   Photoshop
Hehe! I just got Photoshop last week! I'm SOOOO happy!^_^ I've already finished a pic that I need to post sometime. Photoshop is such a WONDERFUL program. I don't know how I survived with out it! I get to create cool pics now!

   Scanner
I finally got cosplay pics back, so I was going to put one up, but the stupid scanner broke (I went to turn it on, heard a crackling sound, and smelt smoke... not good, neh?). Sooo, I won't be posting too many more pics until I can get another scanner. >.< Grr. I'll put up some art that I've had stored, but that's about it... School's keeping me too busy! I can't come here very often anymore! ::waterfall of tears::

   NDK
See, I knew I wasn't going to be able to write very much during school! Anyway...
Last week, I got to go to the Nan Desu Kan anime convention!!!! Yay!!!! It was SOOOO great. I was able to finish all the little extras of my costume in time, too. Once I get the pictures developed, I might post one of me cosplaying as Miroku from Inu-Yasha! Hehe, lots of fun! I bought way too much stuff at the dealer's room, too. I FINALLY found a Japanese school uniform I could afford! Well, it's an imitation of one, but it still looks good! If anyone hasn't been to a convention, they should seriously go! And cosplay too! It is so unbelievably fun!!

   Finally
I FINALLY get to write a little bit. This is where the "don't get online much" part comes in... I started school on the 21 of August, and I already have a load of homework. Most of it's done, though...
Anyway, before school started, I almost finished my cosplay costume! ^_^ Only one more hem to do, and one more extra to make and I'll be DONE! Yay! Maybe I'll try a high school sailor uniform next... maybe...
Ooh, I went to Colorado Springs this weekend! I got two more X manga, another Escaflowne DVD and a Crest of the Stars DVD. I'm happy ^.^ I'm starting to cut into my convention spending money though...

   Cosplay again
Oh man! I CAN'T sew! I'm having a terrible time with my costume. >.< The part I actually had a pattern for went OK except for the fact that the thread tension was too high and the needle was dull. I never use the sewing machine, so I thought everything was OK. Anyway, I'm on the part where there is no pattern (the purple part of Miroku's outfit), and I ALMOST had it today. I cut it two short, though (I don't know how), and had to rip everything out and buy new fabric. Grr... It shouldn't be this hard!
Well, on a lighter note... I am getting to listen to my new TWO-MIX CD a lot! ^_^ I love it!! Vision Formula- a lot of their best songs shortened in a 30 min or so medley... plus some! It's great!

   Cosplay
As of yesterday, work has officially begun on my cosplaying costume for Nan Desu Kan (Sep. 19-21)!! Yay! I have to go back to school on August 21, though. I had the whole summer to work on it, but brilliant me decided to do it the week before school starts...>.< Guess it's because I'm off work now. Anyway, I can't sew... even though Miroku's outfit is pretty simple. Oh well, it'll get done eventually.

   Art show
I recently placed some of my artwork in an art show we had in my town. I'm kinda mad about what the judge said to me, and I guess I really need to get it out, so I'm gonna type it here. Hope you don't mind (I'll be in a better mood later!) Anyway, i entered two portraits and two anime pics. The judge said she liked my portraits (one even got best of show!^_^) but she thought my anime was a "waste of time"! WASTE OF TIME!? Anime is my LIFE! How can I not draw it? That's like saying school is a waste of time! Grr... >.< I love anime so much I expend my efforts to painting it. Sure it may not be "fine art," and I wasn't really expecting to win anything, but still... I just did it for the fun of putting it in a show and letting other see it. So I've decided to just show my anime art to anime otaku and that's it!
