First of all, thanks to all of those who commented on my last post. Let's dissect it now so we can get on to recent issues.

Yesterday at work, I was looking at my schedule and saw that I had to work today and tomorrow. Earlier in the week, I thought I didn't have to work because I saw the KOR on the schedule and thought it meant me....little did I realize that the names had been sorted be seniority on the list and the guy's schedule that I copied down was my friend Andrew KORacin's schedule. But the bad thing about this is, I haven't stopped working since Sunday. I'm exhausted. Next week's check is going to be espcially bad since I only get 18 hours on it, because my boss decided to give me a "Break" because I've been working for the past 7 days, only late shifts. >_<

Later this month we're going on our annual family trip to the cornfield maze. We have lots of fun every time and it's the day before my sister's birthday....so I think there will be some sort of birthday celebration as well.

Quick question: If I started video blogging, would you guys watch? I'm getting a new digital camera for Christmas and I wanna get one with the video recording feature. I'm trying to figure out if I can imbed the videos right on this site....I'll have to talk to Adam on that one.

   Never too Late
I actually broke my posting count. I actually had a good streak and I broke it. Oh well.

Today I have the last of my tests for the week. I'm just plain exhausted, because I've had these tests and I've been working through the whole week. It's all late shifts too because I can't work in the mornings or midday. Blah. At least I have two days off. Not like I'll have free time anyways.

I'm in an emotional funk right now. I've been broken up with my ex for about 2 months now and I'm having trouble dealing with getting back on track. It's spilling over into my friendships as well because they see that I'm not the same I was when I was with her. The thing is, I don't wanna get back with her or anything, but I need someone to be with because right now because I feel empty.

To quote Mitch Fatel "I'm a good boyfriend because I'm whipped. I love going out and getting stuff for my girlfriend". I do anything for my girlfriends because I want to show them I care. The thing is, I just haven't been able to get with anyone. I think it might stem from the stigma of my ex, but I'm not sure. It's just I'm afraid to hook up with anyone. But I want to hook up with someone cause I'm miserable right now.

I need to find Stephanie so I can get some of those "Slow the Hell Down" pills.

   Lovers and Friends
Yet another music title. I wanted to get to the point here and skip the whole "this is how my life is going" thing. Lestat put up a good point here and I want to dispel any negativity that may be put out here by it.

I do have female friends, in fact I think that I have more female friends than male friends...just how I am. I mentioned in my last post that one of them I would date if they were single. Lestat pointed out that most guys that have female friends want to go out with them while the reverse isn't always true.

Here's the irony...

I don't want to go out with every female friend that I have. Most of them are just friends, and yeah we go out sometimes, just the two of us, but that doesn't mean we date each other. This other girl happens to be just my type and we have a really good connection. She knows how I feel about her and she thinks it's flattering, and she said the same about me, but she's with her guy and she loves him madly. I'm not trying to get into her relationship and break it up or anything. I was merely stating my opinion of her.

Bleh, enough ranting.

I have the first of the three tests I have to take today. I'm not worried about it, but one of them I am because I haven't taken a test in that class, while the other two I have. I know I'll do well.

I got a chance to get promoted in my job from bagboy to cashier. Not a big promotion, but at least I don't have to do the stupid, menial things... like cleaning bathrooms and getting carts and stuff. I just stand there and check groceries. Awesome! Hopefully I get it. Wish me luck.

   Potential Break up Post
Another day, another music related title. Today is alright, nothing special. I studied for a test with a freind of mine. She's really cool and sometimes I wish she was single....^_^". But we had a good time and got our studying in. Probably gonna study again for another test that's on Thursday.

It's been cloudy out. Clouds bring humidity, which means I'm miserable. Humidity and Desert don't exactly mix well. Hot plus more hot, and some sticky. Blech XP

Sunday Bloody Sunday
Whatta boring day so far...nothing doing today. I got up and immediately had to go out and purchase antifreeze for my car. *yawn* Then me and my parents and my sister went out so she could find a dress for homecoming. *yawn* Then we went to Costco and got food for the month. I did eat some pretty good chicken salad though. I almost bought some.

