   Stalked or stalking?

Well, since I delved into this subject earlier, I'll delve deeper into it. Seems like y'all have some (wise) ideas for me to put into action. And yours, Justin, was the most funniest, but I'll have to pass on it, sorry, buddy ~_^ To answer ChibiSherube84's question, I'm asking 'cause it appears that Edward may be correct about a certain person following me around. I won't mention any names [shifty eyes]. And at any rate, I dun like stalkers. Cute or not, I just HATE people like that. JFYI - the dude ain't good-looking, neh? [coughs] So, yeah, not like it matters. What would you guys do then? Seeing how some of you said, well, you know what y'all said X3 Oh, wait, I (and my helpers [points at reader]), have to take in consideration about the fact that this person has two really cute friends with him sometimes.    Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII

September 21, 2004 - Final Fantasy fans are still buzzing from last Wednesday's news that Square Enix revealed yet another sequel in its popular FF7 franchise with the announcement of Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII. First unveiled in the Japanese publication, Jump Magazine last week, the new title has now been officially announced through more traditional means via old-fashioned press release on Square Enix's official Japanese website. Though the specifics of the gameplay have not been revealed, it has been confirmed that Dirge of Cerberus takes place three years after the events of Final Fantasy VII (that is, the cool CG-ending part, not the 100-years later deal after the credits). The confirmation of this time frame puts the game a full year after the happenings of the upcoming DVD and PSP full-length movie, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children -- and ten years after the events of the unreleased mobile phone game Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII. As far as the storyline in this new iteration is concerned, there is still very little known about it -- except that it involves an underground soldier movement, a powerful Meteo spell hitting an unsuspecting town, and that somehow, Vincent Valentine is connected with both events. Of course, it could be a little clearer than that, but my Japanese is rusty and that's the best I can make of it. Interestingly enough, Dirge of Cerberus' gameplay genre hasn't been divulged yet; leading several fans of the series to believe that it may not be an RPG title at all, but rather the Devil May Cry-style action clone that was rumored in Electronic Gaming Monthly eons ago. Whether or not that's really the case remains to be seen, but we expect to hear more on the subject in a few days at the 2004 Tokyo Game Show regardless. FF7 had a trio of Badasses in Sephiroth, Cloud, and Vincent. But Vincent had guns. So screw the rest of 'em. Since everybody else is taking their guesses at what kind of game Dirge of Cerberus will be, however, I feel compelled to get in on the action too. So my guess before the big reveal is that it will be a Metroid-style first-person action/adventure with little to no scanning elements. Take that speculative market, take that! Whoops

Yep, I know I didn't update last night. I was glued to Star Ocean, homework, food, and the outside world. Y'know, I never knew how beautiful nature can be XD Now I have Jason reading over my shoulder and he's lending me his disc II for Chrono Cross. Yay! He's such a nice guy. Uh, yeah, I'm in class again. I'm BORED. ^^; I finished with everything and...well, listening to Jason's funny remarks. [laughs] Shame I couldn't convince him to join Otaku; you guys would've loved meeting him =) Anyways, uh... [thinking] I can't remember what I wanted to say. T_T [mutters darkly about someone] You guys aren't allowed on the 'net for the hell of it in school, huh? [feels priviledged] Oh, yeah! Because of my Geometry book, I lost my right happy finger and pinky nail... The middle one is ripped off, actually. Feels funny typing without them.

   Resident Evil Apocalypse

Did I even spell that title right? Harharhar [sweatdrop] A rather minor disappointment for me. I won't say anything, in fear of spoiling the movie for the rest of you fans who have yet to see this...sequel. BUT I MUST SAY: I'm rather upset with the fact that the director has strayed from the main plotline from the RE video games. I'm especially annoyed that Leon Kennedy will never make his debut in the movie series, thanks to this "accident" that has left him...incapitated and dead. [sighs, sniffling] Raphael: [gingerly comforts] ... Anyways, I didn't completely dislike the movie. I mean, the music was REALLY nice. I'm a rock fan so, it was all good. And not to mention all the explosions and guns. Man, Nemmy packs a wicked rocket launcher. Oh, since I'm on the topic, NEMESIS was done pretty well. Sure, he's one ugly-ass mofo (and...M--uh, nvm..), but you have to take consideration to the great detail. Unless, that is, you're already sick just thinking about it. Moving on... I liked the actor who did Carlos more than I thought I would...despite that they don't look alike at all. I also grew attached to Nicolae, who died a gruesome death...sadly. He's a lot cuter than in RE: 3 NEMESIS. Well, I'll shut up before I do ruin anything... >.< I'd say this was a lot like a action movie than horror. It was sad that they did not give the Re3's (better known as Lickers) a better spotlight - some of the best computer rendered effects ever. It...was also a bit of a ripoff with all the Matrix effects stuck into it. But that seems to be the latest way for all movies to go nowadays. ^o^;; Ah, as I was saying, the movie focuses on lots of (non-bloody) killing. Thank god Alice did not drop-kick another one of them hounds. One scene that I especially enjoyed was when they were walking through Raccoon Cemetry - as you can assume, the living dead decide to wake up and look for a snack. This was when the characters fought mano vs. mano. Err, more womano than anything, though, lol... Overall, a rather efficient movie if you're a hardcore Resident Evil (movie) fan. Or if you just love mindless killing and lots of firepower. But if you, like myself, love the video games, this film may come to as a bit of a let-down. Leon Kennedy RULES!
