nearly the end of semester...
It's amazing just how it just hits you that the semester (or quarter, whatever word schools use), is over. I am glad for a break from english and math, but I'll miss working in the ED 7 class (working with kids on their reading on their school grounds). I've formed a bond with some of the kids, and its been great.

My mom is very happy. :)We all pitched in to get her an iPod mini, with earbuds, so she can play cd's when walking. It was the most practical (and expensive) gift we could find.

I found it somewhat comforting that I'm not that alone in the fact that their parents can talk forever in one place, too.

(Funny thing is is that her model is already outdated, but we gave up trying to have the latest in technology awhile ago.)

Welp, gotta study for a math test.

Mother's day
Hey everyone! I don't know if its just in the states that we celebrate Mother's day, but oh well.

This will likely be my only time online today, because after church service, we'll be home long enough to change and get ready for a mothers day get together at my aunt's house at 2. Trust me, we never leave there around 7pm or 8pm , its more like 10pm by the time we leave.

What can I say, my family is very sociable and talkative. ^.^

Geesh! It seems that the overwhelming feeling about Scott is: Thank God!

His fans dissapeared awful fast, I think.

Lord Sesshoumaru: I have no idea of this rumor, of him beating up his girlfriend, or even if he is married. What I do know is that they showed a clip of him at his house and his female companion (wife? girlfriend?) and his 4 year old kid.


Sitarose: yes, my family does too! Sometimes it's painful to sit through it, hearing their painful screeching, but Simon's comments rule. :)

Kevmart: I should run an nightly update on this 'member' huh? LOL. Maybe I went too far in calling him a slacker, though, he could have dropped class....who knows. There are only 4 more classes left in english, on mondays and wednesdays, so I'll update then. Is that good?

Justice has been served!!
I don't know how many of you follow American Idol, but if you do, great.

lol anyways, one of the 2 singers that have never gotten into my good graces, Scott Savol, has finally been eliminated! Our family was so happy--we never really liked him in the first place. ;)

Moving on to a different topic...

Regarding that guy who was assigned to our group but who has yet to make an appearance still is AWOL. I seriously doubt he'll come, but we made back up plans in case the slacker does come.

Only a little more time in school left...hallelujah!

Well today has started out much better than yesterday.

Kevmart: officially our group has four people, but only 3 of us met that day. I am hoping just as much as you are to know if our last member is gonna come at all.

a bad day
As the title indicates, today was trying... tiredness, lack of food, and headaches.

Foor good news, I saw Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy movie...random yes. Freaky in a funny way yes. In short, a worthy time spent (my dad read the books too, so he enjoyed it too).

Today wasn't that bad, to be honest. Just started a group project in english class (yipee). At least the other members actually do classwork, so I won't be alone doing it all (except for the mysterious 4th member of our group who we have no idea who they are or if they come to class at all).

Oh well. I'm off to update my other blog and make my other rounds. see ya.

Its sunday....
I don't know how much internet time I'll have today, after church and before we leave for a friends house tonight (a dinner party for a friend).
