it's a bitch convincing people to like you
The chalk war ended in a four way loss. Everyone was covered in chalk dust and handprints in...um...inappropriate places. It was good fun, at any rate.
Now, I went to this at about 2:30 in the afternoon. I was only there for a few hours, but being outside in the heat made me insanely tired. That's one of the many reasons I hate the heat.
On a good note, it rained for the first time in a long while. Of course, it had to get really dark, and really windy, and really creepy before it actually rained, but I got over it. Usually I like rain and thunderstorms, but when things get really dark and windy like it did, I have a tendency to get rather freaked out.
I'm sort of a chicken. Or wimp. Whichever floats your boat.
Well, instead of my gorgeous lovely reading material calling me tonight, it's my bed. Like I mentioned before, the heat's made me so unnaturally sleepy... plus I have to get up early and wash the stench out of my section leader shirt...yaaayz.
