Blaze The Origin By: Kitty
13 years ago a child of 9 years old saw her parents die in a drive-by shooting in front of a pet store. "Mommy!!! Daddy!!!" cried 9 year old Amber, as she curled up between her parents. The cats from the pet store behind her came flooding out of the broken windows and lie with her mewling and crying with her.
Living with her grandparents since the death of her mother and father, Amber became an artist creating dark depressing works with a fire in her heart.
At the age of 16 Amber went out on a camping trip hoping to rest off some 'creative' block (I'd say writer's block but she's a painter) Instead she found destiny in the form of a crystal cave. Stepping inside the cave changed her future.
As she looked into the crystals in the cave one by one she saw...
...herself, her parents, lots of cats, and a woman in one crystal who looked about 20 years old with cat ears and a tail standing in a field of fire. "I see you've found your inner pain." came a voice from within the cave, "Take a crystal, You can choose one of 3 elements." Hearing the voice frightened Amber but Then she saw 3 crystals with different active elements inside them (Fire/Water/Electricity). Amber grabbed the fire crystal and a surge of hot energy pulsated through her as she turned into who we now know as...
