   YAY!! SNOW DAY!!
First snow day of the year, and I've been up since 6:30, waiting to hear about it - I went from the radio to the news, to the radio and back, and it was SO annoying...I FELL ASLEEP right as they were announcing what schools were closed on the radio, and when I woke up and ran to the TV, it was on the letter AFTER my school's, and you know how long it takes for them to go around...*rolls eyes* but my mom told me I had a delay, so I rushed to get online to update myO, since I haven't done it in forever (gomenasai, my friends), and my friend IMed me to tell me there was no school... I checked the school website, and yep, there it was - SCHOOL IS CLOSED!!

Anyway, my induction ceremony was last night - for the National unior Honors Society...I got there late, but still got the run-down of what we were supposed to do - they were trusting us with lit candles and we had to say an oath, which was VERY interesting, since we were all saying it at different times and one half finished about 5 seconds before the other one did, haha - I was shaking so hard, I was scared my candle would go out, or worse yet, I'd drop it and set the people I was standing next to on fire, haha...when I was sitting down, my knees were shaking, and I tried to kep them still by folding my hands over them, but NO, if anything, that made them WORSE...I swear, I've never been that nervous IN MY LIFE...Ah, well, I did well, and I'm proud of myself for earning induction into the society ^^
I hope you all are enjoying your day, even if you don't have off, and look forward to the weekend - I promise I'll try to get on more often to update, but I've had A LOT of projects due and HW to top it off - well, hope to talk to you guys soon
