simple poem tell me what you think.
I stand alone…
…with so much pain,
It could drive you insane,
though I can’t complain.
I’d rather stand alone,
Why should others know,
Why should my pain show,
If others knew, my pain would grow.
I need no one, so I stand alone.
I stand on my own two feet,
I will not face defeat,
‘cause with pride I replete.
That’s why…I stand alone.
No one needs to see,
The weakness in me,
I don’t expect you to agree.
Why?
Simply…‘cause I stand alone.