I saw a play this weekend at my school. It's called Bus Stop and it's about these 6 people that get stuck in a diner during a blizzard and how they all change over a period of time. The play ran a little bit long, but it got me thinking about a lot of things. Like how people say that they want things to change, but in reality they only want change for themselves.

I'm trying to get back in shape from where I was during wrestling season. So I've resigned myself to playing DDR for two hours a day. Not only will I get better, I'll be losing weight that I've packed on and playing games in the process.

El Ritmo Tropical
A great DDR song that's stuck in my head. I had class today for college and immediately afterwards I went to the arcade that's down the street from the school and found that there was a huge amount of people playing DDR (most of them I knew). We chatted about running a tournament in December. That gives me plenty of time to run sponsors and get people together so we can have a huge gathering of people.

In Chemistry class, I spilled silver nitrate on my hands...I was supposed to be wearing gloves but they ripped and I forgot to get new ones...so now I have stains on my skin from where I got silver nitrate on my skin. Hope it ain't poisonous ^_^

I feel much better than I did yesterday. I went out with friends yesterday for the first time in a LONG time and I feel great. We laughed and danced (well I did anyways, no one knows how to Crank that Soulja Boy in this town >_<) and just enjoyed each other's company. I got rid of a lot of negative energy.    Wonderwall
Ugh...I feel so frickin bad. Not in the physical sense, but in the mental and emotional sense as well. I won't detail it, but let's just say I said some things that I shouldn't have and probably upset a very close friend of mine. I'd just like to say that I'm sorry and I hope that you can find it in your big heart to forgive me. You know who you are.

In other news, I have three tests next week for college and I'm only really worried about one since I don't really particuarly like the class and I feel I have to prepare more than I should to get the A that I want.

I have the song Wonderwall by Oasis stuck in my head today. I heard it on the drive to school today and I thought...damn what a good song. It perfectally describes my mood at this point. So when I got home, I picked up my acoustic and found the guitar tabs and strummed away. I felt really good and at the same time....sorta depressed. It's a weird feeling. Endorphins kicking in while you're depressed.

A rare Update

I'm in a cycical life right now. School, Work, School again, work again. Not much time to spend with my family, so I kinda feel like a ghost in my own home. Days off are great, but few and far in between. I'm planning to go to Georgia in couple of years to visit my angel and meet her for the first time in real life. i'm totally psyched about it.

Not too much to report. We got a Wii, (finally) and I've become the undisputed Wii Tennis champ. No one in my immediate family or friends has ever beaten me. And I've only lost like one game within the game (see tennis rules). So take that for what you will. Never played tennis in my life. But it doesn't take much to be good at this. So if you don't have one, get one. Your life will change forever.

Daigo Umehara is my hero
You may have not heard of "The Beast", but to legions of Street Fighter fans like me, he is simply godlike in SF. I saw a video of Evo 2k4 that my friend sent me of Daigo single parrying every strike of Chun Li's super art in Street Fighter 3rd strike and killing him with a cool combo after almost losing the fight. That was just plain cool. As I was cruising XBox Live the other day, I happened upon a very strange challenge for SF:Anniversary Collection for SF3:3rd strike....and who is the sender? Daigo Umehara himself. I know he doesn't play often online but to be treated by the beast with an online match? Very cool. I had my doubts, so I ran a check on his IP and found that it was based in Tokyo, Japan. So I went ahead and accepted the challenge. We played like 8 rounds and I had so much fun. I lost every round and every match, but I learned a lot of things from playing with Daigo that I want to incorporate into my Street Fighter game.

Ok, no more SF geekery.

I haven't updated in a while, sorry about that. I've been couped up at work for the past several days and running the new RP on Otakuboards (Virtual Realities, The Matrix Revisited) is taking up a lot of time. Sincere apologies. I did get out tonight though. I went to the movies and played massive amounts of DDR. I got 5 double A's in a row and almost got 6. I missed it by like one or two greats.

Ick, being a geek again.

I spoke with an old friend the other day. We hadn't seen each other in ages and we spent almost 6 hours on IM just chatting away about stuff. It's crazy how much we've missed each other. I'm just glad we're able to speak again.

It's been raining here a lot right now because monsoon season just kicked in here. We get a lot of rain during this time of year, which is weird because you wouldn't think late summer/early fall as a "rainy season" but that's when we get our rainfall for the year.
