Skool sooccccks
I stayed home from skool today, and read a book. I didn't sleep, no, I didn't do homework or play video games or watch movies. I laid in bed the entire day and read the second Anita Blake novel ("The Laughing Corpse"). Awesome book. I'd read about 80 pages out of 291 before today... so I read about 211 pages today... The only times I got up were to get food, go to the bathroom, and change my CDs in my stereo. Yes, different music is vital to my survival.
Now, I have the third book and will read it by Friday, but I'm totally broke. Any money I have is in change. I have to wait until generous family members want to donate to the 'broke teenager' fund... then I can go buy the next Anita Blake and Gravitation books... I only have 3 Gravitation left, as opposed to like, eight Anita Blake... I think there's 11 altogether... I could be wrong. But they average at $7.50, whereas Gravi is $10. Oh well. Neither is too terribly expensive. Gimme twenty bucks and I can indulge both obsessions, manga and vamps. Anita Blake reminds me of me. The books are told from first person, so you get all her thoughts and sarcasm... It's great... It's like... if I was a corpse-raising vampire executor, I'd be like her. :P Only I'm five-nine and she's five-three... 'sall good.
Now. I have a biology quiz and a world cultures test to fail tomorrow, as well as some other unimportant shit that's probably got some minor importance to my life now but won't matter when I'm twenty-five... I think I failed a pronoun test yesterday... But hey, oh well. Who needs to know about pronouns? While I was reading today, a couple times I caught myself noticing the word "whom" and trying to figure out how it was used to see if I actually know how to use it... which I don't... "who" and "whom" are the pronouns that confused the most shit out of me... all of them confused the shit out of me, but hey, what does it matter. English is English is English. 'sall stupid, so y'know, oh well.
Anyways, I have to go to school tomorrow cuz of my tests that I gotta fail, so yippee-yai-yoh.
