The pink spider lives on...
Today marks hide's 41st birthday. Most people on the site probably have to clue who he is, which makes me sad. He was one of the greatest musicians to live. He was part of the band X Japan and had a solo career. hide (the "h" is NEVER capitalized, unless you are writing it like this: HIDE) died on May 2, 1998...and he still missed. So much.

Most fans keep his memory alive by making fun of him (he was silly in life)...and in the community jrockhumor on livejournal, he is god. Literally god. When one person tried to get another dead jrocker put in as god...they got pwned. However, if anybody makes fun of how he died, his fans come out in droves and hurt them. Actually, I have seen people who aren't really fans of his attack those who make fun of his death as well.

He was called the pink spider for his hair, and he hated the nickname at first, but eventually he liked it.

HIDE, we love and miss you.
