   training
Well i just got paid so i went out and bought this brand new wieght set. the other one i had was practically falling apart. the new wieghts are awsome they are by bowflex and i can choose any wight i want by turning a simple dial...now i need some advice what should i do if i need to build up my biceps the look a little flabby and i dont remember what my siense told me to do to work them so please help people. plus im still looking for some wallpaper to put on my site but havent found any i like yet but still havent found any. hmmmm... my grandma just brought in fresh strawberries hmmmmm they are so goooooooood im eating one right now. but any way if any one fids some good inuyasha wallpaper please tell me well i probobly should go back to working out i think ill push myself today and run 8 miles instead of 5 cross country is coming up soon and i need to be ready...well i got to go train so ill talk to you ppl later bye
