Just so you know, I haven't died or been ignoring you all or anything. I just haven't been up to doing anything other than sleeping and watching TV. I had strep (and really still do, I guess) for a while, and only went back to school on Thursday. So...yeah. I'll try to get to some sites today. ^^ Nothing much has been going on here, besides me and half the school being sick and whatnot.

Florida: Land of Sun and Pelicans!!!

Sorry if I haven't visited anyone's sites in a while; I was in Florida from Thursday to Sunday, and before that I didn't have a chance to get on the computer. But I'm back now!!! ^^ We went to visit my stepsister, my stepbrother-in-law, and my nephew. No offense to my nephew, but he's a brat. (He's five) My stepsister was letting him wave a steak knife around when we went out to eat, and eat his steak with the stick thing that was in it when it came out (Like the toothpick in a sandwich, only plastic and in steak XD). And then when it was his bedtime he would throw a fit and be allowed to stay up. Sigh...and he whined so MUCH... Innywho...nothing else is new here...wait...I GOT NEW JEANS!!! They're so awesome...I only had one pair, and I didn't really like them. But now I have a new pair that I LOVE!!! Yay!!! ^^

TACKY DAY!!!

Today was Tacky Day at my school. It was awesome. I RULED the tackiness. I was wearing a totally clashing outfit, and two different socks and two different shoes, and tons of jewelry, and I braided my hair into little tiny braids and then turned them up (this is hard to describe) and then made the ends stand up with barretes. It was so cool... I went to the church we just switched to for the first time on a Wednesday night. Some guy showed me to where the teens met, and then I kind of stood around until a girl my mom introduced me to (her parents work with my parents) came up. I was still kind of standing there, but at least I wasn't alone. I followed her around for the night and sat beside her during the service. It was cool; a group of teens did all of the music. Three of them played guitars and one played drums, and then at the end one of the guitarists played the keyboard. It was fun.

It was so awesome today...I went with my mom to work in a town 2 1/2 hours away (she wasn't really doing much), then we went to another town to find an Outback so she could take some of her co-workers out. We went to Long John Silver's for lunch (I LOVE that place!!!), then we went to a Hobby Lobby. Can you say AWESOME store?!?! I blew every ounce of money I had by buying stuff that was on sale and candles. Almost every isle I went down had something I wanted. It was so cool...*starry eyes* I had to rearrange everything on my dresser and TV stand to put the stuff I bought on them. Now I have about six candles scattered around and tons of statues/figurines all over the place. But now if I want to buy anything else I'll have to move everything again. -.-' I have a Japan/China/Egypt/wolf/fox/dragon/Aztec thing going on. Plus a Bunny Suicide calander. ^^'

My friend spent the night at my house last night, and when her mom came to pick her up today, the UPS guy came. He left a package and drove off. Then my mom realized that he had the wrong address; right number, wrong street. She yelled at him to come back, and he actually heard her and backed up. He got the package and all was well. At least until we got back inside. My mom had turned on the wrong burner on the stove, and the back one was getting super-heated underneath the cover. My mom had to prop the cover up with a spatula and grab it with an oven mitt. Then on the way to the sink, the mitt caught on fire. She dropped the cover into the sink and blew out the fire. Then when she poured water onto the cover, we had a major steam-fest. We were afraid that the smoke alarm would go off, but it didn't. The smell was horrible. I, of course, was laughing my head off. I had three weird dreams in a row last night. I'll only talk about the third one, though; not enough room for the other two. ^^' I was staying the night at some lady's house because me and a group of teens were doing something or other. After a group of us took a walk around the neighborhood, I took a shower (in the exact same bathroom as I have now). Right after I finished rinsing the conditioner out of my hair, the lady came in the bathroom (!) and said to get out because her son wanted to take a shower. I was like, "I'm not done yet!" but she didn't care. So I got out, wrapped a towel around me, and went to my room. I think I got dressed; not really sure. Anyway, when I passed the kitchen the lady said that I had a phone call and that the phone was on the porch (?). I went out there, and the phone was lying facedown on the ground. When I said "Hello" there was a lady on the other end who introduced herelf, but I couldn't understand her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she said that she was from some hospital. I asked her what had happened, but I couldn't understand her reply again. I woke up before I could figure out what had happened. I was afraid that one of my parents had fallen asleep at the wheel and had run off the road. I still don't know what happened...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I stayed up to watch the ball drop on Times Square. It was cool. Then, like, five seconds after it was officially 2007, my dog wanted in my room because of the fireworks outside, so I kissed her. I mean, you're supposed to kiss someone at 12:00, so why not a pet? Then my friend called me at about 12:05. I was the first person she talked to in 2007. I told her that I had already talked to my dog. Too bad. ^^'

So.........bored!!!!

I'm just posting because I'm bored. I'm IMing my friend, but she's being slow. And there's nothing else to do... I stayed up until 12:00 last night (or is it this morning?) drawing a picture of Seamus Finnigan from Harry Potter. I've been reading fanfics with him in them for the past couple of days, and had to draw him. So I did. It's, like, the only picture of a person I've ever shaded. It looks good, though...if I get around to taking a picture of it, I'll post it. I can't scan things onto my laptop, so I have to use my camera...-.-' So sad...
