another day on teh job!
well...today was kinda the asme as yesterday. cept i think i did alot better. and i had to deal with some snobby customers. you know how some highschool girls can get? yeah, i hate that and i got a grpup of them. while they were waiting, they kept playing with the mic. at one point i said "are you going to order anything?" "no" then please step away from the counter" someone also gave me a $100 bill and i gave them like all teh change in the register!!! but anyway, another group of girls came up later and ordered 4 small cokes..and they wanted diet, but for some reason the diet was pumping regular. everything else was hooked up fine...so i had to give them a refund. at some point or another, i ended up with boh my supervisors over a the register to try and figure something out. i dont even remeber what it was, but it got taken care of. i also sprayed dpwn and wiped all the stainless steel surfaces in te back and also wiped and stacked teh trays. um...i actually got off alittle late because of customers and such. my supervisor (different one) was in the back playing with his cell phone. and i had to go et him and as a result, a few ppl had to wait like 5 extra minutes for their orders cause no one was working on them!! grrrrr....so ive ot two days off now. i filled out my workers permit and W-4 forms...i think the shoulda hadme do that before i started, right? oh well. i decided that if my parents cant afford to get me some black work shoes, i'll jsut have to buy my own. converse arent working...and my dad tried to lend me his shoes (cause he wears cowboy boots to work, dont ask why) but they were too heavy and cluncky and hurt my feet too. i just need shoes with ample padding, or perhaps i just need to suck it up and get used to it...maybe i'll do that and not waste the $30-$75 on a new pair of shoes. but i do need another pair of blasck pants,. believe or not, ive only got 1! um...so yeah...thats all about work...my next day is saturday. im so happy im working indoors. its supposed to get SUPER hot here!! im talking 105-110F. HOLY CRAP!!! we're gonna have to cover all teh windows and and keep teh dogs indoor for this one! you know, i was asked if there were any days i needed off and i said next saturday cause my parents were planning a camping trip...well it turns out they have to work that day! so this saturday i'll talk to my boss about that...um...ok, i think thats it. i need more questions!! yup...now im done. laters!
