New videos
I posted new videos!

#1) Miyavi - "Shokubutsu Ningen M no Theme". I've never heard the song before, but the video description on youtube said he sounded good, so despite him looking like a mixture between Marilyn Manson and Edward Scissorhands (plus other weirdos), I gave it a go, and it's a pretty good song. The audio and video don't seem to be in sync, but maybe that's just my computer. Oh well. He's scary to look at there anyways, so just listen to the song. I believe the date on this one was January of this year, on LFX, which I think is a radio show.

#2) Gackt - "Fragrance". A song I've heard before. Beautiful, slow, and Gackt, of course, does a beautiful performance. It's the longest I've ever seen the guy stand still. And I know it looks like he's making out with the mic 'cause his lips are like, ON IT when he's singing, but it's kinda sexy in its own way. And the way he stands, and touches the mic, and moves his hands... And the instrumental about 2:45 in... They zoom in on his eyes and he looks so intense, it's scary. Beautiful song. There wasn't a date on this one, and it didn't have the name of the show he performed on, but I guess either HeyHeyHey or Utaban...

#3) PIERROT - "Kumo no Ito". I have two performances of this song on DVD, and I've posted a different one on here before, but this is another different one, and though the song is basically the same (Kirito's vocals variate a little, more screams, growls, etc), the visuals are... better. None of them are wearing shirts, and Kirito is wearing leather pants. The video quality sucks, so it's my goal now to get my paws on the Tour Paradoxical Genesis Anniversary DVD... This song was their finale on that DVD, according to the track listing I just looked up. So... Lovely treat for their fans. This was on September 23 2001, at Yokohama Arena.

I almost posted a different Pierrot video... In fact, I had... but then I found the shirtless one and just had to. The other one I almost posted wasn't that great quality anyways... It was "Jishuu Kisei - H**** K****" which I read an interesting factoid about... Apparently, the original title was "Haken Kreuz", which translates from German as "Hooked Cross" I believe, which is also the Swastika. So the Japanese Record Industry banned the song title, and it was released under the title "Jishukisei" which means "Voluntary Restraint." Which basically ends up meaning, in this situation, it doesn't matter what you call the song. The song doesn't change, just the title. Call it as you will.

But anyways... I just thought that was interesting. Also in that song, Kirito gets bleeped. Like, his lyrics at one point get bleeped (I specify "his lyrics" because, though I don't think any of you have, if you've watched any of their live concerts, you see that when he talks between songs (God knows what he says) he gets bleeped quite a bit.
I love Kirito. He just has such a way of totally pissing people off and going against what people think he should do. Like, he dissed the hell out of the government (both America's and Japan's) in Pierrot's lyrics, more than once.

But anyways... my life... My life is unexciting. I'm going to call my best friend and see if she's home from soccer camp...

Watch the videos and tell me what you think.
