Wit and wisdom
So, This crazy dude was walking around slowly and talking to himself in town just a few minutes ago. When we pass him on the sidewalk he says:

"Don't you Nazi's get smart, we've got the H-bomb."

Followed by the clincher...

"I felt a tug on my scrotum and I don't like it!"

God bless a liberal town that will not fund mental health facilities.
