"Jamie." Matt said for about the tenth
time.
You ignored him, drying your hair slowly.
"Jamie." Eleventh time.
You began combing your hair.
"Jamie." Twelfth time.
"Yes?" you say harshly as you open the
door. Apparently he was resting his head
against the door, and it was a surprise for him
when you opened it. He almost fell down, but he
caught himself in time.
"It's not what you think." he
said.
"A guy says that to a girl when they're
actually together Matt." you said,
pushing against him to get out.
"Well, I'm not together with her."
"Then why do you have her
picture?"
"Why were you looking around my
wallet?"
"Shut up and stop changing the subject.
Please." you said, annoyed.
"I mean, if you wanted some money, you
could've just asked." he said going
on.
You sighed and placed your hand on your head, he
laughed. "Ok, ok. Well... we WERE
together."
Your heart sank a bit lower, "But... you still
have... feelings for her?"
"Hm. Can't really say."
"What?"
"I don't know."
"What do you mean, 'I don't know'? Do you
still like her or not?" you asked, making
him hurry up to answer.
"Why do you care?"
This caught you off guard. He had a raised eyebrow
and a mischievous smile on his face that you
REALLY wanted to rip off. "Um. Roommate
purposes."
"What roommate purposes?"
"You just LOVE changing subjects don't
you?" you say, annoyed, and crossing your
arms.
"No, I just like doing it with
you."
You blushed, "Um. So. Shut up. Um. Do you
still... like her?"
He sat down on his bed and looked at the ceiling.
"Well... our relationship... lasted longer
than I expected. So... I got... what you say,
close to her."
"So... she broke up with you?"
"No... I did."
"Why?"
"She was... clingy. She wanted to go
everywhere I went... you know."
"Ah. So... how long was your
relationship?"
"Hmmm..." he paused to think, "About
five months."
You rolled your eyes, "Five months isn't
that long Matt."
"Hmm... well it is for me."
"Then why do you still have her picture in
your wallet?"
He faced you and stood up. "If you were a
different person, I'd kiss you to shut
up."
Then do it!
You shake it off and blush again. "Um... what
do you mean by that?"
"I respect you too much."
You almost said, "HA! AS IF!" but you
controlled yourself, and politely said,
"No. Really."
He edged his face closer to yours.
"Really." he said seriously.
You froze, forgetting the question.
He laughed and stepped back, letting you breathe
again. "No... I don't think I have any
more feelings for her. And for you, I'll remove
the picture." He walked over to his
wallet,
and took the picture out in front of you. Then he
picked up something from his duffel
bag.
"What's that?" you ask.
"Smile." he said all of a sudden.
And by impulse, you smiled, and then there was a
flash. After you regained your vision, you saw
Matt waving something in his hand. It was a
picture from the Polaroid he just used to take
your picture. When it was done he looked at it
closely and smiled. "Ah. You look good
here."
You run over, what can I say, you're vain at times.
Yeah, you did look good in it! "What's it
for?"
He smiled at you. "Why, I'm replacing this
with the picture of
course."

Awww... Matt's changing his ex's pic with yours!!
SWEEEET!
Now all we need are puppies and flowers, haha!

Thank you for reading this prologue. Some people skip it completely. But, the next one and MANY others will have sex scenes. I rated this one a teen because there's no negative content. But if you are under 16, I recommend not taking the future ones. I dont think you have to be 18 to read young adult stories. I thank you again for taking this. The next one will be out soon. ^_^
