tiiiired=_=

omg i am beat. yesterday i worked a total of 11 hours. 8 at that summer camp, 3 at the pub. and the pub has gotten another hostess too- they thought it was going to be so busy they would need tessa as well as me, but of course, the night they have both of us nothing happens. the ENTIRE PLACE- and i mean every table, plus the lounge, plus the smoking room, was full, and yet we had absolutely nothing to do. so we hung around in the front of the place and complained to each other about how bored we were, threw nervous looks at the slightly tipsy people playing darts not too far away, talked to the new bar-backer who also had nothing to do, and doodled all over the reservations list. and for anyone who knows who mattix is (like, two people-_-') the new bar-backer has his blonde, he's skinny and tall with pale eyes, and his name is MATT. that's what i call creepy. i was like "haha mattix works at my job!" must inform knox. anyway i'm still exhausted from yesterday, woke up at ten, must go to the pub again tonight, so i have resolved not to do anything all day-_-'

   little kids are funny

okay well tohru168 and i are counselors at a day camp and we've got the 7 and 8 year old kids. some amusing things: -making puppets in crafts, i looked over at a little boy named zach's puppet and he had written across the front in large letters "this is a boy pupit" -we were outside during PE, a little boy took tohru's seat. she dumped her water bottle over his head and he didn't move or even look up at her. she says "i like this kid!" -the same little boy from the first one, zach, comes up to me after going to the water fountain and says "i saw a mouse one time." i was like "oh, you saw a mouse?" he says "no, it was like a mouse but it wasn't. it didn't go under the rug but it disappeared." me: "oookay." -i was drawing a picture in art of a guy with a sword (viewed from the back) who had no shirt on and whose cargo pants were just a tad bit low, and a little girl named jennifer saw it and yelled "butt-cheeks!!" -a little boy named gabe (lol-_-') was hiding under a table, i went over and asked him was he having some sort of problem, and he says "aah!! get away from me you demon! i've got a chair and i'm not afraid to use it!" so then after he got out from the table the teacher asked him something and he called her a demon too and i put my hand on his shoulder and said "heee's just got a small issue or two" and he said "aah! don't touch me! you're big!" and i went "are you calling me fat??" and he said "no, overweight!" then i went "aaahh, you're mean and hateful!" and then a jennifer came over and hugged me and said "you're not fat, you're skinny!" (which i am, really, i have no idea why he said i was overweight-_-') -two little girls named esmerelda and amanda are friends.. esmerelda wanted to go home so (right in front of me) she talked amanda into getting amanda's parents to come get them both... then i went and sat down, and amanda came over to me and said "we both have stomachaches, i think i caught it from her. can i call my mom to come get us?" anyway, i'm tired, i'm stopping now. lol. gotta go back tomorrow, the next day, and next week!

'bout TIME^_^' i'm going to be hostessing at an irish pub. which i like the idea of better than waitressing, actually, and far more than bussing tables! i'm working friday nights and saturday nights.. probably starting at six-thirty and ending who-knows-when. but i'm happy. i've been soooo bored=_= seems like i just can't get through summer doing nothing like i used to. well anyway. i don't think anything interesting happened today... i've started on my horrid summer reading for school.. it's boring as usual.. i like to be able to pick my OWN books, teachers are dreadful at it. so i shall take my leave of you now.. i have nothing more to say at present...

a year...

Gabe and i have been together for a year now... i can't believe it's been this long already... the time really goes by fast^_^' it's been the best year of my life so far.. i look forward to many more with him^_^ yesterday was the day, the 5th i can still remember the fifth last year, i even remember putting too much sugar in my tea because i was so zoned out i didn't notice what i was doing^_^'

   today= < 3

well my mom and dad were away for father's day so we had it today, we went to the shooting range which isn't so great for me, i don't like guns much every time i hear a shot i think of someone dying but we didn't stay there long, we went to lunch and we saw the military surplus people having their usual thing out in front of the grocery store so we went over there and checked out the army stuff... which is... indescribably awesome they have military gear that people in the army have actually used which is pretty freaking cool. i got a camo jacket (with "Lopez" on it.. i don't know if a man or a woman owned it but i do think it was a guy's jacket) and hat. aaand i got knox something that she's obsessed with but doesn't have.. and i can't say what it is because there is the slightest chance that she might read this.. lol well i probably won't wait till her birthday i guess i'll probably give it to her next week. anyway that's my day ~CAMOUFLAGE FOREVER <3~

