   The Kuniochi.......


I battled the hellknights with everything I had but with my body broken, I didnt last long. I came to inside a dungeon cell......


*....oooh.......

Female voice: So your alive even after that beating...? You got balls.

*err....comes as part of the job....

I regain my focus as I stagger to my feet. Across my cell was a woman who beauty was as sharp as her mouth.Her clothes were torn exposing some of her assets. I turned away quickly.

Female: I saw your battle with the hellknights. You got some skills.

*Not good enough....ergh....

Female:My hero.....(sarcastic tone)

*..........

I surveyed the dungeon to find a means of escape. The smell of blood and death filled the air of the corpses of previous victims.

*Another find mess you got me into....should've stayed asleep.

Female: So big boy, you got a name?

*........

Female:Wha....?Did I hurt the baby ninja feelwings....?(chuckles)

*.......whatever.....

Female:Oh you big baby.....

She came closer to her cell gates and stared at me.I looked away and decided to meditate to figure out a way out of here.

Female:........my names Nikita....

*And I care why.....?

Nikita:....Did you really come for me..?

*Now that I met you, Im starting to wish I hadn't.

I continued to meditate.She continued to stare at me.

* Are you just gonna stare at me?

Nikita: !! I was not staring!I just find it rude for a gentleman not to give his name to a lady.

Nikita:...tch....bastard....

*......(sighs)....I dont have a name.

Nikita: So what I just call you Shinobi then?

*Call me whatever you want....

Nikita:....hmmm...

*Why are you being held captive?What do they mean by it almost time...?Time for what?

Nikita: The revival......

* Revival...?

The demons plan to awaken the Demon King, Murasashi.....

*Murasashi?!!?!

Nikita:Yes..y...yo...you've seen him?

Murasashi, King/Queen of demons. Whatever it decides to be at whatever time. He nearly destroyed the world years ago. Many lives were lost cause of him and me......

*We had a couple of run ins in the past....

Nikita: Years ago they said he would have conquered the world, but his own trusted guard turned on him and sent him back to depths of hell.Now they want to bring him back.

*So how do you fit into all this?

Nikita: I dont know......

* I see....

Nikita:Its only a matter of time now....

*Not if I can help it....

Nikita: Uh excuse me...? Your in here with me.How you gonna get out These are titainium cells.

I used my after image technique and used my copy to pick the lock.

Nikita: YOU COULD HAVE DONE THAT THE WHOLE TIME?!?!

*You never asked. I gotta stop them.

Nikita: Wait, take me with you. I can fight too!

*I dont think so.

Nikita:You need me....

*You'll only slow me down. Besides if they catch you game over.

Nikita: I wont slow you down and plus you need me to get out of here.

*Damn....(shes got a point)fine but you need clothes.

Nikita:Too much for ya shinobi?(chuckles)

I gathered an extra suit form my pack.She then began undressing.I looked away as I handed her the armor.

Nikita:How do I look?

She physique showed through the armor. She looked incredible.

*Not bad....you know how to use these right?

I handed her two short blades and a katana. She displayed some skill to show me her way around a blade.

Nikita:Hmmm...Ive been practicing.(seductive look)

*Uh..yea....

Nikita:Hmmm...ya know...your kinda cute.(snickers)

Guards: Huh...HEY!! THEY"RE ESCAPING!!!SOUND THE ALARMS!!!

*This day just keeps getting better and better. Lets go!

We left the dungeon ready to confront the dangers ahead of us.Murasahi....If your still alive I'll send you back to hell.....

   Race against time



After my battle with the Tengu, i was beaten bad but not broken. I began to wonder if I would survive this ordeal.......

*The way these demons keep getting stronger,I might not survive this.

Hellknights: (Shrieking)

*Wha...? Hellknights?!

Hellknights....I've encountered them before. An evolved hellspawn. Only they can fly....and their blast is more destructive. Always in groups....and annoying as hell to get rid of.

*If these things are here, I must be close....ergh...but in this condition.....

The hellknights began circling the two towers ahead of me.Using my Ki I was able to sense the presence of the female ninja.

* She's in there...

Hellknight: He'll be through here.Its the only way inside....

Hellknight-2:We must tread carefully with him.....

Hellknight-3: Yes, he defeated Tengu easily.....

* Are they serious? Easily?

Hellknight:Yes, be on your guard. The kunochi was tough enough....

*Well its good to know she can fight.I have to try to sneak in...

As I came out of hiding,one of the hellknights came around and smelled my blood. It shrieked to warn the others of my presence.

Hellknight-2:He's wounded....he cant be far!!

* So much for being subtle....

I braced myself and rushed into combat! Suddenly a woman's voice screamed from the inside of the towers.

Hellknight: Its almost time....hehHEHEHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

*Oh no.....HOLD ON!!!!

