   Saturday = Cleaning Day
Ugh... It's SATADAY! Guess what THAT means?! CLEANING DAYYY! Yup, I had to clean, dust, and vacuum my room today. Actually, we got one of those Swiffer Dusters, and I haven't hated dusting as much as I did before. ^_~ GO BUY IT TODAY! *shameless advertising* I managed to hit my room, the living room, the kitchen, and part of the entryway with it in a dusting frenzied happiness. ^.~

Itachi: *rolls eyes* Guhh... I'm stuck in a myO blog with a girl who's obssessed with Swiffer dusters. Things can't get any- *THUNDERCLAP* *starts raining* ...Worse.

^-^'... Oh. Day one! Sorry, y'all, pretty short scene today. TT After this, I still gotta hit everyone's posts from yesterday. Which reminds me...

I will not be a "graveyard Otaku" any more. My mom says that with school coming up, I have to start going to bed earlier, which means before midnight. I can deal with that; but she said also before 11. Otaku is an hour ahead of Central Time, which means that it is the next post timing at 11 PM. *sigh* Sorry, but I can still update in the morning or something... Sorry to all my nocturnal buds, I'll try to update in the morning before I go to school!

STORY!
***

Rowan got out of the car when they had driven to his run-down house. “Thanks for the ride,” he said, only receiving a nod from Sato and a grunt from Sasuke. Rowan turned, walking up to the front door and hearing Sasuke drive away. As he opened the door, a small envelope drifted out of the doorway, apparently had been stuck in the door while Rowan was gone. Rowan picked the envelope up, then turned the door handle, only half-expecting it to work. When it didn’t, he just backed up a step, literally kicking the door open. He walked into the house, closing the door behind him and opening the envelope that was addressed to his father, ignoring the fact that his father didn’t even live in the same house with him. Rowan sighed, reading the paper from the envelope. It was another foreclosure notice on the house. Rowan sighed, reaching over onto the counter and picking up a cell phone, dialing his father’s number.
“Yeah. Talk.”
“Hey, Dad. Won my trial today.”
“Good… It’s not the first time I’ve been proven wrong.” Rowan froze for a moment, not having expected his father to say that. He snapped back into reality when he heard his father add, “Hurry up, I’m kinda busy, Rowan. What is it?”
Rowan sighed, shaking his head and smiling. “Another foreclosure notice on the house. Do you think you could stop by there and pay ‘em off?”
“Yeah, I will… You know, Rowan, I never thought it’d cost so much just to keep you.”
Rowan chuckled, replying, “Not the first time you’ve been wrong, right?”
“Heh. Yeah, I guess. Look, Rowan, I got to go, I’m kind of in the middle of something-“
Rowan cut him off rather quickly. “Okay, see ya.” With that, Rowan hung up.
