Ok, so I lied
This is my last post of the night, honest!!
Just finished watching Record of Lodoss War and Patlabor, old classics. The wierd thing about Patlabor this is Dan Green is a voice over for a character the does the VA for Yugi and Yami. His character is now where as goody two shoes as Yugi: he swears (oohh!). Really cool, eh? LOL I have a twisted sense of humor.

   It's friday!!!
Got homework done, and just watched .hack//SIGN vol 4 with my brother and his friend. All I can say is this: EVIL CLIFFHANGER!!

Lesee...um I can't think another thing to write, so this will be my last post of the day I think.

Thanks for your honesty, guys, and for whoever said [in relation to the first question] sometimes, is the site boring? is it entirely me? Talk to me about it.

Uh...for the first time I have nothing of importance to post, besides the only homework I have left is for english.

Oh wait, I do have something to report!!! Silly me. The ED 7 class--the tutoring one, has been a blast so far. We are there for 2 hours, with a different class for each hour. my first hour is kindergarten (cute kids, I'll tell ya) and then 2nd hour is in the ESL room. That is a lot more challenging, but nothing I can't handle.

   Sorry about the last few days, guys...
The internet connection to my [dad's old] computer was being funky and allowed me to go to selective sites, and even then I had to be fast.

If I stepped on anyone's toes with my last post, please let me know. I normally think a lot longer about the posts I write.

Can't we stop the abuse?
The title was inspired by Shinmaru's article in the videogame section.

Today my topic are those characters that are traditionally skipped over: the bakas and shy ones (at least those are the labels we give them).

You know who I'm talking about. There is at least one in each show or manga. For example, take a good look at these pictures.












If you don't know them, they are [in order] Himura Kenshin (Rurouni Kenshin); Jonouchi (YuGiOh!); Kazuma Kuwabara (Yu Yu Hakusho);one of Shinji's classmates (Evangalion); and Goku (Dragonball Z/GT).

Not all of them are class clowns, like Yusuke and Kuwabara. Kenshin can be quite sharp minded when he needs to be, but when it comes to relationships, he is clueless. Now that I think about that, all of them are.

Many of these characters labeled 'dumb' really aren't what they present on the surface. They may not be geniuses, but the public in general has a ball picking on them for the lack of intelligence.

I'll admit that they are more goofy than the other main cast of characters, but there are little glimpses of what lies beneath from time to time. An example of this is Joey's action during Mai's duel in Battle City, and Kuwabara's shining moments in the Sensui saga.

   Sadness
The site I got the code for music video's is gone. If anyone else knows of a site that has music that is reasonably done well and isn't a midi, that would be awesome.
