Well, this has been a busy week. Monday I had a meeting for NET, Tuesday I had church choir, and today I started finals and had Italy choir rehearsal after school. Tomorrow I'm finishing up finals, no school Friday(THANK GOD!) and the ACT Plan test thing on Saturday. Joy. Tests, tests, and more tests! I'm looking forward to starting a new trimester. New classes, new teachers, new grades. Well....that's about it. BYE! ^_^

It's been snowing all day! YAY! I love snow. I've been listening to Christmas carols all day, haha. Finals are next week, JOY! My mom's freaking out about them, even though I'm doing quite well in school at the moment. She's making me study for two hours a day before the finals. MEH. Oh, well, I'm looking forward to a new trimesters. New classes, new teachers, fun stuff. Yep. Well, nothing else new to report. I'm gonna go waste time taking quizzes on quizilla. ^_^

   Hi, everyone! Just got back from the NET retreat. It was so much fun! It was a great religious experience and I met some great new friends. Oh, and a couple guys on the home team were really cute. ^_^ They're also too old for me but oh well hehe. Just finished my h/w, I had to print off a Shakespeare monologue(I chose one of Phebe's from As You Like It). Well...that's about it!

   Hola! Had to stay after school today for choir rehearsal for the Italy trip. Much fun. I also got to miss sixth hour because this acappella group called Fourshadow was performing for the choir students. They were really good. They're having a concert at our school in January so I have to sell tickets for that as a fundraiser later. Hm...what else....Saturday is Sadie Hawkins, but I'm not going 'cause I'll be at a NET retreat this weekend. Oh well, the music at our dances sucks anyway. Well...that's about everything remotely interesting. Bye! ^_^

*yawn* long day. I realized once I got to school that I didn't do an essay for lit/writing, so that sucked. In acting we're working on these skits which are really fun because we're using hats from this project we did last week and props we got on monday. It should be pretty fun. I had to stay after school for rehearsal for our trip to Italy. I forgot my music which sucked but I just shared music with a girl next to me. I'm so excited! 9 days touring ITALY! WHOOT! Let's see...on an unrelated topic, two of my best friends whom I have known since elementry school have decided not to be friends anymore and I'm kind of upset about it because it's a bit of a stupid reason. None of us go to the same high school, so obviously we've all met new friends, and both of them feel like they're being replaced with the other's new friends. It doesn't seem like something to end a close friendship over, and it's driving me insane 'cause I love both of them and I can't stand for them to end their friendship! Well....that's the end of my rant. BYE!

Here's a little look at my day. This morning I did my paper route, and after that my parents went shopping and my sister went to a friend's house, so I had the house to myself all day. Basically all I did was look up lyrics to Christmas carols and sang them at the top of my lungs since I was the only one home. It was fun. Later I went to NET, I just got home less than a half an hour ago. It was fun. Well....that's about it. BYE ^_^

   MEH.....guys....
Okay, this is going to sound amazingly dorky and pathetic, but there are two guys I can't get my mind off of for two entirely different reasons. One is Josh, the idiot who thinks I like him. I can't stand him-he's creepy, he's pompous, he's a jerk...and I can't stop thinking about him! I always let him get to me, even when he doesn't say a word to me(not that he does often-he's "too cool" for me). I DON'T GET IT. I hate him, so why can't I stop thinking about him?! ARRRGHH! The other one is...my friend, Karl. I kind of think I like him. I mean, obviously I LIKE him, he's one of my best friends, I mean...well, you all know what I mean. But it's pointless because we've both talked about it and decided it'd be better to stay friends. And, I mean, that should be good enough. But I still can't stop thinking about him. He's just....I don't know how to describe him. He's sweet and funny and easy to talk to, but there's something more about him that I love. I've had other crushes where I feel awkward and nervous and scared and self conscious, but I never feel that way with Karl. I feel like I can be myself more, I don't have to worry. I can talk to him about everything. I'm always happy when I'm with him, but it's different than the happiness I feel with other friends. But it's pointless because we're JUST FRIENDS! Why does this always have to happen? I've never liked a guy who's liked me back. I mean, I don't blame them-I'm not exactly Miss America. It just sucks. Especially now. It's frusterating to feel this way about someone and know that it's...I don't know.....USELESS. Meh....

Hola!
Speech auditions went better than I expected. I had to do oratory, drama, humor, and improv. I'll find out if I made it tomorrow or Monday, so wish me luck! Today wasn't too interesting. I stayed after to get some help in U.S. History. I'm glad it's almost friday, though. Weekends are good..-_- I'm going to NET on Saturday, so that's always fun. Well....that's about it!

Sorry I haven't updated for a few days! Here's what's been going on.
Sunday-I went to see Shakespeare's As You Like It because my friend's school was performing it and she had a part in it. I also had to write a paper on a character in a play so I thought this would be a good opportunity to do that. So I was sitting in the very front row holding a notebook so I could take notes on the character I was going to write about. After the show, I was talking to my friend and all these people from the cast kept coming up to me saying everyone had thought I was a talent scout since I had my notebook. They thought I was about twenty five years old until my friend told them what was going on! Anyway, after that my friend and I "trick-or-treated" for charity, going around collecting canned goods(we got candy too-the food drive was just an excuse for us to go trick or treating without seeming like dorks hehe).
Monday-nothing really. Just had a voice lesson.
Today: "voted"(our school had us all vote) Bush won. Dammit. Tomorrow I have auditions for speech and I'm scared as hell but I'm not backing out. I'd feel worse if I didn't try at all. I also have rehearsal for the songs we're doing for our choir trip to Italy tomorrow. YAY! Well, I'd better go practice for auditions, wish me luck!!!! ^_^
