   Stress sucks
I have started to take a few different steps to bring my strees levels down, so I don't have another freak out or push my little bro down the stairs... Nobody believes me when I say I DIDN'T push him that one time. I swear he fell! It's his fault for running down them so fast anyway! So what if I was chasing him and threatened to push him down the stairs! It doesn't mean i actually did it! *ahem* But anyway to prevent such things I've started meditating. I've tried it only a few times, but it just might work. I felt really sleepy after the first try, that's a good thing right? I just hope it helps calm me when I really need it. Other than that I've been meaning to try Tai Chi, but I'm so damn lazy. -_-' Maybe I'll start next week...
