Did you know that the "Knowing Transfer of Communicable Disease" is apparently punishable by law? At least, in Minnesota it is.

Why the hell would anyone on earth want to be a lawyer or ANYTHING like that? GOD this is difficult crap to research! I think brain tumors were easier, because brain tumors weren't made up by humans! Humans are so stupid and confusing!

In order to sentence someone...
Do they have a criminal record?
What were the circumstances of their crime?
Were they on any medications?
Was their thought process hindered in any way?
If so, see section XYZ, subtitle 42000000, and make sure you blow you nose!
Are you wearing clean underwear?
Does the offender prefer fire-, or water-type Pokemon?

GAH!

And of course it's all big words...

And to make everything even BETTER, I shut my MIDDLE FINGER in the door a bit ago, and it still HURTS! SEE WHICH FINGER? *flips off the judicial system*

Bastards! Make my life easy!

*gets dragged away for contempt of court*

I think what I'm dealing with is voluntary manslaughter by reason of provocation... But the "by reason of provocation" part is something I got off a site that turned out to be talking about laws in the United Kingdom, so we'll just go with Voluntary Manslaughter right now... Which sounds awful, my precious, just awful, you didn't mean to kill that filthy bastard... You just lost it... Snap! RAWR! But... The evil judicial system wants me to put you in prison, my sweet one... This will simply be unbearable for everyone involved... Argh.

Things I hate

1) School

2) That school here starts on a Monday instead of a Wednesday or Thursday like some schools.

3) MY CHARACTERS!

I hate them a lot.

Does anyone know anything about what kind of sentencing a depressed/stressed-out/medicated guy could get for accidentally beating his stalker to death when said stalker forcefully entered his home and had intent to hurt him?

Because I need to know these things.

Ya~ay!

I think I'm gonna be buying another Pierrot album soon... I (heart) Pierrot.
I also think I'll be getting my permit soon... Yay. But I'm gonna have to find someone to teach me to drive, because my mother isn't a good teacher. My dad would teach me, but I never see him and when I do he's not around long enough to give me any lessons... I don't think my best friend's parents would be keen on teaching me, after they just got through with my best friend... I don't want to learn from them anyways.

I think I'll just put my mother in the car, go to a parking lot, and teach myself how to drive. Because yeah. That's the only way I'll learn. Unless someone wants to pay for professional lessons. Maybe the driver's ed teacher at school gives lessons, apart from the regular behind-the-wheel driver's ed course...

I want to get my schedule for school soon, too... Considering school starts in two weeks. *shudder*

I'm tired.

I need to get back to writing things in the fantasy genre... Reality is too difficult, unless I'm writing about teenagers who have no problems worse than boyfriends and friendship fights and stuff... But no, I'm writing about adults, and they have problems like being stalked, harassed, and getting in car accidents. *heavy sigh* What do I know about such things?

new videos

New approach with the videos this week... You no longer get various performances of Japanese singers, but instead, you get clips of a hilarious improv comedy show, Whose Line is it Anyway?

If you don't know what it is, I pity you. It's the funniest thing on earth. Honestly.
Basically, four guys (or three guys and a girl, or two guys and two girls sometimes) up on a stage, acting like idiots. These guys (the above clips feature Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie, Greg Proops, and Wayne Brady) have all done some acting, stand-up comedy, stuff like that... Right now, you can occassionally spot Colin in a commercial for Fig Newtons... He's wearing a tutu.
But anyways, Drew Carey hosts it and gives them scenes they have to do, stuff like that, and they just get up there, and everything they do is off the top of their head. Sometimes they're quite perverted... oftentimes they act gay... But the point is, it's funny.

So, prepare to laugh. Watch the clips.

YAY!
I finished one of two books for English! I woke up early (like, 12:30 instead of 3:30) so I just went ahead and finished the last 90 pages in one day. Now I have 14 days in which to read all 460 pages of Angela's Ashes. That means I can read 33 pages a day and get it finished [the day before school starts]. It's due the first day of school. Though I still don't know how they're going to prove we read them when all we have to do is a work cited page for them.
If it turns out that that's ALL we had to do, and the teacher doesn't even ask us what they were about, or ask us what we noticed about the difference between autobiographies and memoirs (because that's my guess as to why we're reading them, to spot differences)... I will kill.
Things will die.
Yaay.

I'm tired.

I give up on writing long posts! Nobody reads them.

Good news: I'll be finished with both the books I have to read for English in 11 days if I read 50 pages a day.
Bad news: School stars in 15 days.
EW EW EW!!!

I have to start going to bed earlier, which means I'm going to have to quit this crap I do every night with my story... I don't start actually WRITING until like, 2 or 3... It's 2:27 and I've probably only written half a page in the past two and a half hours. *is pissed off right now*
I hate school!
Make it reschedule itself!
I have to write, or I will die.
I can't write on the computer when people are around.
The only time people aren't around is at night.
WHICH MEANS...
Either I figure out a way to write at night...
Or I write in a notebook with a pen for five nights a week. BLAH. School is the biggest waste of 7 hours a day that I've ever experienced.

