PHD--Pain, Hostility, and Torture

Wow...I'm tired. I had a volleyball game today, and I played JV and Varsity. I'm basically a benchwarmer on Varsity, but I did play some. Plus we had double PHDs in practice yesterday. A PHD is when you run to the net, jump three times, run back, do either up-downs, four corners, bleachers, push-ups, wall sits, wall jumps, or run up and down the stairs, then run a lap. Then do it all two more times. A double PHD is when you do all that but double--run to the net twice, and do two laps. Still three times. And we did two double PHDs in practice. Can you say tourture?
Other that that and craving a blueberry muffin, this week was pretty good. I got a 95 on my Algebra test, and a 102 on my Anatomy test. Boo-Yah!!! ~.^
