You ever watch that show on fuse called heavy metal makeover? It's SO FUNNY! I'm not a huge fan of the newer metal, love the classics but, yea you get it. Well, it's so funny to see these people's reactions. They don't know what kind of makeover it is, they think its some kinda TLC thing. But he comes out and performs a song in spikes and make up...omg...his mom loved it. His dad..didn't. I guess I'll change the theme soon. Idk. I'm still thinkin bout something. Okay, well, this isn't a picture I took. The camera is at my dad's company...well not his. But the company he works for. But this is the color and type I have.
Well. totchis grl is over here. We rented The Amityville Horror, normally movies don't scare me. But, I was terrified. Out of my mind. We also rented monty python's the life of brian. Great, great, great movie. Well, all of Monty Python's works are great. I went see the new Harry Potter movie. Since Jacob was in. He's been coming in alot lately. The fourth book was my favorite, and the movie was awesome. But personally, I think they could have done better. THEY SKIPPED THE WORLD CUP! Jeez, I was really REALLY looking forward to that. So that pissed me off. Sorry if I ruined that for anyone..but..they shouldn't have skipped it. I remember that chapter so well. I wish I could've seen it. *sigh* Oh well, I guess there isn't much I can do about it can I? Well, I went to hot topic, just because I had no clothed for the winter except for plain white long sleeved shirts. So I bought a queen shirt and a jimi hendrix shirt to wear over the white shirts. I also bought a greenday wristband. And, I got to see Mr. Don! I actually met his wife! *gasp* My dad was there. The conversation after we left.
Dad: She can walk! That's good. That's the first time I've ever seen her come out of her room.
Me: Me too.
Dad: You mean, all the hours you've spent at Don's. She's never come out?
Me:No...
Dad:...Apparently she's better.
And, she swas pretty nice. She just seemed like a really nice lady. I'm not surprised, considering Mr. Don's just about the sweetest person in the world. He was playing my guitar, and staring at something in back of the amp the entire time. And, his fingers weren't exactly slowing down. I tried to see what he was looking at...but I couldnt find anything. Well, I have a cough right now. I really bad cough. Don't you hate them? I think it's because cough drops are so disgusting. totchis grl took my glasses, good thing for that typing class in seventh grade huh? Either way this short post turned into war and peace. So, ttyl! Does anyone else find 12012 addicting? I also find weird al addicting. o_O
Okay, so, how was your day? Mine was..ok I guess. I got my mid semester progress report today. I have 2 cs, I THINK I can bring up math but literature...thats quite a different story. Bringing up an 82 in a subject I suck at may be tricky. But, I know I can bring up an 87 in math so I'm quite happy with only one C. ^_^
Oh and by the way, does anyone know what I'm getting for Christmas? I DO! A fender strat!! Either black blue or red. That's what I have to choose from. I'm leanin towards black...my best friend has a black though. So, I'm not sure. I'll look at them all. So, Jak X is coming out. WOOHOO! And with the birthday money I'll be recieving come December 2 I'll be able to afford it! It looks awesome, I always liked the extra races in the Jak games. So this should be awesome since it's only races. AND! An awesome looking movie is coming out on my birthday. AEONFLUX. It looks awesome. And the new Harry Potter movie is Friday. The 4th book was my favorite so the movie better be good. And, JAKES COMING IN FRIDAY! :D He's been coming in alot. So we can go see the movie. AND! We got the list of make up days for my school cuz we missed so many for the hurricanes. Yep..and I lost it. But I know theres none for the Thanksgiving Holidays. And I THINK there's only one early dismissal day during the Christmas holidays. Theres a class trip to DC for the Easter Holidays so I really don't know about that. And I think theres a few summer days. I dont know...I lost it. -_-'
It's sad but I sit here and stare at pics...and wish for a gibson sg standard.

