Happy Belated AkuRoku Day?
So, hey guys. I feel really dorky right now. After all my protests against Kingdom Hearts, I'm playing it... To my credit, I did borrow it instead of buying it. Disney doesn't get a cent from me playing this game. Take that, haha.

So, hmm. This game needs more buttsecks. And less plot hole. Omg, so much plot hole. I reeeally hope they clear up these gaping wounds of plot holes before the end of the game. Because they hurt to think about. I won't mention what they are yet in case someone ends up having an urge to explain the reasoning behind them, thusly ruining the game for me.
I am a terrible RikuxSora shipper. I want to kick Kairi in the face so much. And then smoosh Riku and Sora together to be all happy and smoochy. You know they would. Riku is such a jealous lover! Hee. But yes, it's always hard to go back to canon after absorbing so much fanart and so forth. HP was like that, I kept wondering why Remy married Tonks when he's gay...then realized, oops, that ain't canon! Argh.
I'm playing with cheats on (yay Codebreaker) because I'm a lazy bum and hate level grinding. Nothing fancy, just infinite HP so I can fight till the cows come home without dying. I don't like one-hit KOs, they bore me, so I didn't bother boosting my stats outrageously or anything. Also i kept having problems with glitches caused by the cheats, but I've figured out how to avoid them so I'm a happy camper.

So my general thoughts on the game so far? Well, Donald and Goofy are annoying as hell and should be shot. Hearing Disney characters say Japanese names is weird as all get-out. Pooh should never be saying the word "sora". It's just wrong somehow. Oh, and the Gummi Ship flying SUCKS AND BLOWS SIMULTANEOUSLY. I want to kill myself whenever I have new items to put into the ship, too. Such a pain, omg. Let's see, the only good music is Hikaru's famous awesomeness. Everything else is obnoxious after about 15 seconds. A lot of the graphics are painfully flat. Wonderland broke my heart. I was literally in a box with a landscape painted on the walls. It hurt. And, hmm... Oh, people's facial expressions are gross and overexaggerated (Clayton was a good example with his freakish pumpkin grin that popped onto his face), and Sora smiles all the time. ALL THE TIME. He can be saying, "OH NO WE'RE GONNA DIE" with a grin on his face. It's bizarre. So the graphics are, well, in some places really gorgeous, and in other hideous. It's a weird mix. Gameplay is all right, though the swarms of Heartless are getting irritating. Even after I lock a world I run into about 50 per area every time I enter, not fun. In KH's favor, however, I have this to say: The item system is cool, and rather innovative, though sometimes annoying. Getting munny and XP is not too difficult so you don't really have to grind much anyway. The story is fairly well-paced so you always have something to do. There's a lot of varied gameplay and lots of sidequests and so forth, which is quite interesting. And SoraxRiku is hawtt.
I wish everyone had feet about 7 sizes smaller though. Good god, it's like a universe of yetis.
