I just realized that I now officially have over 40 guestb00k signings. Thank you to all the people who signed my guestb00k and left any comments! *sniffle* For that, I commend you and give you each a Grammy! *does so* (Itachi: ....*shifty eyes* *steals Dark Necrofear's Grammy* ^^ Teach you to steal me...)
And since the majority of people said yesterday that they wanted to read my story-thing... Well, er, here's the "tiny" introduction/prologue/whatever to it. I'm warning you right now, do NOT read it if you are planning on doing something else afterwards, because my stories are usually very long scenes. Ehh, whatever. Enjoy.

Sunlight filtered between the fresh green leaves of an old oak tree. The tree stood in the middle of the small town, the middle of the city park to be exact. The town only had a population of about 2,000 people, and although around the world, there had been many mysterious reports, such as strange sights and an erratic weather pattern in some places, which some believed to be signalling to the apocalypse, the city was probably one of the most peaceful places found on the western coast of America.
In this small town, however, was the famous old oak tree, which was believed to also be one of the oldest trees living. It stood in the city park, which might have been bigger than the rest of the town. Its branches shaded a fair area of the park alone; its huge branches were old and well grown. Sitting under the branches, in the shade of the oak tree, was a boy about sixteen years old, whose appearance seemed anything but suitable for the bright, sunny day. He was wearing an old, black hooded sweatshirt that seemed a size or two too big for him, and he had black cargo jeans that also looked a bit large on him. His black wristbands had small spikes on them, and he had a few necklaces hanging around his neck. One had some sort of Japanese kanji, and the other was just a small silver pendant. He was writing something in a notebook, but suddenly stopped and snapped his notebook shut, sighing and murmuring to himself in a moderately low voice, "Right... Abouuut...."
He suddenly ducked, and a girl about his age sailed over him, obviously have been trying to sneak up on him. She landed with an "oomph," then stood up, dusting herself off. She turned, looking to the gothic boy with her hands on her hips. She was wearing a baggy dark blue T-shirt and a pair of hand-me-down boys jeans, and had dark shoulder-length black hair that contrasted her bright azure eyes. She growled, looking to the boy and snapping, "Geez, you could've at least let me get you that time, Rowan..."
“You make too much noise.”
The boy, Rowan, just smiled and straightened back up, leaning back on the bench and opening his notebook again, beginning to write in it again. The girl sighed, walking over and sitting on the bench next to him, trying to peek at what he was writing. Rowan just sighed, saying nonchalantly, "Umm... Sato, can you please not do that?"
Rowan tilted his notebook so that Sato couldn't see it and he could still write in it, and Sato just huffed and leaned back, crossing her arms and glaring at him. "Yer no fun..."
Rowan smiled, brushing his blonde-and-black hair out of his eyes and leaning back. He yawned, snapping his notebook shut and setting it on the bench. Sato looked to him as he stretched his arms, then suddenly smiled and dived, grabbing Rowan's notebook and darting away with it. Rowan jumped up from the bench, looking around for her. He sighed, looking up at the oak tree and spotting Sato sitting on one of the lower branches, dangling the notebook tauntingly. Rowan rolled his eyes, soon grabbing a low branch and swinging himself up into the tree. Sato tossed the notebook into the air and caught it, climbing out of his reach again. Rowan smiled, starting to chase Sato up through the tree. After a few minutes of climbing, Sato's foot slipped and she fell down, Rowan catching her ankle while holding onto the branch. He smiled, asking, "Do I get my notebook back?"
Sato just smiled back, replying, "I don't know, I want to see what's in here first..."
Rowan loosened his grip on her ankle, calling down, "I think my grip's slipping..."
Sato rolled her eyes, holding the still closed notebook up to Rowan. He swung Sato over so she could grab a nearby branch, soon receiving his notebook afterwards. He sighed, mumbling an apology and jumping back down the branches to the ground. Sato accidentally slipped, tumbling down the tree and landing on Rowan, sending them both crashing to the ground. Rowan growled, glaring at her for a few seconds. Sato laughed nervously, standing up and dusting herself off. Rowan jumped up, swiping his notebook from the ground and tucking it under his arm as he shoved his hands into his pockets, opening his mouth in a wide yawn and starting to walk out of the park. Sato bounded after him, eager to annoy him even more.
Rowan walked out of the park entrance, soon finding himself on the small main street of the town. Sato bounded after him playfully, asking energetically, “Where’re you going now, Rowan?”
Rowan sighed, answering, “I’m not sure… Need something to do.”
Sato’s face lit up with a smile, and she turned and said, “We should go to the ma-“
“No.”
Sato’s face fell, and she whined audibly, glaring at Rowan. She huffed, soon asking, “So… What were you writing about today, Shakespeare?”
Rowan shrugged, saying casually, “Nuthin’.”
Sato rolled her eyes, taking another swipe at his notebook. He leaned back, his hands still in his pockets and his notebook still tucked under his arm, and just glanced at her casually as she missed. Sato growled, still trying to grab the notebook. Her aim kept getting more and more accurate, so Rowan took his notebook and held it high above his head. He leaned on Sato’s head so she wouldn’t jump, and held the notebook above her head teasingly. She growled as he lightly swatted her on the head with the notebook, and finally gave up and shoved her hands in her pockets. Rowan grinned, tucking the notebook under his arm once more. Sato sighed, saying, “Should we just go to your place, then?”
Rowan shrugged, replying, “Sure… Nothing to do in this small town…”
“Is that what you were writing about?”
“Ehh. Nah. Don’t need to write about it to know it’s true.”
Sato smirked, soon tugging on his arm and snapping, “Hurry up! You have video games and junk!”
Rowan rolled his eyes, and answering, “We’ll be there in a few minutes…”