Good day and bad day at the same time. I feel sick, my throats been hurting all day and so has my head. But, thats besides the point. I'm craving vegetable soup. totchis grl...your lucky o_O Um, I forgot about math homework and left it in my locker. But he doesn't check anyway so... Yay. And I found out what happened to Mr. Don. When Rita hit the business he works at was completely flooded and so the company is closed. His boss's house was flooded so its DEFINATELY closed for a long time. The only way he's making money is by playing with his band. They are REALLY good but come on...making money to live on by playing in a local band is pretty hard to do. Plus, his wife was in a car accident years ago, she can hardly get out of bed. But she did get out of bed for a very little while, and fell and broke her arm. Now she needs back surgery. That's coming up soon. It sucks, hes the last person in the world to deserve all this. Housing his wife, her sister, and himself with money from a aband. I mean, he won't accept any of our money. We're lucky he accepted food. BUT! He said he really wants to keep teaching me! So he told my dad to call him after the holidays. Which by the way is next week~ ~_^ WOOHOO! Family in for Thanksgiving, all I can say is it's times like this I'm happy to live wayyy down south...I mean WAY down south. We've got some good food. IT'S GETTING COLD WEDNESDAY! It got cold for a week...now it's hot again, and its getting cold again. :D Yay. Yea, last post when I said I was boring? That was a joke. ^^; Well, I'm drawing Jimi Hendrix right now. It's coming out pretty good. o_O I was planning on giving it to Mr. Don. But my art teacher told me she wanted it for the High School Xmas exhibit. The High School exhibit...thats cool. I'm 8th grade...yea. I'll still give it to Mr. Don after though. My assistant principal seriously must have been stalking us. She showed up in a bunch of our classes and just sat at the teacher's desk. I hate it when they do weird stuff like that. Creeps me out. I'm probably going to Washington DC on a class trip for Easter. Well, I wanna go ALOT. But I'm scared to get on the plane. REALLY scared. I have a pilot for a cousin and uncle and I've never flown... I know I'm being a baby. But I get scared just thinking about it. And then you know your finally able to say "Okay I can do this. No big deal." and the time comes to do it and you know your gonna get scared again. I hate that feeling. ;_; I mean REALLY hate it. It makes me feel weak and inferior..to what? Idk. The other people there? I dont know. You know the feeling? Ok, this post came out long so, here's some pics. Mr. Don's got this. It's the same kinda Eric Clapton had. They have 200 exact copies,his isn't exact but its NICE. He got it for $100, AWESOME DEAL! He had to fix it up alot but it's still great. This just rules.

HAPPY BDAY AUB! WOO...shes not on myo anymore. But, it's her birthday. So, happy birthday!
Okay, well I got the research sources I need for the science fair. Science fairs are evil, even my science teacher says so, I say they should cancel it. Well, I finally got the sources. So, thats a start. Well, my dad hasn't talked to Mr. Don in a while. And they're really close, and my dad wanted to thank him for everything he's done. Sooo, we decided to buy him six ribeyes(aka a kind of steak..just a different part of the cow o.O) and they wanted something that would last too. So, Dad's gonna find out who his favorite guitarist is. And I'll do a charcoal..or pen and ink. I have a feeling it'll be Jimmy Hendrix. He's a huge Hendrix fan. Well, you ever notice how friends seem to move away alot? Last year, 3 of my friends moved. And a year or two before...another moved. I still keep in touch...but it's weird. o_O Only one ever comes into town. Yea...
Well, i have the same teacher for math and louisiana history. And I still don't get math...but Louisiana History is really easy and interesting! He doesn't teach by the book so you don't have to worry about names and dates...he just talks...and it's really hard to NOT pay attention. I never had that much fun in a class before....yea i know I'm weird. ^^;
Well I downloaded a free trial of photoshop. But I still like paint better...deleted pixel by pixel on magnified for hours and hours on end. It's better the old fashioned way. ~_^ Okay well...I g2g...so I'll ttyl! Comments (7) |

Eh....
