Expletive...
So I sent a message to Cartoon Network customer support or whatever section of their company handles that, via their website, asking what the crap happened with the Princess Mononoke showing. They had shown commercials for it, it was on the TV Guide schedule, and yet they changed it at the last minute and showed some retarded movie instead. So I sent them a message with my gmail address, polite and thorough, asking them basically what the frack happened thar.
This was two or three weeks ago, I believe, and they still haven't replied. I'm getting pretty pissed. People are allowed to make mistakes, yeah, but this is less a mistake and more a breaching of unwritten laws. When someone writes to customer services with a question, they expect a timely and appropriate answer. I've gotten neither. Basically, CN broke two promises in a row, one to show Mononoke and another to actually pay attention to viewer feedback.
Those bastards. I need a nap.
