   ...
Have you ever tried to go horseback-riding for an hour and a half, stay up until 1:30 AM that night, then have to get up and go to Karate class and shopping? It's very painful, I do not suggest it.
The shopping part was pretty cool though. Went to DreamWizards and got a few things (a few things consisting of a VHDB wallscroll, a Pegasus deck, and a Ranma 1/2 volume). I even paid for it all myself, very unusual. I didn't even know I had sixty dollars! I don;t anymore, that's for sure...
I really love the wallscroll, it's pretty and downright cool-looking. But mostly pretty (What? What in the world made you think I find D attractive? Eh-heh, eh-heh...) And the picture matches the one on my soundtrack CD, so I'm very happy. Just a little annoyed because that cousin of mine keeps bugging me while I try to update my posts... Jaa for now.

   Talk about your unstable conditions...
I'm back to 79, and happy to be there. I've always thought it was kind of a nice number anyway.
My fourteen-year-old cousin is chasing my dog around the house, Chaucer, the hyper one. Apparently she ran into a wall-- the dog, not my cousin, seeing as he's a guy.

   *-_-
Oh, and I am now at #81. But that's OK! Popularity isn't everything, in fact it's next to nothing. Am I right? Maybe that's another rhetorical question...

   Whoah there!
Yeah, I just went for a 1.5 hour trail ride, and I AM BUSHED! For once I didn't get the slowest horse there, on the contrary, I got one who would constantly start trotting at random intervals. Now I smell like horse and sweat. XP
If any of you care at all, yesterday I took another 'vacation,' mostly because of that new virus. See, we have cable internet which is connected all the time (you get the virus over the internet, in case you haven't heard), and my new version of Windows didn't have virus protection or a firewall yet. So I was banned from my comp until my mother installed that stuff.
I now have a new policy. In order to help other users to fame and popularity, I will add anyone who signs my guestbook from now on as a friend. It's nice to have friends anyway, right?
Note: I'm sorry, people, if I was extremely annoying a couple days back. I have phases like that and should be locked up during them.

Back to #79 again... Life sucks, doesn't it?

   Too many Jakadas
Is there such a thing as too many Jakadas? Apparently so, if they are had in the late afternoon and the drinker's internal clock has been shifted forward lately.
To babypetsarekool (or whatever it is; I'm horrible with names, except Joey, that's easy to remember): You may not believe my love for Joey, but it is there, only I have never been very outspoken and I have often been persecuted for my love of him. All the trouble I went through to be with my $2 tin Joey-portraying box *lid* in peace! There are usually enough other, more popular bishounen to squeal to other users about, but I had been holding back my love lately because of a certain stressful fanfic I am the lowly author of. But now I say it, (very)loud and clear: JOEY WHEELER IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEING ON THIS EARTH!! NOT TO MENTION THE NICEST, FUNNIEST, LOYALEST, SWEETEST ONE, TOO. The only organism to match him is my dog, and that doesn't really count because he's special.
I asked above person personally already, but I would like to also ask it of the rest of the world. Or at least those who do not hate Joey because your opinion in this doesn't count one miniscule, mocroscopic bit. How do you feel about the way Devlin treated Joey? Mainly, I speak of the dog suit. I think the outfit made him look absolutely delightful (I have weird taste, just ask my friends), but obviously I didn't like the other ways he was being treated, poor thing. Tell me, I always listen.
I repeat: Too many Jakadas! Blame it all on them! Those accursed, yummy coffees... Goodnight. (Really? Really? you ask. She's actually going to go to bed when she's tired? No, it can't be! Well folks, it can't. Do I look asleep to you? Anyway, have a nice day, night, whatever, and have fun in Canada because I can't. *-_-)