   Tengu-part 2


The tengu was extremely powerful...it wasnt looking good in my favor....

Tengu:Your strong. Stronger than any shinobi Ive encountered....

I stand posed ready to strike...

Tengu:But it wont help you.....EEEERRRRRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!

The demon released his energy showing a awsome display of power.

*Not good....

Tengu: Lets get started.......

As I tried to strike he used the power of his mind and held me a bind.

*oh...shit...

I was hurled and slammed repeatedly against the concrete floors and stone pillars. Blood ran down my head and my body was torn and broken.

*uuhh...errgh....(cough)...

Tengu:Im surprised your still getting up...

*Im...not...done..yet..

Tengu:Im afraid your journey ends here....farewell...

*(i only have one shot at this...)

The tengu raised his hand and generated a wind-blade.

*Its now or never.....

The tengu hurled the wind-cutting energy towards me.I used the after image technique to make it seemed as if I was killed.

Tengu:HAHAHAHAHA

*HAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Tengu: WHAT!!!

*YAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

I appeared above him slashing down with all my might and energy into a single blow.

Tengu: AHHHHHHHH!!

The tengu fell to the ground and split into two. I collasped to my knees.

*Close.....too close. The kunochi.....i must save her.....

I staggered to my feet proceeding through the gate.

   TENGU.......


My journey becomes more deadly as I proceed deeper into the temple.......


*HIYAAAAAAA

I battle fiercely with the guards inside. They were far more skilled than the others. They also had the ability to rejuvenate.

Demon: AAAAARRGGGHHH!!!

*Stay dead this time!!

Demon 2: YAAAAAHHH!!

* Aaaahh!!

I took a blow to the ribs with a hammer the demon held. I felt my ribs give away.

*Errghh....HAAAA!!!

I launched my sword into him followed my kicking the blade in deeper.

Demon: Ack....ooooo............

*err....(huff)...(huff).....damn...this isnt good.

I pulled my blade out of the demon and staggered down the path to a gate protected by a seal of evil magic.

*Great.....just great. What else could possibly happen?

If one thing the world has taught me is never to say that again because it gotten worse.....a tengu appeared....

*I should've stayed asleep under that tree.....

Tengu:.......hmmm........

The tengu stood there face to face with me.Waiting for me to make a move.

* Let me guess.....to pass through the gate I have to pass through you right?

Tengu:...........(breathes heavily)

Immediately the tengu swung his staff and I blocked it with my blade. I deflected his weapon and rushed in for the kill but as his hand swung a powerful wind force sent me back against a pillar striking my injured ribs.

*Ahhh!!......(crash)....oooohh....
Not good....not good....

The tengu proceeded toward me. Each step sounding like thunder cracking the sky.

Tengu:............shinobi.......

I gathered myself as best as I could to my feet.

*If I dont do something fast.....im a goner....(cough)...

I spat up blood from my mouth. The tengu grab me and threw me across the ground.

*Whoooaaa!.......(crack)....oof.....uuuhh.....

Tengu:.....hmmmm?.....

I stood up bruised and battered facing the demon.I suppose he was shocked.

* Okay....(coughs blood)....you had your fun......(gathering ki).....now its my turn.....

Tengu:hmm hmm hmm......goood.I've been waiting.... for you.... to turn it up....so....will...I....
(gathers evil ki)

*(hold on kunochi......)

   The Temple........



As I engage the shadow elite I realize that time is running short for the Kunochi who lies in the temple ahead........

*Man...these guys are tough...(huff)...(huff)

Shadow Leader: As your body grows tired so do your clones. Soon you will all alone.

Shadows: (laughing)

*Mistake number 1, never underestimate me....

I grasped my blade tightly and leaped towards my opponents. My copys charged them head on using a kamakazie technique. A last resort my clones use to attack.

They dodged their attack barely but it was a distraction that cost them all their lives. I used a sonic blade attack. Which uses my lifeforce as a weapon and releases it with every swing of my blade.

Shadow and Shadow Leader: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

All that was left was ashes. The souls of the people they took swirled into the air.

Exhausted I gathered myself to my feet and proceeded into the temple.

*That took a lot out of me....

Demon Guard: Hey you dont belong here!!

*(You cant be serious!! This is becoming too much)

I rushed him thrusting my blade into him. Leaving him alive for a brief period to gather information.

*I'll ask you one time and one time only...WHERE IS SHE?

Demon Guard: ugh....inside....deep..inside the temple...but...you'll never make it...he..he..heh..a..

I pulled my blade out and decapitated him in one stroke.

*All this for a kunochi.....why?

Soldiers: There he is get him!!

*Oh well the job goes on......

I run inside to find answer to the mysterious ninja girl.
