The curse of the neverending hiccups
Had another Thanksgiving dinner, sort of. We had a this huge turkey someone from my mom's work gave us, so we had to eat it at some point, so we invited my maternal grandparents over and we had what felt to me like more of a Thanksgiving dinner than the other one. Except this time around I got a stomach ache and couldn't eat very much.
That chemical in turkey, triptophane--or whatever, it really works. I feel really tired, really sleepy, sort of sick. Like I'm hungover or something, except a) I don't know what that's like and b) it's probably worse. I have a nasty case of hiccups, which are not just annoying little sounds and jumps to me. They hurt. A lot. And they make my teeth go on edge and my ears pop.
I seem to be in a complaining mood. Hiccups will do that to me. Hiccups and tiredness.
I taught my dad a little about html earlier. Conner left at 8 so I never saw him leave (I was sound asleep until maybe 10 when my parents left for brunch at Copeland's). We also decorated our Christmas tree. We got a really nice tree this year, nice shape. All our Christmas decorations are up now, the Nativity scene, the fence decorations, the wreath, the tree. The house smells beautiful now.
I lost my favorite grey scrunchie. My black one is messed up too. I might have to start wearing color in my hair. *gasp* We have school tomorrow. What joy. And on Tuesday, high school placement tests. This is going to be a fun week... T_T
