in a nutshell
My weekend in a nutshell:
Friday: Woke up, wrote, cleaned out hamster, was sweaty, dad came, I wasn't packed, threw things in bag at random, got to dad's house, watched Monk and Psych, emailed people, fell asleep.
Saturday: Woke up at 11:40 after going to sleep at 4/5-ish, went to mall, bought three pairs of capris (I didn't know girl clothes were capable of being comfortable. Of course, I'll never wear them in public, because they aren't jeans, and I don't wear anything but jeans in public), I came home, ate pizza, watched TV while emailing people, took a relationship quiz for my gay mental inhabitants, wrote a little, tried to get to sleep, but instead watched a Johnny Depp movie called Nick of Time. Fell asleep around 5.
Sunday: Woke up at about 10:30 AM, ate bacon, left house, spent hours in car with sun on me, listened to Kirito's album Hameln on repeat for the largest majority of the trip, ate Wendy's for lunch (vanilla frosties taste like soft serve ice cream. I wish there'd been sprinkles and a cone), I got home, suffocated in the 92-degree weather in my un-air-conditioned house, got on the computer, played with neice, got on computer, watched TV, got on computer.
Monday: It's been monday for 18 minutes, and I'm on the computer.
And that is the extent of the excitement for my weekend. I got a vacation from the viral herpes spiders, so I'm lucky.
(They're actually called "cream house spiders" or "yellow sac spiders". Ugly bastards.)
But anyways. I'm expecting a spider tonight, actually kind of hoping there'll be one so I can catch the bastard and watch it panic in the tiny plastic jar.
I am expecting one so much that I am hallucinating like there ain't no tomorrow.
Or maybe that's just the result of 5 1/2 hours of sleep, 4 hours in a car, and 90 degrees and humid for the rest of the day.
Regardless...
I'm gonna go write.
