Okay what up people nothin much on my end. dont you hate running on a treadmill? well i do there is just something about it that doesnt feel right. Maybe its the freedom that isnt there. when you run thru a field or forest there is always something there to see thats new. all you have to do is open your eyes. but on a treadmill all you can do is see the same things around you. no wind blowing thu your hair nothing new to see. it is shackeling. oh well what can you do when it is snowing.  hahahaha whats up people! yeah so its awsome almost got mugged....the stupid guy came at me with his fists......what a moron....yeah he didnt get any money but he did get away,,,,then i cought a shop lifter....he didnt get away and has a broken nose.....he got it when i tackeld him i swear....but other than that i have a boxing party in like a few weeks so its gonna be fun
