It's not my fault...
I feel kinda bad 'cause I haven't visited in FOREVER. DX Sorry! It's stoopid school. ;o; I've been overloaded with homework and stuff. x(
Erm... I've had a kind of bad day. But I feel better now. And I'm going to make you all feel all warm and happy inside by showing you this piece I wrote as homework. It's this... show not tell writing thing... for Stargirl, which is what we're reading in Language Arts. It's realy cute... my character Trish and her friend (maybe even boyfriend =D) who used to be named Zellos but I'm using that name for another story now... XD
Furtively I slunk through the massive space, sipping the last drop of my sweet cherry-flavored soda. I had my eyes peeled for someone interesting to follow. As I tossed my cup into the nearest trash bin, I spotted a girl a bit older than me. Long brown hair. Tied back in a braid with a light blue bow. She wore an outfit like a sailor’s uniform. Her shirt was pastel yellow, her skirt the same hue as her bow. On her back was a knapsack, and she was walking quickly. I set off after her. As she passed a fountain she flipped a quarter into it. Plop.
The girl was soon outside, running to a boy with long rust-colored hair. Playfully she slapped his hip. He leapt into the air, whipping his head around. He laughed. He pushed the girl back in the same playful manner. She then pulled a small sack from her pack. The boy pulled the sack off his gift. Inside was a glass pendant, intricate designs painted on it. Smiling, the boy embraced the girl. My watch cried out with beeps. My time was up. These two were young lovers. Nothing more.
Heehee. It's only a half page long, which is how long it's supposed to be, since it's gotta be short. ^_^x
Oh yeah, and in music appreciation today I played my song for that presentation. I decided Destiny from DDR would be the best for me. I actually thought of doing Kakumei instead, another awesomely awesome piece (it's instrumental, though) but I stook with Destiny. When the song was playing I felt nervous, but this really funny happy-go-lucky girl went 'That was cool!' at the end. And then when some of my friends said it was from DDR she went 'Cool' again. She's funneh. XD My teacher for that said that the song would be for raves, since it was so fast... I kinda laughed. Since... well...
Aaaaanyway.. I should go now. I have quite a bit of dumb math and science homework. DX And I think this post is long enough to make up for my absence.
Later's ya'll!
