I'm just normal girl I guess, who has a slightly unnatural obcession for drawing. And yaoi. My favourite anime would have to be Death Note, purely because I love the concept behind it - much deeper then your average anime plot and I love the way it questions your perceptions of 'justice.' It ended far to suddenly though. -pout-

Video problem solved - Turns out it was just the computer overheating. (to 94 degrees. Scary) There is a fan to stop it like exploding but it isn't exactly working. Oh well, I'm using my old computer now. It's much slower, doesn't have anywhere near the same amount of space but I can finally watch the long list of anime my friends had recommended me that was slowly building up. And oh yey, it's the summer holidays (even if it isn't sunny) so I'll have plenty more time for drawing.
One last thing, Marcus Brigstocke is officially my hero. He spent 7 minutes ranting about religion (my absolute pet hate) and by the end of it I was quite literally choking. 'This is a small request to all the Abrahamic faiths out there.. when you've finished blowing each other up can the rest of us have our planet back?' Classic. ^-^

  ARGH.
I have like a what 3mb cable and god knows how much space (I only really use it for internet purposes) and the videos wont work.
It's not a buffering problem - If I go on youtube the red bar will load. It's not cookies, or history, or how much space the videos take up. (the red bar will stay after you've watched a video, but you can make it so it deletes all history) I can't find anyone with the same problem, and argh.. so pissed! I'm about 10 episodes behind on Death Note (which is partly my fault because I refused to watch any more after L died - until I found out Mello and Near looked remotely like him) and I'm ITCHING to find out how it ends! I've even tried downloading the video before I watch and even that doesn't work. Does my computer simply not like me? -.-

I swear, if one more person gives me a lecture on uniform and 'looking presentable' I will punch them. We've had about 6 lectures already, from about 6 different teachers - and the inspectors aren't even here yet for crying out loud.
Can someone please explain to me the point of uniform? My form teacher said 'it makes you a part of this school' (even though I think being in the classroom on the school grounds is pretty conclusive). Smartness? Hell no. My appearance, or whether my stupid little top button is done up or not has no correlation AT ALL to my intelligence, or behavior. It relates to my attitude I suppose, (petty and rebellious) but if you want a good first impression take a look at my grades, for god sake.
Ah. It's going to be fun tomorrow, I cant wait to meet some of these lovely inspectors we've heard so much about ^-^

Omg, we're getting Ofsted inspectors on Wednesday and Thursday, ooh, such fun! All the teachers are basically in a state of panic. Our headteacher gave us a half an hour long assembly (we missed half of DT) to explain that 'I am not afraid of the Ofsted inspectors, we are a good school so there is nothing to be afraid of' even though he was obviously terrified, otherwise he wouldn't bother to lecture us on how to behave and how to be 'dressed correctly for school.' Ahem. Me and Sophie were in fits of laughter for most of it, I swear my sides still hurt.

He told us to tell the truth to the Ofsted inspectors, so the truth we shall tell..

I was looking at this fan-art, I cant remember who it was by, but when I went to comment on it there were about 3 people going 'ewwww ewwwww ewwwwwwww thats nasty.' I'm sorry but, had they missed the point that Sasuke and Naruto weren't actually doing anything dirty? Naruto was trying to pull up Sasuke's 'emo-pants' - the first few panels might have been a bit misleading, but for crying out loud, it's not that big a deal. Is it that most people on here are about 8 years old, or are they just generally immature?!
That's something I only really noticed till now, and I decided to try searching for yaoi fsn-art on here. Yes there was some, but most of it was mild and a considerable less then other sites I've been on.
Really, I'm not an obcessive yaoi fan-girl, I'm just curious if it is because most people on here are young - I'm still new on this site. Well, I'm 13, but I dunno if that's young, and it's not like I have the mentality of a child. I wouldn't be if I used the word mentality now would I?
One more whinge, there was this other one I found with Sasuke in a skirt and it was a perfectly good piece of art that had taken alot of effort. There was someone who had posted a comment along the lines of 'OMG you put Sasuke in a skirt, HOW COULD YOU, you meanie! Meanie! Meanie!' And no, I'm not joking, they did actually use the word meanie about 6 times. Firstly, It's only a fan-art - Sasuke is not really in a skirt, it's a picture. Secondly and probably more importantly - Sasuke is not a real person, he is a made-up character. Sorry to break it to you, someone would have to tell you one day. Ahem.

End rant. ^^

Im very happy now, I managed to find a English to Romaji online dictionary thing, and Ive settled on 'meimoki' for the name of my o.c's bloodline ability - meimo means illusion.
You'll be amazed at how many words there are that mean illusion, but that one suited her better.
The name of her blades could do with a japanese name but it's not particularly important I suppose - they can just be called blades. XD
God I'm tired..