School was...interesting. I woke up about 5 minutes before school started. It sucked....I flew out the door. So, I managed to somehow get there before class started. And, at lunch(my schools dumb and you cant bring your own) it was chili. And it's really hot again. It needs to start getting cold. I thought it might actually snow this year, well, my chili was nasty. All the beef or whatever that stuff was was in a ball floating in the middle. It was disturbing. I'm on the phone with David (yet ANOTHER on of my friends that moved...alabama). He's funny. ^_^ I did ok on the math test. Missed 7 problems, better than I normally do. Not sure how many problems there were..but 2 pages. I did well on the Louisiana History test too. But it's extremely easy, my LA Hist. teacher doesn't like the way the book is written, so he gives us the answers to the test a day or two before and just teaches us what HE thinks is important. I love that class. ^_^ It's so easy to change the subject. Man My piano teacher was about to make me cry the other day. I saw her, and she started saying how lonely shes been since her husband died around the end of the last school year. She started saying how shes so lonely around the house except for when her grandaughter, who has a cist on her brain that is most likely going to have to be removed, and how I'm growing up and am gonna be leaving soon and stuff. I hated seeing her like that...you get attatched to people like her, I dont think anyone can help it. And then she started getting watery eyed and saying how I've been with her since I was a little kid and I'm not gonna need her soon...I promised I'd go visit her. And I intend to keep it, she's awesome. Like a grandma and a best friend combined. o.O If thats possible. Okay, well, onto a happier subject.
And, I actually listened to Country today. o.O *gasp* It's not bad, it's just all the same. So it gets boring. I listened to a song and a half, then I got bored haha. AND I found out I almost kinda have connections with Rich Beddoe, Finger Eleven drummer. My sister worked with his gf...if they're still together anyway. Mike and Nat came over Saturday. Nat=sister Mike=her boyfriend
Mike is EXTREMELY buff, and he found a little moth. It was so funny. He started whispering "I got me a lil friend. Awww..he's so cute!" and playing with it. It was funny. ^^ If he'd get rid of those enormous muscles he'd be cute, but he's a bouncer. Some girl at the bar punched him the other night for kicking her boyfriend out. We heard he picked her up and ran out of the bar. The thought...it's funny. But he had a huge red mark across his face, had to hurt.
My mom's asking me about electric guitars. :D With tax and an amp and stuff it's $300. I can't afford it all by myself, OMG SHES CALLING THE MUSIC STORE!!! okay..i really gotta go. I have homework, a paper due in two days, and some things on washington irving due tomorrow. So, I'll talk to you guys later.

Even though I can't play it and the book is gone permanently...or...somewhere in the depths of an evil attic. I'll teach myself to play. Well...Mr. Don still hasn't called back. Mr. Don's my guitar teacher. He's also one of my Dad's best friends so he taught me for free...he wouldnt let us pay. We tried to give him something, anything, but he wouldnt let. And when Katrina hit his relatives lost their homes. So now he's housing him and he can't teach me anymore, and the other guitar teachers are really expensive. $25 a lesson? Please thats about the price for a month of piano. We can't afford that. I can get ACE to give me some tips, Mr. Don taught him too. Also wouldn't allow pay. Well, Jacob is leaving town again today. I emailed him, told him he had no choice but to reply back. (no...jacob is not my bf. Just my friend...i know it sounds like it though i just get excited when hes in town)
Well...I woke up ata bout noon. Which means I won't be able to sleep tonight. Just like I do on every Sunday. I really need to start settin gmy alarm...
Steffon(another friend of mine that moved)Mailed me a cd. Now that I have a case I can mail him his CD. ^^; I know, I'm sad, didn't even have an old case lying around somewhere.
I'm so bored right now it's unreal, that comes with Sundays. I'm downloading Hellsing AMVs to pass the time...
Well, yesterday I went to Church. And it was the really cool preist! That actually makes mass interesting? o.O I know weird. Hes really good friend with my grandparents so I know him well. He's really...friendly and just makes you feel at home. And the mass was about 35 minutes long.
