I still can't comment people... So if anyone knows what's wrong, please speak up... -__-;
Anyway, today I went to that Mid-Autumn Festival celebration thing in that municiple place. It was kinda boring... But they had BUBBLE TEA. Yaaaaay!! Some people from my Chinese School was there, obviously trying to make money by selling random lanterns and trying to drag people into our school. Dunno if it worked or not, but whatever...
I saw Michelle there as soon as I was about to leave. I told her how boring it was and was like, "Hurry, get out while you still can!" But she probably didn't. I also saw Danny (some senior dude who's in tai chi). He was like, "Yeah, this is the last time I go to a festival without my friends. I'm stuck with my sister and I don't speak Chinese." Then we LOLed XD Then I left... without saying bye... Yup.

So I still can't comment anyone's posts for some reason but I'll figure out what's wrong in a few days... Until then, I'll blabber on about...... stuff.
So we got a three day weekend which is CRAP cause it's only one day longer and I don't plan on doing anything but sitting there. Ah well... more quality time with Photoshop, Corel Painter, and my tablet.
Because I don't think I said it here yet, I'll say it now: I MISS KUNG FU SO EFFING MUCH.
Sure, I joined the Tai Chi club at school but it's not the same!! I miss the muscle pains, getting beat up, random crackings and clickings of the elbows and holy shat we can't forget about the SMELL and SWEAT. I won't even get any practice in for Chinese New Year when we go to China Town and do the lion dance!! ;__;
Depression over for now... So randomly I shall bring a random topic of randomness. There's this dude in school who's not a freshman that I see everyday in the halls at least 7 times a day. That's friggin' more than I see my friends!! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!

Yesterday was the hung ga kung fu tournament. I did transition and the mantis form. I placed gold for mantis (since there were only two people) and didn't get anything for transition.
I went along with Jen, Jeff, Jasmine and Brian as usual and I had to sit in the back with Jasmine and Brian. The car ride wasn't really comfortable... whatever. Those stupid wristbands that we have to get aren't comfortable either. They are too tight and some of them have the sticky thing off so it sticks to your skin.
Anyway, the competing part was confusing since they started to change everything and stuff. But whatever... First I did mantis which is southern short hand. I went against only one other girl who placed second. She seemed really upset cause she messed up... Eh heh... Transition, which is southern long hand, was later on in the day, like after 2 pm or more. I didn't place... cause I paused every now and then because I messed up or forgot the next move... and made facial expressions like "SHIT!!"
There was this Asian kid in my division for southern long hand and he had REALLY COOL HAIR. He had a little pony tail thing that was bleached at the tip. Jasmine said it was a thin mullet and Leonardo said it was a rat tail o__O ....Anyway, I thought that was really cool. So after he competed, and placed first, I was like, "HEY YOU!!" and he looked around and finally at me like "o__O;" I was like, "YOU HAVE COOL HAIR!!" and he
was like, "Oh... ::sort of hesitant, smile smile grin grin:: thanks ::smile::" LOLOL Jen thought I was hitting on him. Noooo way.
After most of us were done (and the gym was like all empty except for a few kung fu people) we started to talk with the other groups. I never really asked or noticed what group the dude with the cool hair was from but we talked with a few people from his group. His friend was like pushing him at me and we were all, "LOLZ WTF, personal space, man!!" One of the kids from that group (who was like 8 years old) won like 20 medals. It was crazy...
Jen said that I had a bad pick up line when I said that the dude had cool hair. It wasn't meant to be a pick up line... even though like everyone thought it was... His friends were all smiling and stuff and I was just staring at them... I just wanted to say that he had cool hair! IS THAT SO WRONG?!

So yeah... for some reason I can't comment anyone on their posts so don't get mad at me and stuff...
Anyway, in school today, I made a new friend in like 5 seconds flat. His name is Ya Ming. Me and Amanda were walking to our 1st period and I saw the dude and was like "Hey, you, d00d! You went to that student council thing!" and he was like, "...Yeaaaah..." We got this slip that I guess you sort of have to fill out so I asked him about it and he said we didn't HAVE to fill it out... so yeah, I was like, "Thanks! ...What's your name, again?" And he was all, "-Chinese accent- Ya Ming." WHAT A FRIGGIN' COOL NAME!! Most people who have a Chinese name use a different one for English (like me) but he kept his, apparently. Anyway, I digress...
Tomorrow is my tournament for kung fu. I barely remember any of the forms I'm supposed to do .__.; One is the praying mantis form which is really easy but tiringly slow. You also have to use A LOT of force and chi which I can't handle since I stopped practicing for a while for the sake of school. My chi level is like... blah. I tire out after a few seconds -__-; Then I also have to do a transition form (butterfly form into 3-star form) which is SO DAMN LONG. It also has so many punches and this one jump kick which I can't do anymore... I used to be able to do really well... ::sigh:: Aaaaanyway, I'll update tomorrow night about the tourny even though I'll probably be really tired, have low chi, be dehydrated and near death. That's okay.

