Welp, today was another somewhat lazy day. Laid around around until 6 pm, when I left for work, and came back around 10. For lack of anything better to do, I watched Teen Titans and Dragonball Z on CN, and some stupid Family guy show is on now.
I'm not tired yet either. I was up till 4am today, watching senseless shows that caused me to laugh and giggle a lot.
It was then I figred out why they have such shows like Family Guy and Futurama so late--the night owls who watch it don't care what it is a long it will help them sleep. Though...i'm not sure about the giggly laughter part.
Last night I also watched Inuyasha (dubbed -_-) and Fullmetal Alchemist. Inuyasha had me giggling like crazy at the bad dubbing (seriously, Shippo has the best sounding voice of them all), and FMA has the BEST dubbing I have ever heard, aside from Yu Yu Hakusho.
*sighs* so...how was your day?
Response to comments:
Jet: another skittls fan! *grins*
Blue eyes: yeah, I'm poor on Gaia, just like the vast majority of members. the question, my friend, is how poor are YOU?
So very glad you liked the card!

When I said to ask me questions, I did not expect such an interesting array of ones that I got.
Mood: content
Music I am listening to: Solo, from Neon Genesis Evangalion.
Highpoints of the day: I am by myself for a whole day!!! Yeah!! (well, aside from work that is).
My favorite comments were from Tiggerola:
1. "Um...have I asked you what is the price of tea in china? if not, then what is the price of tea in china?"
Answer: this had me baffled, but researched it anyways on google...and what I found confused me. Is it a phrase that economists made up, or are you serious about the price of tea in china?
2. "if Yoko Kurama (YYH) had a human child, he would look like Pegasus (from YGO!). What is your thought on this?"
Hmm...I can see why you would remark so, with the hair and somewhat effeminate (okay, very effiminate) personality), but a lot of the genes would depend on whoever Youko mated with.
Nikorasu asked if the pictures were taken with a digital or film camera. Answer: digital. It's my mom's precious camera.
Many of you asked what I am David is about, so i'll answer that for the many of you who did. It was about a kid named David who lived a lot of his life in a prison camp and undergoes a journey (there, no spoilers!)
LordSesshomaru: favorite type of movie? Hm...it would have been better to ask about types. I like fluffy stuff, yes, but also sob stories with happy endings. I don't like Horror as much. Sixth Sense, The Village, and Jurrasic Park freaked me out, but i was fine when I watched AVP (Alien Versus Predator). Odd, ne?
Jet: favorite movie? well, I'll go with anime choices and say Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal. So sad and heartbreaking, yet violent. As far as candy, it's...the almighty Skittles! I can't get enough of the teethrotting goodness. and for tv show...erm...i'll pick one--Kim Possible on the disney channel.
SessLover18: *sighs* A lot of people ask me what my favorite anime is, and I can't answer because I have too many favorites. My top 3 are RuroKen, Inuyasha, and YuGiOh!
And for your other question, I've been to Hong Kong and Chengdu, China, Lhasa, Tibet, and now, Alaska.
and now, for my friend, Blue eyes. No, I am still poor on Gaia, though not as poor as some newbie Gaians who beg for items right off the bat instead of saving up...oops. didn't mean to rant there. I have 1400 gaia gold, 3 outfits, a fishing line, and a window. oh, and tokens for the casino. :)
And no, my house is still squeaky clean. there is this glitch that won't allow me to add anything into it!!
Phew....
And now for a card that dad got for mom. It accurately displays how much my mom loves her camera.

Sadly, the pictures are done. Now I have to think of something else to write about.
This week will be busier than usual-I forsook a family getaway for a couple of days in exchange for working this wednesday and thursday, cause he really needs the help. At least I'll have a fatter paycheck. *grins*
Mood: tired
Movie I watched today: I am David(sad movie, yet sappy and a worthy watch).
*drums fingers on an imaginary table, wondering just what she can blab about now*
*lightbulb appears over her head* Leave me questions to answer, k?

Round 13
Response to comments:
EAMR: 1. No, I haven't listened to the Wind CD you mentioned, but I want to. Linkin Park, I listen to every day. (yeah, it's that catchy!)2. The only times i ever rode a double decker bus was overseas on a mission trip. I discovered the best seat is second row, first row. :)
Jet: yes, indeed, what a coincedence. :)
Number 5: I went to Alaska. yes, the horse carriages were very small. It's amazing.
Daff: his art was amazing, yes.
Sango: glad you like the captions!
now..onto the final round of pictures!!
the Baked Alaska, a desert.
A glance into what the Baked Alaska looks like.
A statue of ice...the Tower of Pisa.
A little sign in one of the bars--Tee many martoonies.
One of the 2 comedians-an irish guy with a bonafide accent and everything!! (when he really got laughing, he would snort).
The Golden Gate, all lit up, around 4:30 am.

Round 11
Mood: testy. I have had a sheadache for hours though. *sighs*
Gripe of the day: people who register at forums and don't take the time to actually look at the site before bombarding the forum with questions that could easily have been answered if they had taken a look around and read important information.
*sighs* Literacy would be nice too, or is that too much to ask for?!
Okay....pictures.
the waiters. (they weren't exactly happy about the picture taking, but they were good sports.
Us at dinner...second to last day, I think.
My brother and I posing with the waiters.
Me in my formal gown.
My bro at formal night.
my lovely parents.
The cruise director, Stuart Mac, or as we affectinately called him, Stu.
2nd to last night was a whole little party, complete with balloons and champagne.

Round 10 of pictures
Response to comments:
Daff: yes it was a big bell. ;)
blue eyes: LOL you know me to well. I did stay up late last night, and I will again. As for pictures, I have a lot left...
I had fun with my dad--organizing lots and lots of boxes of office stuff (a new lease), then we got some more supplies and some lunch. The place looks great.
Irrevalent news: I operated only only around 4 hours of sleep. Stupid insomnia.
Erm...okay, now with that revelation, onto pictures!!
some samples of glacir (blue) ice.
The waterfall at Mendenhall. :)
The sign of the Twisted Fish Company. Gotta love the name, yo.
Italian night at dinner. The waiters hated the uniform though.
Ditto.
We got to tour the kitchen..it was so big!! and cool, and clean.
Me. reading again. :D
Two musicians happened to come up behind me and a new bride...it was embarrassing a little...and loud. They were right by my ears, ya know.

Round 9
There was an overwheling response about the chocolate. And Number5, the guy is flipping it--it helps to cool it down and harden it into pans.
And the waiters! Some were friendly, though 99 percent of them were foreign, so many of them had thick accents, and there were some who were kinda snippy. Our waiters at dinner knew their english well though, so it was no problem, and they were very attentive. They deserved a raise.
Mood: tired. Just got off work, my back is sore, and I'm thirsty.
Highlights of the day:
-I have a new outfit in Gaia.
-I get to get some quality time with my dad tomorrow!
Music Mood: inuyasha songs. So catchy, they make you want to learn Japanese.
Now...onto pictures.
Me. in a bookstore. I read alot. (oh this is in Juneau).
A launderette in Junea...named "The Dungeon"
A picture of a Russian church (which was nearby a Catholic church...there were at least 4-5 churches alone!)
Me by the Liberty Bell (not the aunthentic one, I think).
Their capital building.
another picture of the capital...oh, and just across from this was a court building.
The Mendenhall Glacier.
Ditto.
Okay..off to bed now. Work wiped me out.
