Brilliant realization
I had a brilliant realization today.
It was very early today, as in, before I even got to sleep... while I was laying awake at 1 fucking AM...
If I want to get the job at Purple SKY, I have the best chance of getting it if I follow this brilliant realization: to BE MYSELF.
So I think that's my best chance.
Ugh.
My mother today is like, "You know, this Purple Sky magazine thing... Do you think maybe since they raised their price after one issue, that might mean they're not doing so well and might, like, stop soon?"
I got so pissed.
She just can't let me have any hopes and dreams.
She goes, "I was just saying, I mean, don't get your hopes up for this to be anything wonderful or anything."
I responded with, "Well, you know what?! Don't talk to me."
And proceeded to ignore her...