Uh huhuhuhuh... I'm still sick but I've been getting better. 8 pills a day plus two doses of medicine syrup o__O I'm an extreme med-taker...
My lovely cousin bought me Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus which was very nice of him But the only reason he got it for me is because he doesn't have a PS2 and wants to come over to play. But whatever...
My cousin broke my DDR mat ;__; The right arrow broke (only the left and back one used to be broken) which means only the front arrow works. I keep getting E's... not only cause I need to puke... I need to buy another which will cost HOMGLOTSOFMONIES so I'll wait for Christmas... or Chinese New Year... since I get money... Aiyah TT____TT
Yesterday I watched like... 5 hours of some Avatar Last Airbender... thing... with my cousins. They got some sort of DVDs and stuff so we were watching and it was like... "KUNG-FU ELEMENTAL POWER!! ATTAAAACK!!" And I was like, "Homg, how come when I do my kung fu forms fire doesn't pop out of my hands ;__;" I was very heartbroken... is it because I don't have enough CHI?! I MUST PRACTICE MOOOOORE!! Cause the tournament is coming up. So I want to be able to shoot fire out of my hands and impress the judges And if they score me lowly, I can shoot fire at them...
Judges: d00d, you lyk... sux... j00 get a 0.01
Me: ........WAHAHAHAHA!! ::fire stuffs::
Judges: HO' SHAT!!
::sigh:: That would be great...
Anyway... while I was watching, there was this like... I dunno a blind girl? But anyway, her style was very similar to the Southern Praying Mantis (which is my style) and I was like "NOOOO GOD EFFING DAMMIT, SHE'S DOING HER STANCE WRONG!!" and my cousins said I was getting over-excited. But yeah... and that dude that can shoot fire and stuff with that cool looking scar was using Northern Xiaolin style and I was like "HO' SHAT, what if the people in the tournament can do that?! Then I'm screwed!!" And umm... yeah, I got really upset when he cut his pony-tail thing off ;__; And that's the end of my long rant.

So far school is... stupid. We've got lots of quizzes already. I had one in history and math today. They were okay... for the most part...
In history I'm in the honors class so our teacher calls it the "big H". For some reason, Wilson finds that really funny and laughed everytime he thought about it. Eventualy, I started to think it was funny, too, for no apparent reason. So everytime one of us thought of "the big H", we would laugh and the other one would start laughing, too. It was weird.
So yeah, I have a lot of homework to do so I probably shouldn't be typing this thing up. So... yeah... got a lot of shat to do. Bye.

So I decided since everyone was updating about their first day at school, I would, too! Isn't that just peachy?
Anyway, I didn't even get to see my frickin' locker today. Our homeroom teacher was supposed to let us see where it was and test it out but the bastard TALKED for the entire time about CRAP that we already knew!! WOTTA WASTE OF TIME!!
So the teachers are okay, for the most part. Though my painting/drawing teacher yelled the frickin' crap outta me cause I was late. What do you expect? I have to run to the stairs, down them, and then cross the entire school just to get to that class!! CUT THA BRO SOME SLACK, MAN!!
What else... ah yes, the forbidden HALLWAYS. Isn't it just beautiful how upperclassmen STOP WHILE THEY'RE WALKING AND KISS SOME RANDOM PERSON?! HELLLOOOOOO?! I'M TRYING TO GET TO MY NEXT CLASS!! ::grumble grumble:: And I got lost quite a few times. Some of the teachers gave me wrong directions o__o
Then was the wait/looking for the bus episode. Apparently, my bus was later than most. I believe it was the second to last to arrive. Walking down a row of a bunch of buses in the rain having some crazy guy who talks too much following you isn't fun. No, no it's not. And then was the walk home while it was still raining. I live the farthest from my stop. FARTHEST. My walk home can be described as a LIVING HELL.
So the first day wasn't THAT bad, I suppose... but it was still bad...
In other... random... news... I've decided to change my layout... Yay... ::too lazy to start coding::

Yesterday I had my Chinese school meetings and orientation. It was more fun than the high school orientation by a long shot.
We had the meetings first which were for the advanced classes, project classes, and teacher assistants. I was in two of those meetings cause I'm in advanced classes and I'm a teacher assistant. This year I was assigned to help a 2nd grade class. Suckyyyy... Those brats don't know when to shut up. My advanced class this year is okay. I got most of my friends, including more than half of our cosplay group.
Then we had the orientation. Most of it took part in the auditorium. Since I've sat through the same thing over 10 times by now we didn't bother to listen to all of it. We just drew in my sketch pad through the whole thing.
Picking on the new kids is always fun, not that we have anything against them. It's just a little... "initiation", if you will. It's always easy to pick out the new kids since all of us remember who's who from last year and the years before. We don't bother with classes Ka1-Kb2 (all new years and little kids in kindergarten) cause they'll take us seriously and start crying. So we move on to the new kids in first grade classes and whatnot. Tristen was chasing around this little 2nd grader, asking him all these stupid questions and the kid got so annoyed that he kicked Tristen in a place you do not want to be kicked. Tristen spent the last few minutes of orientation huddled up in a corner, trying to get over his pain.
After the orientationa and stuff we went to get lunch at Burger King. And then we went to the park. And then we went home. And then... yeah. Okay, sorry for the long entry.

Today I had my orientation for school and stuff. It was boring, other than getting to spend some time with my friends. Most of my classes have my friends in them so I'm satisfied... sort of... yeah. Well, too lazy to explain more.
Aaaand tomorrow I have my Chinese school meetings and orientations. Yaaaay... more boring stuff...
