my second photoshop masterpiece, the same teacher, as an emo boy, is here. i think i almost like this one better than the transformer pic XD hope i don't get sued by the emo guy whose picture it once was, though :D anyway, not much else going on with me.. i'm reading Wicked, which is a book that's supposed to be the life story of the wicked witch of the west. much to my skeptical surprise, it's REALLY good. i can barely put it down. pretty good, since i am a big wizard of oz hater. XD sarah's fault for making me watch it six times in a row every time i came to her house. i'm on me own right now so i've got to go walk the dog. hope everybody's day was good.

dude, i want photoshop more than ever now. today in computer i photoshopped my teacher's face onto optimus prime (transformers) XD it's so funn also, i finished carving my pumpkin (shut up, we do little-kid things in studio art XD) BEHOLD my pumpkin carving prowess! right so. i'm back. that ranks in one of the top 5 worst experiences i've had. i really don't feel like going on about the details, since i've explained the whole thing at length at least five different times to people and i'm tired of doing it-_- i'll just say- i felt very stupid and uninformed there, very bored, very caged, and very lonely (even though there were 400 other highschoolers there). i don't recommend the national youth leadership forum to anybody who likes freedom or "you" time. i'm soo glad to be back here XP even though i have an indecent amount of makeup work.. i've got about five tests/quizzes to make up... and i only missed four days. that gives you an idea about how awful my school is XD ahh well, i'll deal. i just got back from a horseback lesson, that went alright even though i've missed a few weeks so i was a bit rusty and i felt like i was falling off the horse half the time =D nearly did too.. but i caught myself. anyway now i have a bit of a headache and feel... whatever the opposite of eloquent is. so i'll end this post here.

well, today i'm off to washington dc for a national youth leadership forum thing that i was nominated for and am attending against my will. bound to be just OODLES of fun i'm sure, i'll learn all about national security and have an absolute BLAST. that was sarcasm, if you didn't get that ¬_¬ aaanyway, i'll be back sunday. hopefully they have a computer at that hotel so i might find it in me to update before then. so then, bye all, i'll be back if i survive the bane of beurocracy :D

so.. i haven't posted in a while it's because of guilt. it caught up to me. i haven't updated either of my mangas in like twenty years, i feel like i'm neglecting them. so i didn't want to post till i had at least one page of either aya or indigo sea up. and i fulfilled the minimum requirement, predictably. XD there's a page of aya here and again, i have a page of indigo sea half-finished but i still need to finish and ink it and our cleaning lady moved it somewheres. i hope to stop procrastinating soon. anyway in other news, i'm taking a sort of hiatus from my job. it's getting too stressful with it and schoolwork and other activities so i let them know i won't be working for a while. i'm not sure how long exactly, at the longest till next summer, but i'll probably start working again before that. and i'll come work if they have some kind of emergency and can't get anybody else. i'm so damn lucky they're so flexible. XD well, hell, i've been working there nonstop since they opened so i guess they figure they don't have too much to complain about. also, in a few weeks i'm going to washington for some national youth leadership thingamawhatzit. i REALLY don't want to, especially now that i've seen the choices of where to go, i'm going to be bored to death. but whenever i get nominated for some kind of shit that looks good on college applications i turn it down, so i figured i have to get my act together.. at least a little bit. washington is interesting, but with what i'm gonna be doing there, i may never want to go back. XP governmenty military museumy shit. saaaaave meeeee>.< at school there's nothing interesting, except that my studio art class is repainting the mural in the cafeteria that's been blank for a few years, ever since somebody said "that merman is hideous. we have to paint over him NOW." so farewell to the ocean scenery. the theme is actually graffiti, so it's awesome in concept, even if we do have to make it rather lamely viking(school mascot)/decent-themed. still, it looks pretty nice. that's all for now. thank you for subscribing to Naia News :P