I don't want to go to school.

And I'm also really procrastinating from my writing... I should be leaching every second I can from these last few nights of freedom. But I'm not. I'll regret that later.

I'll also regret not going to bed at a "decent time"... I'll probably get like, two hours of sleep the night before school starts. That'd blow.

New Videos

#1) Miyavi - "Kekkonshiki no Uta" live at PopJam, October 28, 2005. I love this song. It was one of my first Miyavi songs... I watched the video and, though a bit overwhelmed by its strangeness (and Miyavi's height), I liked it. It's a nice song. Upbeat and fun. The video is funny, too. You can watch it at this link. And though overwhelmed by Miyavi's strangeness in the music video, the live I posted here is overwhelmingly cute... Because that's just how Miyavi is. Hyper, a bit strange, and cute as a puppy.

#2) Gackt = "Redemption" live on Music Station (sometime within the past year or so, since Redemption is one of his newest songs). This is a short song, and Gackt has cornrows (which, and I didn't think this was possible, but it's true, they make him kind of unattractive. He's not really pretty with cornrows... He looks old)... But I like the song, and the outfit is interesting... The music video can be seen here. It's odd that the live version I posted is a full minute shorter than the video version... Anyways, good song... I think I posted it here once before, actually. Rock beat, strong vocals, and Gackt is as spazzy as ever during the instrumentals...

#3) Pierrot - "Follower" live at Sweet Trance 2001. This is a good song. The visual doesn't hurt either... Kirito in his cute little midriff top and the low pants... The blue stripe on his arm is interesting, too. But anyways, good song, rock, Kirito's vocals are a little funny in this version compared to the version I have on DVD, but it's not bad. Anyways, I read somewhere that this song was written about some cult that apparently was a big thing in Japan once, causing problems and such... I didn't read the lyrics though... 'fraid of being brainwashed... And Kirito's words never make sense to me anyways.

Anyways, so, give 'em a shot. I spent an hour looking through videos, watching them, posting them, and writing these descriptions, so I'd better get some appreciation... I wasted an hour of my writing time because I realized I was supposed to post new videos on Sunday and didn't... And now it's 1 AM on Monday. So watch & comment! Enjoy some of Japan's finest (well, in my opinion they are).

I have three weeks to read 237 pages of a really boring book, and 4-or-5-hundred pages of another book that is apparently "interesting if you actually sit down and read it." But I don't have the attention span to do that. So I guess I'll not be getting my summer assignments done for AP English whatever I'm taking... Lit or language... I don't really know the point of us reading these books when the only proof the teacher is going to have that we did it is our word and a piece of paper with a citation on it... You know how long it takes to cite a book compared to how long it takes to read it? I wish I knew when I'd started this boring cowboy book so I could make a comparison. It was weeks ago, I know that, and I've only read 194 pages. And hated every minute of it.

Just think. Next summer, I have to read two books and write five pages papers on them. Hahaha... I hope the current teacher gets fired because she left her husband for a janitor. Maybe she'll quit and we'll get a cute boy English teacher. *heavy sigh* But my life isn't that lucky.

Recommendation of the moment: "Wolf and Raven" by Sonata Arctica. Watch the video on youtube!
It's a good song. Sonata Arctica is a Finnish band... as in, from Finland. But they sing in English, just like Nightwish.
You can find the lyrics on Dark Lyrics. The lyrics are pretty interesting, too...
Give 'er a listen! You have no excuse. The song is 4:19 long. AWESOME guitar part about two minutes in... Finland is like the rock capital of the world... They kick so much ass at music. (I still love Pierrot, Gackt, and Miyavi better).

Anyways, so, I was gonna post for a reason, but I don't remember it now. Um... wait! Wait, no. Um... Wait! ...nope, that's not it... uhh... hold on-- No. Damn. Oh well, life could be worse.

If I get up at a decent time tomorrow, I might finally get my hair cut! YAY! I'm gonna have my mother take before-and-after pictures, just because I've never had short hair before, and this'll be quite different... I want pictures. But you guys can't see them. Damn, huh?

I got four hours of sleep this morning... actually, technically, yesterday morning... I slept from 4:30 until 8:30... My character wouldn't let me sleep until I figured something out... it took a long time.

Which brings me to a question.

If Car A is being followed by Car B, and Car B is like, tailgaiting, so Car A speeds up to like, 45 mph or so (in a residential area at night in winter. WAY unsafe)... So Cars A & B are going about 45 mph down the street and Car C comes from the right, driven by a drunk, going about 70, and the driver of Car A sees it and swerves left, crashing into Car D (which was going the opposite direction), and Car C smashes into the side of Car A, and Car B smashes into the back of Car A, how much damage would the driver of Car A sustain?

Please try to answer me. I'm sure someone out there knows more about cars and accidents and stuff than I do. I need to know.

Doumo Arigatou.
