...with large talons...

I went ice skating with my dad today also. I know what you're thinking, ice skating? In Florida? Yes, they set up a temporary rink downtown every winter and we get to go. Actually some of the bigger cities have permanent indoor rinks that are much better, but we don't feel like driving to them. I have to say though $17 is an exorbitant amount of money for 2 people to skate for an hour!

This part is so cute!

Most of the people around here can't skate worth a crap and it's really annoying. I'm one of the best people out there every year, which is cool, but I'm probably not really all that good. I'm sure if I were to go up north any of you who live there would want to push me off the ice too! It was fun though, trying to dodge all the slow people who were falling down in front of me while simultaneously staying next to my not-so-fast dad and flirting with the hot guy who works there and is probably way to young for me.

Boh's extraordinarily cool nursery.

Being on ice, no being on skates of any kind makes me very pensive for some reason. I like to think while I skate. I can't remember what I was thinking about anymore, but I guess that's not important. It was a good time. My knee is bothering me now, but that's the price you pay. My ear is feeling a lot better today though so that is a good thing. I can twist the earrings all the way around now so it seems to be healing nicely.

ooh...creepy NoFace! I really like the way the walls are painted in this room.

Well, I guess we can tell Katy likes this movie by now, right? Sorry for the long, picture filled post everyone. Have a good day at school tomorrow if you are starting back! Tomorrow's picture theme was suggested by
Demonsprite as well.

The bathhouse at night, so beautiful.

Are you brave enough to leave with me tonight?

"As Lovers Go" by Dashboard Confessional

Today's picture theme: Inuyasha, requested by.....I can't remember!! Waahhh! I'm so sorry! Please tell me if it was you or you know who it was and I'll fix this as soon as I find out!

Actually, I have an idea as to who it might be, but I'm not sure b/c I searched through all my comments and couldn't find the person. Today I went with my mom to see The Polar Express. It was....weird...she really loves that book and would always read it to my brother and me at Christmas. Well, actually what would usually happen is she would read a few pages and start crying and I'd have to read the rest. The movie was not at all what I expected though. Not at all. I think I would've rather seen Phantom of the Opera or The Life Aquatic.

Koga...my favorite! He has Duo-kun's voice actor in the dub! And my other fave, Kagura!

Before the movie Hikari and I had our first lesson in obedience training, or whatever you want to call it. It went pretty well I think. The lady was nice enough and she thought he was very smart. Yaya! I knew he was! She told me a lot of stuff to do with him over the next week that is kind of a pain, but I guess it's worth it. We still have 5 more lessons to go though.

aww....how cute! I love Kirara too!

After the movie Tim and I went over to our mom's for a New Year's dinner of turkey and mashed potatoes and such. It was good, of course. Then the two of them played some mancala. I don't play games if at all possible. It's not a pretty sight, trust me.

gotta love Sesshomaru!

Happy New Year one last time everyone! Tomorrow's picture theme suggested by Demonsprite and PuchuuPunkette. And I'll even give you a hint. It's my favorite movie of all time!

   Nothing changes...

"New Year's Day" by U2

Today's picture theme: BASTARD! requested by animegirl-11 and nel.

Well, it looks like I'm late again tonight, but I'm sure most everyone who posts late like me is/was busy at midnight anyway! Today seemed to go on forever! I don't really feel like typing complete sentences right now though seeing as it's nearly 3am so here's a list of what I did...

-babysat from 8-2
-played a lot more XBox and Beyblade
-rode bikes for about an hour
-watched Garfield another 4 times
-took AJ-kun to the computer shop to drop off his system restore disks
-went to the bank
-took AJ-kun and Selena-chan to the mall to buy the barbell for my ear, Selena decided to get one too
-went to their house and ate pie
-let Selena-chan put two holes in the cartilage of my left ear...it hurt like a bitch! No, wait...it still hurts!
-nearly passed out from the piercing (I have issues with blood and sharp objects, kinda like Setsuna from Angel Sanctuary...)
-read Tokyo Babylon vol 5
-tried to explain why I love Subaru and Seishiro to Josh (Selena's boyfriend) who didn't really care...
-played Tekken and lost a lot
-ate steak
-watched Selena put two holes in the bottom of AJ-kun's left ear
-played with sparklers and roman candles
-watched their dad light big fireworks in the driveway
-broke a spatula while banging on pots in the driveway at midnight
-watched the mini Puffy AmiYumi concert on Cartoon Network...it kinda sucked...
-watched Selena-chan put two holes in her own cartilage
-took a very careful shower

