   I'm back!
Hey everyone, I'm finally back from state choir. There were 192 singers there; 16 from each district. My roommates were really cool, I had a lot of fun with them. I was one of the 48 altos there. I arrived on Wednesday and went to a late meeting. On Thursday, we had eight total hours of practice! On Friday, we had a little less practice than that, then we watched a late concert and got our pictures taken. Saturday, there was an early practice and then we performed at the concert. I got home about 5:00 PM on Saturday. I have never sung in such a fabulous choir. We sang five super-hard, but cool songs. One of them was about 350 measures long! Over all, I had a wonderful time, but I'm glad to be home again. I hope I get to go again next year!

   four days!?
Well today is the day I leave for four days for state choir, so this will be my last post until about sunday. I'm kind of nervous about going, I don't know anybody. Well, goodbye everyone, I'll talk to you when I get back!

I'm really tired and it's only going to get worse. I have to manage to pack before or after my brother's game for the four day choir trip. I'll have to program the VCR so I don't miss my shows. I'm going to be super busy!

   Not all of my posts have a definate subject.
I'm at school and we're watching Bush's inaguration. I had to get up early again today for scholar bowl practice, plus I had give two of my friends a ride. I don't mind though, they're pretty fun. I'm STILL suposed to be writing this paper. XP My brother has a basketball game tonight, and I have to run a raffle table. On Friday I think I'm going to have some friends over to play game cube and X box games. :) On Saturday, I have to get up even earlier than I would for school, because we have an early scholar bowl meet. Then I may go to my friend's game after that. When am I going to be able to sleep in?! I'm loving the new Inuyashas! They almost make up for the fact that Yu Yu Hakusho started over. *almost* Full Metal Alchemist is great too. Well, I really should get something done on that paper. Adios, mis amigos!

   I'm exhausted!
I had to get up early again. I had scholar bowl practice before school, and I just got out of a taxing prom committee meeting. So now I'm in kind of a crazy, hyper-tired mood, so I'm sorry if I say anything stupid. XD I'm suposed to be writing a paper right now, but I can't concentrate. Plus my exhaustion is interfering with my spelling and typing skills. It's almost time for lunch, maybe food will wake me up a little. But we're haveing pork patties. :(

My Favorite Strangers

Have you ever felt like the people you love are slowly going beyond your reach? Like everything is changing around you? Like your world is falling apart? How many people are in pain, but wear a smile? Do you feel like you have no control over your life? Do you feel helpless when your friends turn into strangers? Sometimes they try to change me. Sometimes they simply exclude me. What do they want to become of me? Do they care anymore? How much longer will I be able to call them friends? They cannot change me. I refuse to change. I am too strong to be changed. But I am not too strong to cry.
