*curses widlly at lit. teacher*
I can't believe her! She gave us so much homework: read a short story and answer a set of long-answer questions on it; study for the test tomorrow, which we just got a sample of and it's going to require several hours of memorizing; and the first drafts of our book reports are due tomorrow. Granted, a lot of this I could and should have done earlier, but I don't possess time mangaement skills, possibly never will.
Also, these things I have learned: If one black bean hopia is moldy, they all are. Pocky is not meant to pass through the sinuses. And doing your homework minutes before the class is due works perfectly well, if the subject happens to be English, at which I daresay I am quite good. Oh yes, and telling someone to call you means roughly that you don't want to ever hear from them again.
New quotes... "Two goths and a carebear!" -Lisa
"...a flying pear." -Gary Paulsen (I will never read his works again if I have a choice; I decided this after having to read over half of "Hatchet" in one night.)
Umm... "Look, Joel!" (while throwing peanuts at me to catch in my mouth... I actually caught one!) -Lisa
"I ripped a leaf! Oh no!" -Lisa, imitating our art teacher while we were forced to make leaf prints--we are not in second grade anymore!
This is two days worth of material, enjoy. Now I have to go write that book report.