See? I told you it was a lot of stuff! I visited some sites while babysitting today, but again was not able to get to everyone. I'm so sorry! *bows* I'm such a bad friend. I will do my best to catch up before school starts back on Tuesday. I will answer the PMs too, I'm especially sorry Taley-imouto for not getting to yours *hugs* I hope you understand.

Tomorrow Hikari and I have our first obedience lesson. Wish me luck everyone, it should be interesting. He's pretty hyper, and I sometimes take offense at people telling me what to do so I don't know how well it will work out...we'll see...

I haven't quite decided on tomorrow's picture theme. It should be the one that
Faroe suggested, but since she's gone I think I'll save it till she gets back and do someone else's. It will just be a surprise for you all! I hope you had a fun and safe time tonight! Happy New Year!!

Thanks
Hisui!

From the tears and the pain and the fears and the rain I will take you...

"Divine Inspiration" by Ministry of Sound

Today's picture theme: Last Exile...

...requested by KyatheBattousai! Please note: I know zero about this anime so if I got something wrong I apologize. I want TechTV! Her favorite characters: Alex...

...and Dio.

Wow, I'm kinda late tonight, huh? Not that most of you will notice since you won't read this till the real Wednesday anyway. I'm sorry I didn't get to many sites today. I babysat these 2 Chinese girls from 9-3, went to Publix, and then to AJ-kun's house. I only mention that they're Chinese b/c they were adopted by some...white people (I can't really think of a polite way to say it...) and they are really sweet! They have all this cool stuff in their house too. I'm glad they're letting the girls know about their heritage (they were actually born in China) instead of hiding things from them.

Anyway, I was planning on resting this afternoon since I have to babysit the rest of the week and I stayed up way too late last night, but then AJ called and it went something like this:
Me: Hello?
AJ: Hello?
Me: Hey.
AJ: Hello.
Me: Um....yes?
AJ: Are you coming over today?
Me: Was I supposed to?
AJ: I don't know....
Me: Uh...ok...do you want me to?
AJ: I guess....
Me: O....K.....so when did you get back from your grandparents?
AJ: Last night. Can we go get my laptop fixed today?
Me: Aha! OK, I'll be there in a bit! *hangs up*

So...we did that and then ate pizza and showed each other our Christmas presents and stuff. His mom gave me a present too b/c she's my friend as well. It was this really cool thing she got from HSN (home shopping network!) a cd player-candle holder. It sounds weird, but it looks really neato and I'm glad b/c the only way I could listen to cds in my apartment before was on my computer. Selena-chan bought the cartridges needed for her piercing gun and she's gonna pierce the top of one of my ears 2 times so I can put a barbell in it! I'm so excited! I think AJ-kun might get something done too...I don't know...

Wolf fans listen up! First of all let me make it clear that I have always liked wolves, and all members of the dog and cat families, this is not a Wolf's Rain obsession thing. Now, my mom's friend has a real live wolf for a pet!!! And.....it's white! And I get to go play with it probably next weekend! It's only 9 months old and my mom said it comes to the guy's waist already! He got it from some relatives somewhere....maybe Arizona...she's not sure....but they found it and realized they didn't know what to do with it once it started to get big so he's been training it and it's really nice. I can't wait to see it! *hugs imaginary wolf while thinking about it* Yay!

Tomorrow's picture theme suggested by
CoLoR Me EviL. I apologize once again for not visiting everyone today. I am going to catch up on the guestbook and PMs now, but probably will not get to sites till the afternoon. *hugs everyone* Hope you are all still enjoying your vacation!
