LOTR return of the king of taking liberties with already perfect material

I saw LotR: Return of the King the other day, and, well, I guess it was what I expected. Jackson only gives a damn about battles and won't give 2 sh*ts about anything else, and it's kinda evident. The Sam/Frodo storyline has no flow whatsoever and it seems that Jackson just threw in key parts of their travels so fans wouldn't be pissed off. The acting on Elijah Wood's part can only be described as ATROCIOUS, as he again displays the emotional range of a depressed iguana. Viggo Mortensen displays his nonexistent commanding voice, which actually made me laugh. The man is so uncharismatic it hurts. Same goes for Faramir. What bastard cast these people? Saruman is thrown out of the film entirely, as is about 75% of the aftermath following Sauron's defeat. Jackson I understand "didn't like the ending" and I guess since he IS a better writer than Tolkien (god I hate Jackson) he decided to do it the way he though it should have been. Anyway I know some people are gonna totally love the movie and swoon all over that fairy Aragorn but they should get a grip on themselves and realize that this movie should have never been made.
