1 day before Narnia movie!!!
I am so excited...my family and a lot of my brother's classmates are going to see it tomorrow morning. Granted, I don't like long lines, but it is the price to pay on opening day.
Urg...I woke up with a sore throat this morning. Usually they go away fairly fast, but this one is gonna stick around for awhile, I fear.
Say, how many of you have started on christmas gift shopping? HOw many have finished? HOw many are not sure what to get anyone? I myself am in the last category.
Welp, gonna go now. Have a great day. Ja.

Holy cow, I am in how many clubs?!
Today I leisurely scrolled down to last post to check on comments, and decided to count how many clubs I had signed up to be in...it astounds me. I went from Zero to ...like 10!!
How many of you actually have read the Chronicles of Narnia series? HOw many of you are reading them again?
I restarted The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and finished that easily, and made some notes about that along the way (I can post them if anyone wishes to muse on them with me). Now I am on The Magicians Nephew, which really is the first in the series, timewise. I also have been noting things I didn't before. It's great to be able to do that.
I got a dvd of disney channel christmas episode specials for $12.88. So far I have watched 3 of them (5 total), and it's great. What can I say, I am a disney junkie and proud of it!!
(Seriously, I can blab on and on about my favorite shows for who knows how long).
Moving on...*coughs*
*crickets chirp*
I bought a new song on iTunes...a song by Puffy AmiYumi, called Korega Watashino Ikiru Michi (Translation: that's the way it is). It's really pretty.
Ja ne.

Getting over sleep deprivation
Remember how I told you I got only a few hours sleep on the 2nd of this month (as of last post)? Welp, I did it again on the 3rd. So, I talked to my mom, and she said I needed to reset my internal clock-to stay up allnight and stay up all day, so I could be tired. So I did. I slept wonderfully last night.
Saturday was a work day around the house, tossing stuff we hadn't looked at in years and packing away knick-knacks that clutter our house. I have no idea what we'll do with them, most likely sell them. We still have most of the house to declutter though.
We are such pack rats.
Now...response to comments.
Yukina: you stayed up for 5 days? *whistles in wonder* Of course, you did pass out afterwords.
Blue eyes: hyper as ever I see. Bash down the door? No way. The door isn't entirely at fault.
Tiggerola: yes, that is the best way to celebrate christmas, with family and friends (and a fire to keep warm!)
QoTD: Are you a pack rat? If so, would you change it?

It's December!!
Gosh, I can't believe it. December is upon us. So is the christmas season. Hurrah!
Today I slept in till 12:20. The reason? Various issues kept me up all night, plus, my brothers bedroom door kept sliding closed and open, closed and open...it drove me crazy!!
Sigh.
Onto happier stuff, then. Comment responses!
EAMR: Big dogs are quite interesting, I agree. Most are gentle and think they are small, while smaller dogs think they rule the world.
Blue eyes: yeah, that is a good one. Especially since christmas songs start so early, they can get stuck in my head.
Daff: yeah, it is great that they reach out to those less fortunate and cloth them.

Ah...the beginning of the Christmas Season
I can't believe thanksgiving was here and is gone already. The newspaper fillers full of deals are here cluttering up space, people are calling for donations of clothes and food for the poor, and christmas commercials are well on their way.
Yessir, Christmas is coming.
So, how are you guys? How is life?
My sister is getting a dog. Again. (by 'again' I mean that we won't give up the dog that she loaned to us while living in an apartment). It's a tiny thing, the kind that go everywhere with you in a basket. I'll post pictures of the puppy whenever I can.
Lesee...
eh, I'll leave you with a question and go.
What other signs are there that the holiday is in full swing?

More good news!
The house we have had our eye on is now ours! (at least as far as reseravation goes). This means all of us must go into high gear and get this house into tip-top shape to get our current house listed and pay the house off.
And now are the pictures that I promised you...me after my latest haircut. I'll give you a pre-picture too, for contrast purposes.
Before:
After:
Me with an old friend of mine.
In closing, I'll leave you a question.
If you ever wrote a book, what would it be?
My answer: I would be more interested in a comic book storyline than anything else.

Sunday
I'm home from church this occasion...its a busy day. My mom is taking pictures at a wedding (not the whole thing, just the bride), while my dad will take pictures of the groom. Then we all are going to see if a house we are interested in moving into is still available. It has been 8 years since we last moved, and we are feeling the lack of space now.
then...this evening, probably the wedding reception of the wedding I just talked about.
On to comment responses!
My favorite one, from blue eyes: "I shall never dance!!!! Grrr. My mum wants me to dance....NEEEVVVEEERRR!!!!!!
Hope your back feels better soon. I was gonna say sleep on it, but you have to."
Hehe, that has brought a smile to my face everytime I think about it. Love ya, girl.
mishotarup: Jazz sounds good too. Plus the music is catchy.
animalis and LS: I don't blame you, there really are a lot of kind of dances out there, and the only one I know of is freestyle.
I'll leave you with a quote.
A good friend can tell you what is the matter with you in a minute. He may not seem such a good friend after telling.

Dad is at work, my brother is at school, my mom is at jury duty, and I have the house to myself!!!

Not much else to say...
QoTD (if you remember, Question of the Day):
If you ever took dance lessons of any kind, what would you take?
My answer: probably Salsa or the Tango.

Aloha!
I'm so glad that I wasn't forgotten--I certainly didn't forget you guys!!
Al and Johnny-congrats on the anniversary I missed...I'll make up for it later when I can.
Let's see what am I up to...
school wise: my math class. 'Nuff said.
Church: going well. We are coming up on 4th anniversary!!
Work: I've been working a few more hours now, since business just isn't picking up. *sighs*
Welp, right now I am watching a movie called "Final Cut" staring Robin Williams (in a real dramatic movie, just as good as his humor).
anyways, I've taken up enough time. Have a good day and may you be blessed.
Shani.
