   if heaven was a website it would be this one
whooo what an awesome party. thanks to shannen, john, and steph for coming to celebrate with me. im still sore from ddr. ^^ but i had fun so let's do that again real soon.

it's always great to go on myotaku.com and see what you guys have going on in your lives. i just recently celebrated my 500th visit to the site. ill definitely have a little celebration for my 750 and my 1000th. so stay tuned.

today is going alright. i recently came from a jounalism conference that i went to. i got an obnoxiously orange shirt and lots of free food, oh yeah i got to learn some things about yearbook. journalism is something im really looking forward to doing later in life, so i enjoyed the conference.

   the tests are over!
today we took the final standardized test! *blows horn and throws confetti*. im having an e party here on the website to celebrate this momentus occasion, you all are welcome to join. just bring some hot dog buns please.

im still kinda laughing at that wannabe ddr player. lets all take a moment to remember his uh...memory

*turns on audience laughing*

on another note, it looks like things have been patched up betwixt steph and her boyfriend, john. that's good for him and her. at least it didn't get ugly. (i might have had to actually step in and talk to both of them).

sooo, let's party! *pulls out ddr pads and turns on playstation*

   i was gone for a minute and look what happens
yesterday i walk into the arcade to play ddr. i get on the machine and a girl gets on next to me, i put in my quarters and SHE PUSHES THE DAMN BUTTON! i gave her the most surprised face and just put in some more quarters that i had planned to use on other games. so we start playing, and im doing well, extremely well, and the girl wasn't bad, but not too good. so after we're done, i leave the machine and start playing another game, after losing to the damn computer in the first stage, i return to the ddr machine to see the girl's boyfriend standing around looking for someone. "oh great!" i thought. he sees me and this conversation ensues.

Boyfriend person: Hey did you make fun of my girlfriend?
Korey: uh... no. why?
Boyfriend person: she says that you were showing off on purpose to make her feel bad.
Korey: (trying not to say the obvious) well it's not my fault im good. (realizes said the obvious) "Expletive Deleted"
Boyfriend person: then why dont you play me. im better than her, and i should be able to shut your A** up.
Korey:(to himself) i didn't say anything! what a dumb monkey.

so we start playing ddr. i was sooooo much better than this guy, it wasn't even funny. T_T i hate people who misconstrue things, but making them eat their own words makes it sooo much more worth it. needless to say the guy stormed off and got more quarters. i snuck out of the arcade, i had already beat him and his girfriend, who was next? his mom perhaps?

i know this story sooo sounds like a bad anime plotline involving ddr. but its more like a bad anime plotline invlolving ddr....starring me. but's it true. i wish my friends were there to tape this. it would have made it soo much more funny.

hmmm maybe some lyrics will be good to calm me down.

   standardized testing, whatever!
tommorrow starts the chain of our state standardized testing. oh the joys of finishing the test in under an hour simply fill my soul with unrequited joy! *note my sarcasm*. seriously though the test is kind of a joke for me. the questions are easy and i always sit there with nothing to do. so i try to play pranks on people who try to sleep during the tests. lazy punks.

since i didn't recieve any input on how to change the site, i took it upon myself to do so. i think i did pretty well. fear the new picture and avatar! it's legato bluesummers from trigun.

have you guys ever heard of the song called "dragostei din tei"? it's a romanian techno song and it features the guy from the numa numa video on albinoblacksheep.com
it is very funny. you should see the video. he was also on madTV, i think.

on a more personal note, id like to dedicate this posts' lyrics to steph-chan. hope you feel better stephy!

   look a weekend post
i actually posted for the first time on the weekend! hooray for me. *self high five*. the weekend has just started and im already bored. g friend is out of town, and my friends are anti social as you can be so i dont have any plans. AT ALL.

well... that's a li. we have the female part of the pageant that i participated in earlier this year. i think i posted about it but im not sure. anyways, it's gonna be the wildest thing i've ever seen. this thing is sooooooo technical that we almost make it look like miss america, except it's at my high school theater and there's isn't any annoying boybands to preform. Hooray!

im thinking about lightening the site a bit, any ideas for a brighter anime and colors to go along with it?

   almost the weekend again
hello peoples, and welcome again to the real world:korey's life. its thursday and today i feel pretty good. i had a minor problem today but that's alright, it got solved.^^

but seriously im happy today. its getting warmer here in the desert, but at my school they decided to make it colder, so wearing shorts at school is not a good idea right now. but anyways i get to wear shorts, so it's all good.

as you guys may have noticed, i've changed my background image and my avatar, as well as the music and my new intro. the music doesn't work (figures), but im still happy ^^

hope you have had a nice time reading my random thoughts that id like to call a life.

   ore ni masakero "leave it to me"
yes that is my new phrase for every task that my mother hands out to me. "Korey take out the trash". "Ore ni masakero MOM". yeah it got annoying after the first six times i did it.

it is soooo funny but anyways we have three standardized tests next week but we have a morning off during one of the junior tests , so it's all good.

now im going to share with you guys my insights about standarized testing

plain and simple

it sucks. the tests are one or two years behind my level of intelligence and i always get acamdemic honors on the tests. so in short, im a genius..... well according to state standars i am.

it's tuesday and you all know what that means... IT'S TUESDAY. did you guys and gals expect me to say something else? fooled ya'

   it goes to show you
i learned something very funny yesterday. i was checking out this website that my friend showed me. it was a ddr-ish website but it was with flash...*recognizes he is trailing off* oops! anyways it had the legend of zelda song and it actually had the lyrics to it ! im thinking....

does zelda even have lyrics?

and yes it does. i should get the lyrics for future posts and stuff, but i'll do that later.

im tryin to think of a new background and avatar pic for my site. im planning to go with something that wasn't video game related. i might put in a custom drawing or something. meh im still deciding.

today went alright, i guess. we are doing monthly tests and stuff like that. i got a B in english class after that debacle of a group project that i mentioned in a past post (see "aw crap"). i didn't have to work as hard as i thought.

   im soo happy
today is friggin awesome. yesterday i learned that one of my friends, natsu, recently joined myotaku and i was really happy.^^ here's a link for you guys

we're doing this thing for the drama club where we do this pageant thing. it's really fun and we're pulling out all of the stops for this one.

i uploaded a song on my site but it won't play. it just displays some error message saying that the browser "doesn't support this feature"

what's up with that?

im learning html right now. it's kinda easy when you think about it. i dont know why i didn't use it earlier.