   wooo

tangier was awesome it's this little island with only 540 people and everything there is miniature, they have so little room.. and.. everyone drives golf carts or mopeds knox and i wanted a golf cart really bad but we thought "well we're not sixteen, they probably won't let us" but.. we went to the place and all they worried about was us paying them fifty dollars so yeah XD we drove EVERYWHERE. we went around the island taking turns driving like six times the first day, just because there isn't much to do there but drive around. but it was really fun. we nearly got killed by some guy on a moped who turned a corner without even slowing down, that was scary, i was driving and i had to make a really sharp swerve so he wouldn't hit us, and knox covered her eyes. i couldn't do that because i had the wheel... pity though-_-' i would've liked to. anyway, we tried going to the beach but the first two minutes knox got a huge jellyfish wrapped around her arm and we fled the water and stayed shallow; but there were so many bugs there we couldn't stand it, so they pursued us to our towels and we ran away and once we got to the golf cart, floored the gas pedal in order to go too fast for the bugs to catch us-_- IT DIDN'T WORK ...well anyway i got really sunburned, so i have been renamed Vampirella till i can go outside without screeching once again. isn't that a GREAT name? well i think that's all... it's really stormy here right now and the thunder is like... shaking the foundations of my house. this is awesome.

   i am.. being followed

lol well i'm at ina's (friend of my parents') house.i stay with her during the nights and i'm alone at my house during the day, till my parents come back. and there are currently three dogs at the house, and all of them follow me around. one is mine and two are ina's.. my dog, poor thing, has arthritis and doesn't like to go up and down stairs, so whenever i go down to sleep she whines a lot 'cause she can't go down; and she waited outside the door for ten minutes while a took a shower a little while ago-_-' she's never this clingy at my house, and i know she likes being at ina's, so i don't know what the deal is; anyway i feel guilty even now because the computer is upstairs and she can't follow me here. but sage followed me. she's one of ina's dogs. now SHE'S whining and looking at me accusingly like "how dare you not be devoting your full attention to me, ingrate!" baxter (the other dog) just sort of... goes wherever the others go so he often ends up following me too. aaanyway... i'm going to tangier day after tomorrow with a friend, i've never been there before so that should be fun. wowwww it is so hot around here lately... anyway.. that is my highly random update... tt you all later...

   time is so relative

and that annoys me so much. it's now 2:04 am, i blinked and four minutes went by. wiiiierd. i'm trying to write but my creative inspiration is totally sleeping without me right now, and i'm coming up with such crap as "There was barely a brick on this street that wasn’t graffitied, and Lyra wondered what that primal urge in boys was to scrawl all over walls with anything permanent they could find. She shrugged it off, knowing it was useless to speculate. A lost cause." which is to prove to you that my mind is totally wandering all over the place right now... *sighs* i should stop before i ruin this chapter. i dunno, maybe it has something to do with the fact that i've been listening to the same song over and over again for three hours. haven't gotten sick of it though, really. i'm going stark-raving mad. tsk. anyway, sorry to bother you with my 2 AM ramblings, i'll shut up and try to find some creative inspiration now.

hmm.. slight depression has taken hold of me... *sighs* well i have to go to that job again at 1:00, and i get back at 5:00. apparently this time i've graduated from construction worker to the equivalent of a bag boy, which i think is now a nonexistent job.. i've never seen one actually.. lol anyway i think today i'm helping people take their stuff to their cars and showing them where the whatever they want is, like annuals/perennials/sunny/shady/etc.

depressing awfulness afoot. this is code for: depressing= math, awfulness= exam, and afoot= tomorrow. put it together and what do you get? i knew you'd get it, you're smart. i've done the practice exam three times over and i keep making stupid mistakes. i only have three hours to do this exam tomorrow people. that's not fucking long enough for someone as algebrally challenged as me. and i lost my calculator somewhere. anyway... i think i did well on my english exam today. i LOVE english tests. i got to write eight pages about elements of Great Expectations! woooo. ...you're looking at me funny. damn. i hope i do well on this exam. i desperately need to.
