I need to know how to make the inner background color and the menu color clear so that you can see the background picture or how to put a picture in the inner background.

   Finally
STAR testing is FINALLY over. Now I have the time to update and do other things, other than studying. My school is really serious about doing good on the STAR tests, so they gave us all a LONG talk on how important it is for us to do good on the test.

   Help please
Ok... I need help with my layout. How the heck do you put pictures on the site and how do you set a picture as a background?!?! It won’t let me! So please help, I'm new and I'm trying to figure things out, but I need help.
