Help Me Pls

Minna! ^^

This time I try to change my LayOut. It's difficult. Hix.... I prefer create
my own site than edit other people template site. My Indonesian Blogger
is on Http://geocities.com/hokuto_afianto/blog.htm
Please give me a comment about it new LayOut. ^^

Btw, please teach me how to change
My Introduction LayOut. I'm confusing! I want to add some Table on
it. But I confused with the position. Araa....

I want to add Tag board. But my Tag Board use many Java Script Lang. And
it took many place. Do U have another TagBoard
that I can use? Please give me the url, so I can sign up on it.

And..... pls teach me how to make scroll down
on my Journal Posting. Some times I write long journal.

I’m able to use HTML in normal site. I just need Ur help how to
put that Html code in this site.