   Ahhh... Fluff!
Yeah, yeah, I'm staying up late a-GAIN. I was reading a delightful fanfic and it just got to the good, fluffy part. In case you're wondering it was The Princess Bride: Kenshin Style (FF.net, no duh), and I'm not quite done reading it yet but have to go to bed before my head explodes. I'm also listening to my Inuyasha OST II CD (heh heh, I found out what it was, yay!) at the moment and relishing all my favorite tracks, half of which I don't know the names of because I sadly cannot read kanji. Ah, Fukai Mori, albeit TV size, but good all the same... I love Sesshie, it's true. My true colors as a bishie obsessor become clear, oh well. But I'm not your average, run-of-the-mill bishie obsessor. I have unique taste, such as Joey/Jounouchi from YGO and Shigure from Furuba. We're kindred spirits, me and Shigure. If I had an editor I would do the exact same thing to her/him. I'm dead! (Ha! Just try and recognize THAT, all you Kyo-lovers and Yuki-worshippers and Momiji-hugglers! But you can't, can you, because you never bother memorizing Shigure's moments, am I right? Of course I am!)
General thank-yous to all three random people who signed my guestbook. It's always nice to see some new faces, especially Joey-loving ones!
And if you want to know, I'm currently #78, not bad for a usually unsociable girl, ne? Now, either I'm going to go to bed and keep my head from exploding (I just love that phrase for some reason, I think it's because my dad used it to describe Joey once), or I'm going to finish that fanfic. Or maybe draw, since the creative juices are flowing all of a sudden. I should obviously use my foresight and common sense to pick which one would be wisest and best for my health. Here I go. Eenie, meenie, minee... You saw that coming, you know you did.
I am no longer sweatdrop-happy as I was a few weeks ago. I am now parenthesis-happy. You can quote me on that.

Patience is a virtue... I do not possess
Hey there, people, how's it going? No-- wait-- don't answer that, it was a rhetorical question. No one apparently *does* give a hoot about my quote of the day tradition, so I will shut up about it and leave you to your lives, quote-free. If you wish to protest, just don't hurt my doggies.
Another official thank you! To Kyo, for being so nice and telling me about Pirates and signing my guestbook AND recognizing Shigure, my very favorite character in Fruits Basket, my very favorite pure-shoujo anime. Yes, the world is full of weird people, they just don't come out of hiding very often.
Also, an official vote of confidence to chie, I wish you luck in seeing Pirates, old-guy-bleeding-in-the-middle-of-the-theatre devoid. It's very, very good, that's all I can tell you. Except for the part where that guy gets a fork stuck in his WOODEN eye... That was still pretty gross though.
A small (yeah, right) note to MissShoreU: I remember reading your guestbook message and thinking, OK, that's weird. And then, about two minutes later I figured it out and burst out laughing. This just goes to show how slow I can be sometimes. I reccomend reading it for a laugh, all you other people. Just figure it out faster than I did. Jaa!

Ahem. "My Interesting Day at the Movies, by Shiroikarasu"
Well, well, well. I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean (forgive any spelling errors, I'm a bit spacey right now) with my mother today. It was funny and exciting and violent, and had not one, but TWO bishounen in it. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the end of the movie. Here is what happened.

Near the end, when the cursed pirates are crawling up into their ship-- yeah, around that point somewhere, I saw out of the corner of my eye a figure falling face-forward on the steps to my right. This was in the theatre, not the movie. At first my thoughts were, "OH MY GOD, SOMEONE'S DYING!!! AAAAHHHH!!!!" and, "It's starting to remind me of our Christmas concert last year..." Then I took a closer look to discover it was an elderly man, and there was blood all over his pants and shoes. I was internally freaking out, but stayed calm outside to maintain remaining dignity. My mom went over to find out what was wrong.
The man had come to consciousness again quickly, and my mom knew what was wrong (thank heavens). The other people left the theatre, all three of 'em or so, so she sat down next to him to keep him calm while someone got an usher. Apparently my granddad had the same problem a few years ago, some problem with the intestines and rectal bleeding or something like that, so she was cool as the proverbial cucumber. The ushers came, and it turned out the man's grandson was there also, a boy about my age (for all that tells you) who had been to the hospital recently because of a really bad sunburn.
The ushers called an ambulance, and we got a rescue squad in eventually, though the man's condition wasn't serious, just neded some fluids and tests and he would be fine. The boy's grandmother was contacted and she came to pick him up and be with her husband. All the while I sat there and did virtually nothing, while the movie was stopped during some interesting-sounding fight scene I couldn't watch. I was proud of my mom though, staying calm in a frightening situation and actually being a help when the ambulance was called.
The conclusion of this story: Could someone please tell me how the movie ended? How did Sparrow get off? And how did Elizabeth get out of marrying the commador? What happened to those Black Pearl pirates and their curse? Tell me, please, and you will be rewarded... somehow.

   Annoying
Oh, and my occupation over there keeps dropping a word. No, I am not an 'anime soundtrack', although I could sing a lot of songs for you. "No More Words," "Mononoke Hime," "Fukai Mori," "Anata ni Aitakute," and others. Just don't let me, it will never end. My few friends all know that by now.
